This would not be the first time she has participated in a variant of the deathmatch, but it would be the first time Gabriel has participated in one in LAW. It's already clear that she's not dealing with small-time amateurs, cheaters and hustlers, or the odd fighter with a martial arts background that stands out to challenge her in that little English fight club - she'll always have fun with each of those particular cases and will continue to do so when she has to travel back there to give them as part of her contract - where she had many of her best challenges, which would emerge in time to test her. But right now, Law comes first.
The queen was now going to have a really tough test against a fighter who could be either wilder than her or softer, a monsterheel by law or another newcomer to the federation with a small background like her; but either option did not urge intimidation. In truth, it was quite the opposite: just the ideas of what she might be like kept her energetic, with that glow burning inside her eyes, stirring her until she was hopping from one foot to the other as she waited for the right moment to step through those curtains.
So, just as te Royal Viper of pub felt her music entrance about to burst, she refrained from moving any further. Her eyes sharp and ready - she stuck out her tongue to bite it in an attentive, laughing expression as she watched like a fiendish animal about to leap for fun against those curtains, oblivious to her own potential sadism, waiting for her favourite beat, patient and imaginative about what she could do tonight with her opponent. And when her music boomed along with her name coming out of the presenter's mouth, the blonde crossed the gorilla position in one stride!
Spoiler
It was a few long strides that then turned into a debauched trot that ended as a normal walk all the way up the top ramp, her shaking her head from side to side as if disavowing something without bothering not to look obnoxious while doing so. Gabriel was clear on what she was after, she didn't wave to the crowd, her attention seemed like it would never travel to them, not because they dislike her, they love to hear her cheers and renegades when she goes up, but she's always going to prefer going to tie her attention to her opponent. And when they meet, The Indomitable Queen's going to make sure it's mutual...
