Lightning Strikes a Butterfly - Keqing Vs. Raquel Masters

Even more dazed than before, Keqing could do nothing but groan as Raquel forced her back up to her feet. Her head was spinning and she nearly keeled over as she got forced to stand up, held upright only by Raquel's arm. Then Raquel shoved her into the ropes, Keqing's arms automatically hooking over the top ropes to hold herself up, leaving her body wide open for Raquel to strike.

"Guh! Gah! Ugh!" Keqing let out pained gasps each time Raquel's leg smashed into her abdomen. "AHH!" She let out a final cry when Raquel's last kick struck her now aching and bruised up core, her belly an angry red color after taking all those kicks.

Her arms unhooked from the top ropes as Keqing sank to her knees, both her hands reaching down to clutch at her aching gut. The pain made it hard to concentrate, Keqing was already in a dazed state after taking those to big hits, now she had the starch taken out of her with those repeated kicks and couldn't even tighten her abs without sharp pangs of agony. If Raquel didn't intervene, Keqing would fall to her knees and curl up into a ball, groaning in pain as she tried to soothe her ab muscles.

Raquel had Keqing on the ropes literally and seeing Keqing crumple meant that Raquel was ready for something big. Grinning the smaller grappler pulled Keqing up to her feet and grabbed hold of her head, looking to again show some power by lifting her up into the air for a vertical suplex! Raquel was putting everything she had into this, knowing that a high impact suplex could leave Keqing down on her back long enough for Raquel to fly....

Keqing groaned as Raquel did not allow her to fall to her knees, grabbing her by her head and forcing her back up to her feet. She was hurting quite bad, her gut aching from the multiple kicks, her head still feeling a bit dazed. And it was about to get worse, as Raquel set her up for another big move.

"Uwaaaaah!" Keqing gasped as Raquel grabbed her by her waist and pulled her up, lifting her all the way to an upside down vertical position! The crowd roared at this display of power from the smaller fighter. Keqing meanwhile clung on to Raquel for deal life, not wanting to get dropped on her head.

Then Raquel fell backwards, slamming Keqing brutally down onto the mats! BOOM! The force of impact made Keqing bounce up to a sitting position, before she let out a low groan and flopped back down onto her back. Her eyes were screwed shut as she panted weakly, the serious of blows she had just taken punishing her body to its very limit!

Raquel had Keqing down and now she was going to go big, trying to put her away right here! Raquel stood up again running to the corner and leaping, managing to jump up to the top perched on the top turnbuckle facing the crowd. Raquel smiled and looked behind her to make sure Keqing was right where she was supposed to be before leaping up, sailing through the air doing a moonsault from the top rope as she looked to crash down on top of Keqing, immediately going for a pin should her landing be successful!

Keqing's eyes were screwed shut, the pain in her head, tummy, and back leaving her feeling quite helpless as she got laid out on the mats. She had enough awareness to know that Raquel was going for some kind of big move, after all she was taking her time setting it up. But there was little she could do right now to avoid it. All she could do was suck in deep breaths, trying her best to recover and hoping that when Raquel launched her attack, it would be something she could avoid.

She felt a shadow across her face as the hot ring lights got blocked out. Keqing opened her eyes a sliver, seeing Raquel take to the air in a spectacular moonsault! Her back arched as she flew through the air, just beginning her flip. "I have to move now!" Keqing thought. If Raquel came down on her with that move she would be a goner!

Gathering her wits and timing her move perfectly, Keqing would push off of one foot and quickly roll to the side, leaving Raquel to land on nothing but the mats! It would be a close call though, as Keqing barely had the time to get aside, feeling a rush of air on her back as Raquel came crashing down beside her!

This match just was not a good one for Raquel's ability to time her jumps! She flew through the air from a height sailing down towards Keqing.... but she crashed agonizingly hard landing on nothing but the mat! "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Raquel howled in pain as she writhed on the mat, her rough landing clearly taking a toll on her while her momentum came to a crashing halt! Raquel couldn't think straight although she felt nothing but disappointment at her inability to land big flying moves in the match hoping that it wouldn't be her demise.

Keqing winced again in sympathy for her opponent as Raquel botched a second high-flying attempt. At least this one wasn't as bad as landing on Keqing's knees, though smashing face-first into the mats was never fun. But now Keqing had an opportunity to turn this match around, something she wasn't going to just give up despite feeling a bit bad for Raquel. She rolled just a bit more to get onto her front, then with an agonized groan she pushed up to her knees and got to her feet.

"My turn now," Keqing said as she stepped over to Raquel. She didn't want to give the smaller fighter a chance to recover. Grabbing her by her head, Keqing pulled Raquel up to force her to her feet. "That was a good run Raquel," Keqing said, "I'm not gonna let you do that again!"

Once she got Raquel standing, Keqing would give her a rough shove back to push her into the corner, slamming her back against the turnbuckle. She wouldn't give Raquel a chance to fall back down or even move though. "This is for those belly-kicks!" Keqing said as she dashed in and buried her knee into Raquel's abs, crushing the air out of her opponent while simultaneously spearing her against the corner!

Raquel was gasping for breath, struggling to stand when when pulled up and shoved to the corner. She was still reeling when Keqing smashed into her crushing the torso of the lightweight! Raquel let out a pained, wheezing scream as she was unable to breathe with the wind knocked out of her! She was barely up as her arms were draped across the top rope but Raquel's legs were limp. Her head bobbed as she looked like the was adrift in the wind, wide open for more offense as she was unable to recover.

After kneeing Raquel hard in the gut, Keqing could tell her opponent was winded and barely able to keep herself up. Her arms were draped over the top ropes, leaving her body wide open for more damage. Keqing took a step back after that knee, taking a moment to catch her breath and throw her hair behind her head.

"You've got a real tight belly Raquel," Keqing said, "I can tell you've trained your body well." Her hand reached down and felt up Raquel's tight abs in admiration. "Let's see how tough they really are!"

With that, Keqing's hand clenched into a fist as she drove it right in the middle of Raquel's belly! She would do so repeatedly, her fist smashing into Raquel's abs over and over. After each punch Keqing would give Raquel's abs another feel, almost massaging it with her open palm to soothe the pain, before punching her in the gut again. The purple-haired girl looked intently into Raquel's eyes, trying to see how much punishment Raquel could take before giving in.

Raquel's mid-section was in a lot of trouble as the hits kept coming! She groaned more loudly with each hit and she was reeling as she was up against the turnbuckle. Her head was bobbling but Keqing took a break and her pause gave a desperate Raquel a chance to act. As Keqing looked in her eyes Raquel glared and raised her legs up thrusting them out to kick Keqing hard in the mid-section hoping to buy herself some much needed recovery time! Raquel was still stuck in the corner and using the top ropes to stay up, hoping that Keqing would be stunned for a moment at least.
