Renewed Rivalry: Clara Gaster vs. Raquel Masters

Raquel howled and clawed away at Clara's grip, unable to escape but she was not tapping out! Raquel squirmed, struggled and fought, trying to escape the hold she was caught in. "N-no way!" Raquel said back to Clara, again putting everything she had into swinging back to hammer Clara with the hardest strikes she could in an attempt to escape!

"Ugh!", Clara let out a cry as Raquel continued to punch away at her, trying to escape...

...this was it, Clara thought. She gave her her chance. About time she bent the rules a bit.

Clara turned her head. The expression on her face was as if she saw a ghost in the crowd coming this way into the ring. The perceptive ref noticed that, and took her attention away from the fighting women in the ring...for just long enough for Clara to snag a hold of the middle rope, and pull herself up, adding additional leverage and pressure on Raquel's neck, wrenching at it as well as leaving the other woman breathless!

Raquel howled and thrashed in Clara's grip the extra tight hold now making her black out! Raquel's body went limp, and she would be gasping for air if she were able to breathe. Raquel knew this was it, trying to look back and seeing Clara grabbing the rope! Raquel was furious.... but powerless. The official was looking elsewhere and an angry Raquel didn't give Clara the satisfaction of a submission... at least by her own admission.

Raquel seconds later fell unconscious, knowing that she lost and that Clara had cheated to beat her.

Clara felt Raquel to got limp, while the crowd let out boos towards the Shadow Lord, the referee still thinking something was happening in the crowd, but unable to see anything, worried about potential interference from the crowd, with both women having plenty of enemies, and their first match ending in a draw over an interference.

Clara let go off the rope, to scuttle the 2 of them away from the ropes, before calling for the ref:

”Ref! She is out!”

This got the officials attention very quickly, with a quick check of the arm, before calling for the bell

DING DING DING!

Clara let Raquel go, with the crowd in a mix of cheers and boos…quite a bit more boos than Clara expected, but she doubted a small cheat on her end was going to destroy her relationship with the fans. A win was a win after all.

She quickly checked on Raquel, but she was sleeping sound, so Clara left her rival on the canvas as she celebrated, making her way back up the ramp to slap hands with LAW fans, getting back a few more cheers on her side…
