A cycle of endless conflict - Garlim Vs Alaina Sanders

There were some situations for which the mind is simply incapable of finding an adequate comfort zone. And Garlim was at a crossroads, one with several complications just around the corner.

The blonde goddess had made solid progress in her life during her time at LAW. Professionally, her record so far was lamentable, and she had not anticipated that she would soon face a woman who represented one of her greatest personal conflicts. Tomorrow, she would have to face former LAW heavyweight champion Alaina Sander in an official match.

There were things on the blonde goddess's mind right now. She knew Alaina well; in fact, Garlim had helped Ambre strengthen the skills necessary to take her title. The last thing Garlim wanted to deal with right now was having to face Tina Armstrong's mentor. Nor Tina, for that matter, as she simply had no other choice since Tina is the mentor of a couple of her friends, who often use her gym as a refuge to train.

One of them was Anna Sigrid, who had just finished a grueling day of training. Snow quickly noticed the annoyed expression on Garlim's face just as she was about to leave the gym, so she approached Garlim. “Stubborn?”

Garlim turned her gaze to the actress, grumbling a little. “Is it?” she replied.

Snow took a second to gather her thoughts. The actress wasn't the best at this, but she had nothing to lose by trying to lift the weight off her shoulders. “I think the last time you two saw each other, you said Alaina disgusted you, right?”

Garlim crossed her arms under her chest and turned away. “Hey... It's not that I completly dislike her, but I think I came across as a complete silly... I let her get into my head. And I still can't believe that after losing her reign, now I feel like I have to face her as if she were a shadow stalking me... This is not what I needed right now,” she said as she gently scratched her elbows out of anxiety.

Snow moved a little closer to Garlim. "Hey, I don't think they pitted you against her on a whim. I think that seeing you as a strong heavyweight wrestler with a record that leaves a lot to be desired, they may have seen you as easy prey to give Alaina a push. But I saw you train with Ambre, you're stronger than her, and if she was able to take the title from Alaina, you're capable of beating her," said the actress, brimming with confidence.

Garlim snorted. “I helped Ambre train, I know her style, but that doesn't mean I'm ready for this.” Garlim's voice trembled slightly, a rare show of vulnerability in a girl who is usually rather confrontational. Garlim never backed down from a challenge, but this time was different.

Snow didn't want to see Garlim so worried, but the truth was that this issue ran deep. "Hey, I was honest with Ambre that time they celebrated her victory at the Billionaire's hotel. And, I really don't like that you just limit yourself to being a spectator of other people's success... You have to look out for yourself, you're incredible. But it won't work if you don't have confidence in yourself, I know you think this isn't your thing. But, if you give it your all, maybe you can shine at LAW... Think about it carefully," said Snow before heading for the gym entrance, leaving Garlim pensive about it....

The day of the match had arrived...

Garlim, looking somewhat different than usual, would try to appear more serene in the situation. This was highlighted by her new outfit, which consisted of simple sports underwear accompanied by a green sweater.

Before stepping onto the stage, Garlim took a deep breath, put both hands in her jacket pockets, and stepped forward.

"Ladies and gentlemen, entering the ring... From Amsterdam, Netherlands! Standing 1.80 m tall and weighing 84 kg... She is the three-time MMA champion, the proclaimed “GODDESS OF WAR”... GARLIM IVANNAAAA!!!!" When the audience heard her name, they immediately began booing her across the stage. This reaction had become typical at this point, even though Garlim was unaware of roles such as face or heel. Due to her bad reputation, she was reluctantly welcomed into the LAW circuit, which was compounded by her poor attitude.

The blonde goddess could put on a good fight in the ring, but that didn't mean the audience held her in higher esteem. Garlim walked calmly onto the stage, the stage lights reflecting off her. She was simply not in the mood to interact with anyone at that moment, so she just kept walking straight to the ring. When she arrived, she grabbed the bottom rope to climb up and step over the middle rope.

The blonde goddess walked directly to one corner of the ring, awaiting her inevitable encounter.

Alaina was in the back wearing her two piece tiger print attire. She was about to face Garlim who held back against her because she was old. Alaina understood that she had some mental block but Alaina didn't want to be some charity case. She wanted to see what Garlim could do and see what the hype was about. She knew she had to be incredibly talented to have had the MMA career she did. She hoped it translated to the ring even if Garlim seemed to clash with Alaina.

The amazon came out into the arena hearing the cheers, but she still felt different without having the title around her waist. She had to ignore that though as she was about to step into the ring with a huge powerhouse of a woman. Alaina walked up the ramp and slid in underneath the bottom rope before standing tall in the ring on the opposite side from Garlim. She wasn't sure how Garlim would act so Alaina gave her a small nod as she settled into her own corner. She was going to be ready when that bell rang eager to show that losing the title didn't mean she was on a decline.

As the Amazon made her entrance, the blonde goddess leaned on the ring ropes, watching intently as her opponent approached. Garlim knew that the odds were not in her favor. Alaina was the heavyweight champion, having humiliated her in her own gym, and she was the mentor of a middleweight girl who had already defeated Garlim before. The crowd's support was completely biased toward the Amazon. It was a situation that put pressure on her that could be cut with a knife, not to mention her complexes.

Garlim stood up straight as Alaina entered the ring, fixing her gaze on the older woman, looking her up and down. Garlim's expression was a mixture of uncertainty, as if she were wondering what Alaina could offer in her element. But when she noticed the way the Amazon nodded her head, Garlim realized something that reassured her to a certain extent. It seemed that Alaina was also coming into this fight with pressure on her shoulders.

It was obvious: the Amazon had just lost her division championship title. And given her age, she wanted to prove that even though she had lost the title, she was not finished. A defeat against Garlim would be a serious damage to her ego.

The question was, could the blonde goddess rise to the occasion?

As soon as the bell rang, Garlim cracked her neck, as if in response to the Amazon's previous gesture. The blonde goddess began to walk toward the center of the ring, her gaze fixed on Alaina, calculating each step. If her opponent quickened her pace, Garlim would do the same and charge forward with force.

Alaina saw Garlim moving in and Alaina began to circle before stepping in reaching out with her arms to try to grapple with Garlim! She was trying to lock in a standing headlock before hip tossing Garlim down to the mat keeping control of her. She was starting slow and steady. She was pacing herself and hoping to start things off on the right foot against a tough woman.

Garlim's move had backfired, because instead of closing in, Alaina chose to wrap her arms around the blonde goddess's neck and grab her head. Just before using the momentum to throw her to the mat, Garlim doubled over with a "Uugghhh!!" After the hard impact, Garlim arched her back and howled in pain. It hadn't been a good start, but she wouldn't take long to recover with a quick turn.

The crowd was ecstatic, while Garlim, on the other hand, was still processing what had just happened. It was as if she'd made it too easy for herself, which irritated her slightly.

Alaina kept hold of Garlim's head as she worked her way back up to her feet, pulling Garlim up with her. Alaina bent her legs and lift, bringing Garlim up into the air before falling back attempting to send Garlim crashing down to the mat with a big vertical suplex! She was trying to keep things simple and fluid hoping to continually hammer Garlim to keep her on the defensive. Alaina knew the biggest key to victory was maintaining momentum in this match bell to bell as best she could!

Alaina acted quickly and grabbed Garlim by the head again, lifting the blonde goddess up to keep her at bay. Garlim offered no resistance and screamed as she was lifted into the air, arching her body backward in a desperate attempt to free herself from Alaina's grip. She waved her arms furiously, but Alaina's strength pinned her to the sides. The blonde goddess's eyes widened as she realized she was about to be thrown onto the mat, her body tensing to resist the suplex.

The crowd erupted in cheers as Garlim crashed into the mat, bouncing off it with a loud thud. She felt the weight of her body on top of her, and her mind went blank for a second as she collapsed onto the mat. Alaina's attack was relentless, and Garlim seemed oblivious to her situation.

Alaina sent Garlim crashing down hard and knew she had to keep going. She got to her feet, pulling Garlim up by the arm. Alaina kept Garlim held by her left arm and she stepped away pulling Garlim into her extended right arm for a shorter clothesline! One wasn't enough either as Alaina would pull her up and do it again twice more to keep hammering away at the younger woman in the ring!

Alaina grabbed Garlim by one arm and lifted her up. The blonde goddess was practically hanging as her body was raised.

Alaina's arm became a blur as she began to hurl the clotheslines, each one with a powerful thud that sent Garlim's body reeling backward, causing her to let out muffled screams. The blonde goddess stumbled after each lift, but Alaina's grip on her arm kept her upright.

Garlim was trapped, unable to escape the relentless onslaught. Alaina's face reflected a ferocious intensity as she continued to pummel Garlim with the clotheslines. The crowd was on its feet, cheering and chanting Alaina's name as she dominated the ring.

Alaina wasn't going to stop as she stood up, bending down to grab Garlim and lift her straight up off the mat and hold her overhead! Alaina locked her arms out straight and held Garlim on display for a brief moment before sending her crashing down to the mat with a gorilla press drop! The amazon would jump up and splash down on Garlim, hooking a leg and attempting to pin her!
