Valerie wasn’t in the hold for all that long, but it hardly mattered. Just a few seconds of having her leg battered like this was an eternity, and she doubted the choice of attack was an accident. Just like predecessors, leg-strength was the core of her offense. Whereas the last Valley Doll had relied on powerful, devastating kicks, she used her legs for high-impact slams, needing the big bass to deliver maximum impact. Add in the fact that her legs had already been worn down from the rigors of this hellish match, and damage was being done that she would be feeling for weeks.

Still, she reached the ropes, grabbed them tight, and earned her freedom. Alizeh was a good sport, breaking away almost immediately and not milking the hold. Valerie nodded, hissed as she put pressure of the tortured leg, and-

And Alizeh slapped her on the butt.

Valerie looked over her shoulder with a raised eyebrow and a clear ‘Really?’ gaze before she rose and turned to face her foe. She dusted herself off, took a second to test out the battered limb, then moved forward with ginger steps. She wasn’t confident in her ability to lift Alizeh up just yet, but that didn’t mean she was out of options. Her arms were still fine, and they could buy time for the rest of her body to catch up.

While Valerie wasn’t exactly a boxer, she could throw good, heavy strikes, which she fell back on in her time of need. She lashed out and lurched forward, swing a heavy right hook at Alizeh’s face, trying to take her down with the ponderous, powerful blow.

Successful in her reversal and locking in of the submission Alizeh kept it as tight as she could until Valerie reached the ropes, but didn't seek to make it any worse after the blonde did so and released it almost immediately. Unfortunately for the blonde however Alizeh wasn't going to let her off completely scotch free, and gave a slap to the blonde's but before releasing her and getting up. When given a side eye from it Alizeh would just stick her tongue out playfully in response.

Only for a moment though before she got serious once again, putting her fists up in preparation, knowing that the blonde would be on the war path after getting the advantage taken on her. Sure enough Valerie was moving in on her, arms up, no doubt looking to make up ground with some strikes as opposed to ground game, and that was what Alizeh would need to be extra careful of since she was sure the blonde was more than capable of putting out some major power.

Watching carefully as the Valley Doll approached Alizeh would weave to the side at the last moment as Valerie's fist came flying, narrowly avoiding the blow and bobbing to her side.. The side that she had pull on Valerie's leg a moment ago. All so that Alizeh could swing her leg around to send a kick right into the side of Valerie's hurt leg!

Valerie had never much cared for strikes, but she’d been trained well enough in them by her parents. They’d employed a guy, Armando Rodriguez, a boxer who turned wrestler, to give her some tips, teach her how to be put on a proper stance, get the power behind her blows, block when need be and do a little footwork. While she would never be able to do much in a proper match, she was better at it than anyone off the street, able to get some real force behind her knuckles.

Of course, that wouldn’t mean much if she couldn't actually hit anyone, which was the current problem. While they were both worn out by the match, Alizeh still had enough pep in her step to stay out of Valerie’s range, nimbly avoiding her hard blow. For her troubles, she was rewarded with a stiff kick on the leg that had taken the brunt of damage a few moments ago, making her yelp and hop away, struggling to keep her balance.

She knew that a retreat was too costly, though. After taking a couple of steps back, Valerie threw herself at Alizeh again, this time throwing out a left and a right hook. Neither of them were any faster than the last strike, however, and it was starting to look like she was reaching the end of the rope. There had to be a way…

Anyone with eyes could see that Alizeh and Valerie were each running on fumes at the moment, resorting to full on strong style strikes in the last leg of the match, doing everything and anything possible to try and take the advantage over the other and win this match. In particular Alizeh seemed just a bit closer at managing something as she managed to avoid Valerie's initial attack and responded with a kick of her own right to the blonde's damaged leg.

Unfortunately the blow on its own wasn't enough to send the Valley Doll back down to the mat as the blonde came swiveling right back around with a two piece combo! Alizeh for her part was expecting and hoping for Valerie to go down to the mat, but with that not being the case she had to act fast. Ducking low and barely managing to avoid the punches Alizeh would dart forward past Valerie, making a dash at the ropes.

Despite Valerie remaining standing her mobility was surely shot and as such her ability to dodge would surely be compromised. As such Alizeh would leap up on the ropes as she neared, perching her feet on the middle ropes while holding the top rope, using the force with which she landed on them to push herself backwards, turning midair as she launched herself back at Valerie, extending her arms out to catch Valerie and pull her down with a springboard cutter!

God, wrestling fast people could be such a monumental pain in the ass. She knew it would be. She accepted it, she’d trained with Garfield, and he was every bit as agile and quick as Alizeh was - but that didn’t make it any less irritating for her. It would’ve been hard for her to tag someone like this if she were in the best shape, and she was so far from the best shape at the moment. Every step was a small torture, as she forced herself to put pressure on a limb that couldn't take it.

Knowing this didn’t make it any less frustrating when Alizeh continued to avoid her strikes, however, as the woman’s fleet feet allowed her to stay one step ahead. Valerie swung out and tried to hit, but Alizeh was gone, before she could even complete the motion, ducking under her and running to the ropes.

Grunting with both exertion and annoyance, she spun about as fast as she could, only to find her foe taking flight, soaring straight towards her with no shortage of momentum. No time to dodge, no time block. There was only one way for her Valerie to go: Straight through.

So, she did.

As Alizeh came her way, Valerie dipped down and shot up at the right moment, looking to ram her shoulder into the woman’s stomach and take her out of the air with a Spear.[/b] Her bad leg hurt like hell, pushed to its limit, but if this worked…

Alizeh decidedly had the advantage over Valerie right now. Not only having gotten the most offense in thus far, but especially by damaging that powerful leg of Valerie's which would not only limit the blonde's mobility but also her attacking power. It was this limitation in mobility that allowed Alizeh the chance to not only avoid Valerie's combo attempt and run past her, running right at the ropes and leaping off them in order to launch back at her opponent with an attempted stunner!

Unfortunately however what Alizeh hadn't expected was for the Valley Doll to have enough power and mobility in her to launch herself back at the greenette, driving her shoulder into her stomach, taking her out of the air as a result! "UGH!" Alizeh cried out in pain, her stomach practically collapsed by the impact of the move, dropping her down to the mat, clutching her stomach while dry heaving, practically defenseless and at Valerie's mercy!

That had to do it, that had to do it!

Valerie hit the mat and immediately rolled over to the cradle her aching leg, feeling the pain down to the bone. Too much weight all at once, it felt like something was close to tearing in there, and it was enough to make her eyes well up. She needed ice, she needed a painkiller, she needed rest.

Soon. More than anything, she needed to finish this. She looked over, saw Alizeh rolling about in utter agony, and realized this was her best chance

Desperate, frantic, she scurried over to her opponent, forced her down with a hard shove, flopped onto her chest with her own, and pulled her legs in, going for a classic pin. The referee - who was looking exhausted enough to be in a match, herself - slid over and started up the count.

”1…!”

Caught flat footed by her opponent's sudden explosive burst of speed and power Alizeh was sent crashing down to the mat with her abs feeling like they had totally caved in from the force in which Valerie had driven into her with. Left gasping and coughing in pain she'd try and turn over onto her side. However Naturally Valerie was in desperation mode and this was a one of a kind position she was now in. Dragging Alizeh towards her and hooking her leg Alizeh felt her opponent's weight press onto her for a pin fall attempt!

"One!"

"TWO!!"

"THR-"

Just before the ref could finish the third and final count Alizeh would thrust her shoulder up while twisting to the side getting her shoulder off the mat and kicking out with literal moments to spare!

This was it.

Or rather, this had to be it.

Or more rather still, Valerie needed this to be it.

She was at the end of her rope, could feel her body starting to shut down, more aware of her limits than ever before. She wasn’t sweating anymore, a sure sign that dehydration was setting in, and she could feel the cramps in her legs. Her body was threatening to collapse at any moment, a full revolt, and she wasn’t even sure she would have the energy to walk back up the ramp, much less keep fighting if Alizeh kicked out.

Well, she was about to find out - she got her shoulders up. ”Damn it!”

Valerie gave the mat a contemptuous punch, one she would’ve given Alizeh if she had been thinking more clearly. Nothing seemed to work against this woman, nothing seemed to click, and she was running out of options. She needed a nuclear option, and she searched around the ring, almost as if one might magically appear.

Her gaze came to a sudden stop on the turnbuckle. There. That would do.

”Up. Get up.”

Valerie couldn't help but show some of her frustration as she grabbed Alizeh’s head, gripped it tight, and pulled her along as she stood, forcing her to rise along with her. If she couldn't get on her own two feet, she was perfectly happy to just drag the woman to the corner, if need be - one way or another, they were getting there. She was ending this.

Alizeh was absolutely rocked and left breathless from that spear by Valerie and left heavily dazed as a result, only barely able to kick out of the pin. Still though she was only half conscious in the wake of it and as Valerie got up, grabbing at Alizeh and pulling her up, or trying too. Unfortunately though she wasn't able to stand up on her own whatsoever. Being totally dead weight as Valerie dragged her away towards the corner, trying in vain to grab at Valerie's hands but otherwise unable to do anything to stop the woman's grip and towing her towards the intended destination!
