Claire was training in the gym room and hopping around like a tick on coffee, it was obvious she was excited for this, a light weight fighting a middle weight, something about that tickled her, but she knew she had to be civil, her girlfriend was watching her after all
”hello there, how are- no that sounds too plain, I need something that tells people I’m cool but that doesn’t come off as cocky”
Before Claire could get done her music started up
”oh goddess damnit!”
Claire yelled before running up to the entrance ramp and switching to a cool, swaggering walk, everyone could see she was panting a little bit from the run here, as she hopped over the ropes and sat in her corner, waiting for her opponent she was going to dominate
” hey by any chance can we get drinks in here?”
The referee sighed “no, you can not get drinks while in the ring”
”damn, that sucks, anyways where’s the other girl?”
Claire asked with a puzzled look

Kimiko stood in the dark corner across the doorway to the entrance of the stadium. She was anxious to meet her mysterious opponent tonight. She was kept in the dark as to who her opponent was! For all she knew, she was going to be facing Brynhild, the nearly 7-foot giant of a woman again. Kimiko shuddered. She hoped that wouldn't be the case. She could clearly hear the entrance of her opponent blaring on the other side of the doorway, but she didn't get to see them. She heard one of the announcers mention a 'Goddess'. "An unbeatable goddess, huh?" Kimiko talked to herself, "Heh, yeah right! We'll see about that tonight!" Kimiko's Appearance
Kimiko was aching for a victory after such a long string of losses. Time after time she had failed to grasp a win in spectacularly pathetic fashion. Yet she still believed she could take on anyone who stepped into that ring. Kimiko was certain she'd come out on top this time! "Yeah... I totally got this tonight!" Kimiko encouraged herself. No matter how big her opponent was, Kimiko convinced herself she had what it took to bring them down!
Kimiko walked up to the entrance to the arena bouncing up and down in anticipation and loosening her body. She couldn't wait to size up her opponent face to face in the ring tonight! The announcers came on once again in the stadium:
"...Now entering the arena, hailing from Japan...Standing at 5'4" and weighing in at 153 lbs... She's LAW's cutest rookie, it's THE STARRR POWERRRRR!!!" Kimiko's Entrance Music
The crowd applauded, welcoming Kimiko. All the lights focused on her, she could feel her heart pounding as it slightly shook her entire chest. Kimiko made some cute poses in the spotlight in her wrestling attire, making a great first impression to her audience for the night. Kimiko's heart never ceased to rush when greeted with the adoration of the crowd. She made an extra effort to work up the audience, doing very cutesy poses and waves to her fans as she walked to the ring. She did as she usually did, taking quick pictures with her fans and waving to the crowd as she approached the ring. Kimiko stood on the side of the ring and did her classic haul over the ropes, landing with a solid THUD on the mat. She walked around the ring waving one last time to the audience before noticing her opponent.
Kimiko was flabbergasted. "WAIT... I'm supposed to go up against her?! She's a lightweight! She's practically a kid!" Kimiko thought. A lot of Kimiko's anxieties about fighting a tough opponent instantly vanished. But she was still unsure about fighting such an opponent. What would it look like if her only win was against a child nearly half her size? She walked up to Claire, then Kimiko stopped, confidently placing a hand on her hip and adopting an assertive yet friendly pose. "Hey there! So you're this 'Goddess' I've heard about?" Kimiko asked. She hardly waited for a response before continuing, "I'm Kimiko! It looks like there must've been a booking mistake, you're clearly a lightweight. You should not be here fighting me, you're a kid! You don't even stand a chance! I'll try to make this quick and painless so you can say you at least put up a fight." Kimiko tried her best to be friendly but assertive of how uncomfortable she was to fight her. "...I can tell you're still new to this. But you know there's absolutely no shame in forfeiting. Especially if it quickens the inevitable outcome of the match and saves you the pain." Kimiko was clearly trying to pressure her to consider forfeiting before the match started. Kimiko felt sorry for the young lightweight that she was put in this position.
Kimiko was oblivious to Claire's near slip-up or fake smile. "Uhhh, well alright. If you're really up for it... Here's to a good fight!" Kimiko grabbed Claire's hand and shook it. But then Kimiko leaned in and whispered "Don't worry, I'll try not to hurt you too bad!" Kimiko swayed back to her corner waving to the audience one last time before she got there, but as she did she smiled and gave a friendly wink over to Claire.
Kimiko got back to her corner and bounced a little and stretched to loosen up before getting in her wrestling stance. Kimiko was ready for the match to begin!
-DING! DING!-
The bells rang and just like that the match was off! Kimiko began to go to the center of the ring to face her opponent.
Claire walked back to her corner, as soon as the bell ring she started off by running at Kimiko full speed, aiming a drop kick at her stomach, she knew she needed to start off strong if she wanted to beat a middle weight, and this was as strong as she could think of
”yeaahhhh!”
Claire yelled as she jumped, aiming the kick for Kimiko’s stomach, if she succeeded she was going to pin Kimiko down and punch her stomach a couple of times for good measure, just to lay Kimiko out properly

Kimiko was taken aback by the sheer speed at which Claire had approached in seemingly a fraction of a second after the bell rung! Kimiko could barely recognize Claire jumping before she felt a huge THOMP in her stomach. Kimiko looked down and saw Claire had sufficiently dented in her unguarded gut. Then a rush of pain flooded Kimiko. "GAH!" Kimiko gasped as she got the wind beaten out of her. She collapsed to the mat hugging at her damaged core, rolling onto her back and groaning.
But Claire wasn't done with her so easily. Kimiko felt Claire mount her and then another devastating punch to her belly. "AGUHHH!!" Kimiko spat out as the air was forced out of her lungs once again. Claire then released another punch to Kimiko's injured stomach! And another! It didn't take long, but Kimiko was reduced to a blubbering mess on the mat.
"Uhhnn... Uhhhhnnnn..." Kimiko moaned and whimpered as her body limply twitched below Claire. It was a pathetic sight that Kimiko had been reduced to immediately after the match had begun. Kimiko's eyes were rolled to the back of her head and she was beginning to drool. She just couldn't handle the pain Claire's destructive strikes did her ravaged gut.
Claire ended up spreading Kimiko’s body before laying on her stomach with a satisfied smirk
”rule number 1, never, ever think that a match is an easy win, even when it is, hey Referee, her shoulders are down, are you gonna count or what?”
Claire asked impatiently, laying on Kimiko’s body like a bed, she thought that it was gonna be a lot harder than that to take a middleweight down, especially considering her weight category

The referee took notice to Claire calling them out and jumped down to the mat. Kimiko was clearly topped by Claire, not doing anything to break out of the pin. The referee immediately began to count the pin, slapping the mat with each count.
"ONE..."
"TWO..."
"THREE!"
The referee stood up and waved their arms, signaling the end of the match, only literal seconds after it begun. It was all over!
-DING! DING! DING!-
The bells rang, followed by a mix of disappointment and excitement from the audience. This match might've made history as one of the shortest matches in LAW history, if not THE shortest! Kimiko still had the same defeated barely conscious expression on her face, although her face was starting to turn red due to not being able to breath much on account of her damaged gut. She was so out of it she hadn't even realized she'd lost yet!
"Guhhhhh-huhhh..." Kimiko groaned in a strained response. She was only awake enough to grab at her stomach in pain. Everything was so blurry in her head, she couldn't even hear Claire's question. If not for Claire holding her up, Kimiko would surely have collapsed to the ground since her legs weren't supporting her. Her eyes weren't focused on anything and she began to drool more out of her open mouth.
This was all a bit much for the poor jobber. It was clear Kimiko would need at least a few more minutes to regain her strength and mental faculties after such a quick yet thorough beating from her smaller opponent.
