Jessica was breathing easier now. She had still not quite gotten to the point where she was breathing truly easily, but the second count made Jessica feel a whole hell of a lot better. She was just one slap of the mat away from leaving tonight with a win, something she savored more than anything else in the world. Her purple eyes were open. When they filmed this shot, she wanted them to know that her eyes were open and she was unafraid of the world.

THREE!

There it was, the sweet release. The bell rung. Jessica lay there just a split second longer than she absolutely had to. The crowd didn't really erupt. They mostly acquiesced to the few crazies in the top row who just loved violence, but Jessica was smiling all the same. Not because of anything that they did, but because she knew that when she stood up the ref girl would be raising her hand.

There was another small burst when her hand was raised.

"Fucking loser," Jessica growled at her opponent before she started making her way out of the ring.

Diana knew that in the world of wrestling, the phrase 'you win some, you lose some' could not have been more applicable. Had the two wrestlers never spoken, Diana would have taken this defeat in earnest. It was a match between even frames, even skill levels, and even levels of determination. But having shared a moment or two of conversation, winning had become perhaps a little more than a simple notch on ones record.

Simply put - the fact that Diana had lost to this rather spiteful violet made her shiver in frustration. Not that she had the energy to glare, for she merely remained flat to her back after the pinfall had been counted. She heard those final words all too clearly, but she opted not to react.

She however, would not forget.

Winner By Pinfall: Jessica Wright
