Maya Doncy vs. Hikaru Sawazaki

Match Type: Standard

Hikaru was determined to go out and have a good showing. Her last outing was not one she was proud of the way she was getting absolutely destroyed for much of the match. Tonight she was going to show everything that she wasn't just some punching bag. She was going to demonstrate that she was a threat to anyone in that ring. Hikaru was stretching, wearing her yellow and black one piece swimsuit, kneepads and boots as she readied herself. She was mentally prepared to go out and give this her all, not leaving anything behind in the ring afterward.

Hikaru walked through the halls to the gorilla position and waited for a moment but her music soon began to play and she came out. She didn't have a huge following so she got a polite applause and some cheers as she walked down he ramp, waving to the fans a couple times but keeping her stare focused on the ring. She would walk up the ring steps onto the apron before climbing through the ropes to enter the ring ready to take on her opponent when she came down to the ring.

Maya is finally here at L.A.W., the company that her young sister Speranza and her niece Kisuke are in. She did give everyone speranza, her kind of hello. Now she is here to fight in her very first match...official match in L.A.W. She almost feels bad for Hikaru. She hopes she's ready because she's going to be hard on her. Hopefully she can fight back well or a decent amount.




She walks onto the stage with her snake, Billbo, a nonvenomous snake. A long one that wraps itself around Maya's upper torso. People look in awe at the snake. The snake looks around as she walks down the ramp. One foot in front of the other. She walks down the ramp, and at the end she guides Billbo into a glass-decorated container for it to go back into, and it does. L.a.w. staff takes it away. She goes to roll indie the ring, then kicks up facing her opponent. She extends her arms and does a big clap 3 times in a row and gets rid of her corner.


"Well hellooooo. Thanks for having my debut. Gonna have to showcase myself, so that means I'm going to beat you up, so I hope you're readyyyy." Maya told her opponent with such sass and confidence.

Hikaru watched her opponent make her way to the ring and she stood ready. When Maya spoke dismissively of Hikaru all Hikaru did was roll her eyes. "I heard that before." Hikaru said. She felt like every woman making a debut just came with the same default attitude. She was tired of it. Hikaru just stared at her and stretched waiting for the bell to ring.

Hikaru was smaller so she was going to have to be fast, technical and smart. Technique would win the day here. As soon as the bell rang Hikaru circled and had her hands up ready to go and not rushing in, instead waiting.

"Aww, my intro chat was normal and bland. Dang, I knew I shouldn't have. Oh well." Maya said in response to Hikaru's facial expression. Welp, she can get more creative as the march goes on, at the very least. The bell rings, and it is time for the match to begin.



She sees that Hikaru isn't charging at her or moving. So she goes to walk towards her. She gets close to her. She does a feint, kicks her left leg, and then goes with her right to try to kick her in the face. This will hopefully stun her, knock her down, or drone on her position and send her to the ropes.



If she gets her on the ground, she would jump into the air and give her a jumping elbow drop. If she had ropes, she would dropkick her. If she got stunned. Maya would grab her to give her a belly-to-belly suplex.

Things were starting off poorly for Hikaru who found herself kicked in the face and staggering back until she landed on the mat. Before she could do anything Maya came crashing down on top of her with an elbow drop leaving Hikaru stunned on the mat in bad shape right at the opening bell!

Maya isn't going to get happy or anything because of the opening success. That did seem kind of easy to her, to be honest. She grabs Hikaru's head. She lifts her up and shoves her head between her legs. She just thought of a better move to know.



She goes to try to lift her up in the air. In a powerbomb position. She would try to bounce her off the ropes, then when she came back from the top of the rope. She would turn around to powerbomb her down to the ground. Using the ropes to help give her a bigger slam and such was a nice idea to her.

Hikaru was still stunned as she was pulled up and then lift. However when she was in a seated position on top of her opponents shoulders she knew what was coming. Hikaru tightened her legs grip on Maya's head and leaned back trying to counter into a hurricanrana to send Maya to the mat and fight back!

Maya thought she had gotten her for the move-off. She really did, but Hikaru got a reversal off. She was able to turn the move into a hurricanrana. This sends Maya down to the mat. Maya got a bit annoyed by that. Thinking that she is going to be one of those kinds of people. Well, she has handled them before.

Maya is sturdier than that. She won't let that keep her down. She gets back up onto her feet. She goes to run at her, but she changes. Her direction. She goes to the ropes. She jumps on the bottom one and goes for a dropkick onto Hikaru. Aiming for her center mass. She seeks to knock her down.

She doesn't know how much experience Hikaru has, but it seems she had a good enough reaction time to pull something like that off. Alright, she has to remember that moving forward.

Hikaru sent Maya down with a hurricanrana but her opponent was up and moving right away. Hikaru saw Maya coming and tried to move out of the way as quick as she could but she was hit by the dropkick being sent crashing down to the mat on her back.

Maya knew she wouldn't be able to fight back agasit that well or dodge it. Maybe she tricked her, making her think she was going to aim for her face. Maybe prephas. Well that doesn't matter anymore. What matters right now is Maya has the advantage over Hikaru. She thought that name was a male name. Maybe to be unused. Oh well.



Maya went to try to stomp on Hikaru chest. If that works, she would quickly fly and climb up to the top rope. When she is at the top rope. She would turn around. She would then go to jump off and land both feet at her stomach. Which will lead her to bounce/get off of her.



It was the coupe de grace. A dangerous move, but Msya wants to see how durable Hikru is. It would be bad if she missed, but that's why she stomped on her. She HOPES that will be engouh. She not sure though. This has blein up in her face before.
