Victory by knockout, pinfall, or KO.
See, in her experience, wrestling bookers were always kind of iffy when new talent asked them for a match with one of their longer term projects. ‘Start small’, they’d see. ‘We don’t want to throw you into deep water’. The usual crap excuses that all came down to them not wanting to risk their prized assets on an untested quantity. She understood it, lived with it. Just meant that she often had to scrape the bottom of the barrel before they let her dig her teeth into something meaty.
But LAW? LAW was different.
When she asked for a match with a big name, they gave it to her. Hell, they did her better than she wanted and gave her a Knockout Match, one where the only way to win was to put her opponent to sleep. It was the kind of win she went for most of the time, anyway, but forcing her opponent to do the same was bound to tip things in her favor. Even more so if she was up against someone smaller than her. And wouldn’t you know it, that just so happened to be the case.

The crowd didn’t know much about her, but they approved of her outfit, if all the catcalls and whistles and leering looks were anything to go by. She made sure to give them a show, too, swinging her hips in time with the music, bouncing along with a Beach Boy song made before 99% of the people hearing it were alive.
Spoiler
They were all eating it up, too. Oohs and aahs, until the screaming starts…
As her music faded, Wendy skipped over to her corner of the ring and leaned against the turnbuckle for some light stretching, making her as limber as her bulky body could get. If everything she knew about Heather Sunderland was true, then she would need to be on her toes to catch her and bring her to earth. But once she did, once she got on top, once she was in control, then the fun would start.
