Until one is out cold: Mary Clairson vs Aslaug Gunn

After connecting with her dropkick Aslaug was beginning to feel quite confident in having damaged her opponent to a point she could begin to cut her some slack. The whitehead swiftly went onto the recovering Mary on the canvas, she sat with her knees on her chest pinning the bluenette. Playfully, the norwegian smacked Mary on the cheeck as if trying to stir her senses back into place.

"Hey hey, earth to Mary you there? Say have I been too rough with you? If so, we can end it here you know I'll make you sleep in a sec don'tcha worry!"

The funny thing is, that she sounded genuine in her...concern...if you could call it that.

Mary was still recovering from the dropkick Aslaug hit her with, knowing that she needed some time to recover. Sadly, it looked as though Aslaug disagreed, as Aslaug pressed her knees and sat on Mary’s chest.

“NO!” Mary declared after listening to what Aslaug said, before trying to shove her right off with her hands.

Mary was succesful in her shove and the norwegian rolled off her, striking a relaxed pose on the ground as she held her face between her hands.

"Why not though? You look in pain and tired, you could be seriously injured if we continued like this."
The norwegian said nochalantly, but...sincerely. Again, weirdly enough she semmed to care for Mary 's wellbeing.

"Or is it perhaps a matter of pride? You're a submission specialist, your finisher is tailor made for this match so you can't afford to lose it? That kind of thing...Am I right?"

Mary decided to slowly get back up to her feet, trying to get back up while Aslaug was talking to her, letting her know that she was not quitting.

“I need to win this match, and I need to prove I’m not a disappointment.” Mary replied as she got into a grappling stance and waited for Aslaug to get up.

She would wait for Aslaug to make the first move.

"To whom though? You're strong Mary that wasn't somenthing I want to be discussed. You shouldn't fell like you have to constantly prove yourself."

Aslaug declared with a smile upon getting up, pointing towards the bluenette. Before, surprisingly entering in a grappling stance as well and starting to get close to the submission specialist position.
Was this just another trick of hers or was the wyvern genuine? Mary would have to decide, and fast.

Mary saw Aslaug get into a grapple stance just like her, and decided she knew exactly what she wanted to do. She would slowly approach Aslaug, being very conscious of what Aslaug was doing.

Mary would then wrap her arms around Aslaug quickly, before attempting a Belly to Belly suplex on Aslaug.

Mary's maneuver would be succesful, the whitehead is the one being catched by surprise this time as the othe girl manages to slam her hard in the mat without her being able to do much about it.
Yet...
Even when in pain, Aslaug still somewhat smiles...
She pats a little the bluenette on the back saying

"Oh I knew you could so much more Mary! Keep it up!".

Mary did it, she managed to get Aslaug laying flat on her back, and she was prone for another attack. Mary knew she had to make another move and fast, or else she would probably end up getting countered.

Mary would quickly maneuver herself over to where Aslaug’s legs were, before grabbing both of her legs, and attempting to force her onto her stomach.

She was attempting to lock her in a Boston Crab.

It looked as if the calcs of the Wyvern had been way off, as the bluenette was catching the second wind of a lifetime as she quickly shifted the woman around while she was still recovering from the earlier slam to put her into a tricky situation.

"Arghh..." Aslaugh bit into her lips as Mary locked her into a painful hold to be in such a kind of match. The Boston Crab. She could fell pain accumulating into her back by the seconds the more she remained trapped...

"Seems you caught a good second wind Mary..." She commented as she tried to free herself by wildly moving her feet and legs in the attempt at throwing Mary off balance.

Mary was determined, she was locked in as she locked in the Boston Crab and pulled on Aslaug’s legs backwards. She knew she needed to break down Aslaug more.

Mary felt Aslaug attempting to struggle out, and in response, attempted to pull back even further on Aslaug, and break her down even more.
