Celina v. Tianhuo (the Neo Phoenix versus the dragon)

Celina was desperate to have people take her seriously, and she thought that the first step to do it was to get a mentor figure, and when she saw that Tianhao was taking recruits, she had to join, it was practically a sign that she had too.

”okay Celina, all you need to do, is win and then she’ll respect you enough to train you”

Celina said to herself, before she heard her theme music start up

”it’s now or never Celina, let’s do this”

Celina said she ran out, waving at the crowd, a few people were cheering for her, wanting her to win, but a few of them were looking at her with a look of “I can’t wait to see you lose”, she slide under ropes as she waited for her opponent, taking a deep breath

New World (feat. Vava) by Krewella & Yellow Claw blares through the speakers as orange and yellow pyrotechnics go off on the other side of the stage.

Announcer: And her opponent fighting out of Foshan, China.. Standing in at 5ft 9in, and weighing in at 146lbs! The Death Dragon, TIIIIANNHUUOOOO!!

As her name is called, Tianhuo appears on the stage with a liangmao (otherwise known as a bamboo hat) to cover her face. She makes a mad dash to the ring before throwing the aforementioned bamboo hat into it, in which she jumps off the top rope and preforms an acrobatic maneuver before landing on her feet in a Phoenix stance and catching said hat causing the crowd to cheer.

Tianhuo: So.. you must be the Neo Phoenix. It is a pleasure to meet you. (She bows to her in respect)

Celina would bow to Tianhuo


“greetings Death dragon, it's a pleasureto meet you as well”

Celina said with a soft smile

I have come to request to train under you”

Celina would say in a soft tone, trying to mimic the death dragon, to show respect to her as well

“let's have a good match”

Celina would say, extending her hand to her opponent too give her a hand shake

Tianhuo accepts the handshake.

Tianhuo: Note that it does not matter whether you win or lose, but rather.. how good of a fight you put up. If you do well, you will become trained in the ways of the Longma.. (She then backflips before entering her stance) now come, show me your power!

“I'll show you exactly how powerful I am!”

Celina would yell as she ran at her opponent full sprint, aiming a punch at her opponent's stomach, hoping to wind her so that she could get an early advantage over her, if successfu, then Celina would follow it up with a german suplex

Tianhuo would see her opponent rushing at her, to which she deflects the punch and preforms a double kick to her chin.

Celina would end up stumbling back after the double kick, holding her jaw and clenching her teeth, her eyes were clenched shut as well, trying to think of a plan before coming up with something, she would run at Tianhuo again and feint a kick to her stomach, trying to make her attempt to block the feint kick so that she could uppercut her while she was preoccupied

Tianhuo would answer with a push kick to the gut before preforming a DDT and going for the pin.

Tianhuo: Your mind games will not work on me!

Celina would yell as she ended up hitting her head on the floor, she would feel Tianhuo pin her down before, before hearing the referee start the count

”1...”

She would kick out though, attempting to push Tianhuo away so that she could plan out another method of attack, she needed a plan for Tianhuo, it was obvious that running in headfirst would get her knocked out quickly if she wasn’t careful
