She let go of Alexia and stumbled back. Ripley started to feel her own battle damage and was feeling wobbly on her feet. It seems her earlier adrenaline was wearing off.

Ramming her elbow right into Ripley, the Harlequin managed to get some breathing room as she forced her opponent back as her blood stained the barricade after having her head driving into it as it leaked down her face. Her eyes looked dazed as more blood began to pour down her face. The headbutt had incapacitated Ripley and made her an easy victim.
