Sky High Justice: Aella Midori vs Phoebe Justice

Leaping over Phoebe with the woman's legs in hand Aella had secured yet another pinfall on the woman, prompting the ref to drop down again, much to the poor woman's frustrations as she counted... Only to have to stop once more as Phoebe reversed the pin and now on top with Aella's shoulders down, her legs kicking about as she tried to get out.

"TWO!THREE!"

After that first count the second and third came fast, far too fast, with their hand hitting the mat like there was a buzzer for a large sum of money there. The frustration of the back to back pins having prompted a fast count from the ref!

Phoebe kept her rival firmly trapped, awaiting the count…but expecting Aella to either reverse or kick out…

…but the unexpected 3rd option occured!

”ONE!TWO!THREE! RING THE BELL…Goddamnit…”

Aella didn’t kick out at the third count…meaning…

DING DING DING!

Phoebe released Aella, her eyes wide open at the fact. She won… if one could even call it that.

She got up, turning to the ref: ”What…the actual FUCK was that?!”, she protested her own victory! In no way did she want this kind of a tainted win against any rival… least of all against someone she knew like Aella!

“Y-you won didn’t you?”, the ref tried to defend herself as the fuming American stared daggers into the ref!

Aella's mouth was agape as soon as the bell rung. Not because she had lost. But because of how she lost. More specifically the ref's part in it. After all she had been a veteran for years now, and she knew a fast count when she heard it. Getting up to her feet quickly and turning to the ref she would be joined by her opponent, much to her surprise. At the moment though Aella's rage was far more prevalent over her shock. "What she said what kind of ref are you!" Aella demanded, even taking things a step further and shoving the ref with a furious look on her face, after all she had just been screwed!

“Look here you two! Referee’s discretion is the rule! And it was my discretion that the match went on long enou—“

”THE MATCH WAS ONLY TO GO FOR 10 MINUTES, YOU UTTER MORON! WE’VE BEEN WRESTLING FOR…?”, Phoebe finally screamed at the ref, completely losing her patience!

The ref stepped back, as the two women angrily glared at the ref. The poor woman tried to turn away from the two… only to be met with an irate crowd chanting: “THIS REF SUCKS! THIS REF SUCKS!”

Deciding to pick a target, the now frustrated ref turned to Phoebe:

“Stop…stop insulting me! Or do you want me to overturn the result of the match?”, the ref would threatened Phoebe, still not realizing just how little a tainted win from a quick-tempered ref was worth.

At the threat, Phoebe’s face calmed down, as she took a breath. She turned to Aella, before looking down, stomping the floor lightly as a bit of a signal, before turning to the ref once more:

”Overturn this.”

Phoebe spun around on the spot, trying to ram the back of her foot into the jaw of the crooked ref, trying to knock them out with her finishing Rider Kick K - a classic Spinning Heel Kick

Aella was pissed. Rightfully so no less, after all she had been unfairly pinned in a big match for her that no left her without a option on rectifying the result. All because of a ref with nothing but bullshit as an excuse. Ridiculous! You were just frustrated at the back to back pins you unprofessional little shit!" Aella snapped in a moment of rare rage towards the zebra.

It wasn't just them either. The crowd as well was just as behind the two, chanting that the ref sucked and in turn, giving Aella and Phoebe both the support they knew they deserved as they stared down the short sighted and increasingly desperate ref, to the point that she even began to threaten Phoebe about taking away the win, but that wouldn't be satisfying enough for either women.

Looking towards Phoebe and spotting the stomp from her Aella would give a soft nod towards her, turning and running at the ropes, right as Phoebe turned and threw her leg up, smashing her heel into the ref's face! Just after making impact though Aella would come running right back, leaping up while turning midair to smash her rear into the ref's face to fully knock them out with her signature running hip attack Moonblast!

Landing on her feet after Aella would turn towards Phoebe and hold her hand out towards her. "Shall we plan our rematch?" Aella asked the woman, having a good feeling that the Rider would be just as eager as she was for a second go.

The lazy ref thought her status as a ref gave her exemption from being attacked by the two rightfully irate women… but as she saw Aella leave for the ropes, her reaction switched from confusion… to one of fear. Alas for the poor ref, moving to the side would only result in her driving her head into Phoebe’s heel for her finishing Rider Kick! A moment later, Aella’s rear would smash her straight in the face for her signature Moonblast, knocking the official out!

To Aella’s question, Phoebe gave a confident nod: ”Give me 5 minutes in the showers”, Phoebe would say, leaving the ring. Despite being the victor of the match, she would leave to no fanfare. Even the sound team understood that playing the victor’s music in this case wouldn’t be appropriate…

Despite how utterly satisfying knocking the scumbag referee out it didn't change the fact that Aella had been cheated out of a potential victory, a statement one she was eager to make. Really the only consolation, despite knocking the ref out, was in that her opponent was at least of the same mind as herself. Especially since she was very quick to agree to a rematch between the two. "Excellent, in fact, I may just join you.." Aella said as she moved to follow Phoebe out of the ring and to the back.
