Sumiko (D) vs Rebecca Watatsumi

Sumiko's display of strength shocked her opponent and the audience. The lightweight dynamo would successfully pull off her Powerbomb and break free of the hold. She'd raise her arms upon hearing the crowd. But her festivities would soon be interrupted by Rebecca's whining.

"Oh, are you ok? We're wrestlers! We wrestle! It's gonna hurt sometimes! But we've gotta keep going!" Sumiko would state to try and justify her actions. She'd try and grab hold of Rebecca's arm and pull her fellow lightweight off her feet. Sumiko would place a hand between Watasumi's thighs to try and lift her up for a basic body slam! If the scoop slam connected, Dreamer would bend down to grab hold of one of Rebecca's legs. She'd try to capitalize on her foe's obvious back pain by trying to turn her over and sit on her back to trap her in Single Leg Boston Crab!

"You holding up ok?" Sumiko would ask if she managed to get in more offense uncontested. "If it's too much, tap out!"

"ahh...unnnnn my back is killing me.." Rebecca said to Sumiko in a bit of a daze but then would get rolled onto her belly and pulled into a single crab. "ahhh not goooooooodd" Rebecca cried out as she wanted to tap but remember what Sumiko said if she gave up to early she would be forced into a best two out of three.

"ughhhh... noo i wont tap! or else were going in a Two out of three!!!" Rebecca cried out as she tried to crawl to the ropes and hope for a rope break.

Hearing her opponent complain and cry out tugged at the heartstrings of the audience, at at Sumiko's, herself. She'd promptly release the hold and apologize.

"Oh no! I'm-I'm sorry! I can be a little intense sometimes. I didn't really mean you'd have to do a best two out of three! I was just really excited to wrestle."

The sudden display of empathy and care might have caught the fans and Rebecca by surprise, but for the first time tonight, Sumiko would learn to consider her opponent's feelings just as much as she considered her own.

Rebecca would try to tough out the pain as she crawled over to the ropes. "ugh huh?" Rebecca said as she felt the girl let go of her and looked at her as she was apologizing. "hey ...hey its okay i mean you just want to give the fans a match they cna remember right?" Rebecca said as she got up and looked at Sumiko. "don't worry about me we have to keep fighting for the fans and for our selves right?"

Rebecca looked at Sumiko with sincere eyes as she under stood why Sumiko wanted a really good fight. "lets um continue the match shall we?" Rebecca siad as she didn't want Sumiko to have a boring match.

Sumiko would nod as her opponent gave her assurance that this was a match still worth fighting. Despite having lost her head for a bit, Sumiko was able to see eye to eye with Rebecca and renew their match up properly! The debuting girl would put her arms up and assume a stance.

"Yeah! Let's do it! You get the next move, Rebecca! Come at me! For the fans! For me! Show me what you got!" She'd say in an enthusiastic voice, clearly brimming with energy again just like she was when the two of them first began the match!

Rebecca would nod to Sumiko as she run over to the girl attempting to go for a lock up but would instead kick the girl in the stomach and then wrap her arms around Sumikos head as her back faced her going for a stunner on the girl instead hoping to give Sumiko a good bit of damage. "take this!" Rebecca yelled as she wanted see the look on sumiko's face if this move landed.

Rolling back onto her Knees Rebecca would look at Sumiko thinking on her next move.

Sumiko was eager to lock up with Rebecca. One of the things she was looking forward to most at LAW was testing her strength against other lightweights and other girls in general. But Rebecca had other plans.

"Urgh!" Dreamer groaned as Watasumi's kick landed squarely in her abs. She'd be doubled over and left wide open to the Japanese wrestler's Stunner attempt! The move connected clearly and left Sumiko floored on the ring canvas! She'd turn to her side and rub her jaw. Sumiko was down but she was far from out!

"Not....bad!" She'd say with enthusiasm and approval despite taking a pretty big move.

Rebecca smiled as her stunner worked on Sumiko as she looked at the girl getting back onto her feet. She heard Sumiko say not bad and smiled at her a little. Going over at Sumiko Rebecca would grab the girl's arm and pick her back up hoping she was groggy from the stunner still. She would then start to bring her arm up and go for a few good chops at Sumiko's chest. "take this and this!" Rebecca yelled out.

Rebecca had secured a distinct advantage with that Stunner. She plucked a slightly dazed Sumiko from the mats and began to wear away at her with a combination of successive chops!

"Urgh!" Sumiko's groan echoed through the arena, along with sound of the chop itself! Watatsumi hit her with another, and another! The force of the blows caused Dreamer's torso to sway left and right. But after being hit with a couple chops, Sumiko would wind up one of her own!

"That the best ya got?!" She'd yell as she lashed out with a barrage of forearms and chops! Sumiko hit with the intention of striking Rebecca off her feet and down the mat, even if it took multiple blows!

Rebecca would send chop after chop at Sumiko before the girl would grab Sumiko's hand she would feel a barrage of chops and forearms hitting her chest over and over. she would take a few steps back with each hit her breast bouncing everywhere from the hits. "ugh guh! no way i got plenty more!!!" Rebecca yelled as seh grabbed Sumiko's arm and would try a over the shoulder throw on the girl and then lock her in a wrist lock.
