"I'm feeling good about this one, Cheyenne!" exclaimed Deanna Duncan, beaming proudly backstage. "Really really good. Like so good I might be able to do this blindfolded! One arm tied behind my back! While doing a handstand for the entire match! That's how good this match feels to me right now against, uh... who was it?"
"Debuting wrestler "Wonder" Sakura Ikari," answered Cheyenne Black Rock, who was contently sitting on a bench backstage, looking at her phone.
"Pfft, okay Chey. So you know her and I don't. No big deal. What else could you possibly know about her?" said Duncan, rolling her eyes.
"She graduated top of her class in college before pursuing wrestling as a dream of her's, people are saying she's friendly, she has poor eye sight and wears glasses as a result, is twenty-one years of age, with brown hair and blue eyes, and you're both roughly the same height and weight," answered Deanna's Native American partner, raising her eyebrows as she glanced up at her. "And she is, as mentioned, debuting tonight."
Duncan gave Cheyenne a weird look before holding up a hand. "Okay, whatever point that you think you made, I'm outright refusing to your face to understand it, so I hope you're happy," said Deanna indignantly.
"I'm indifferent," replied Cheyenne, looking at her phone again. "And you're certain you don't want me out there?" questioned Black Rock.
"Yeeeees! You didn't hear what I said about the feeling good? Really good? Blindfolds? Handstands? Cheyenne "Wawa" Black Rock, I am completely fine this time! I just want you to park your beautiful keister on a seat backstage and watch and... do whatever it is you do when we're not hanging out," explained Deanna with a big smile.
"Usually resting," informed the Native American.
"Then reeeeeeest away Chey! Because mama's got a match to win," the platinum-haired girl said before marching down the hall.
"Other way, Deanna," spoke Cheyenne, prompting Deanna to turn and walk the opposite way without a word towards the entrance area of the arena.
Shortly after that, Deanna Duncan's theme hit, Nerves by Icon For Hire, as she walked out cheerfully, arms out as she grooves to her own music down the ramp! She slaps hands with some of the fans, looking like she's having a great time, and gets to the ring, sliding under it. Taking her jacket off from her entrance and throwing it out to the ring announcer, she throws up a hand and makes her way to the corner, trying to get the crowd to grow louder as she clapped her hands before hopping onto the top ropes in the corner and laying across it, reclining on them like they were a hammock as she awaited her opponent's arrival.
