Mei got hurt by her opponents attack, her head was hurting a lot, however her body was still able to act on instinct as she started to punch her opponent. Luckily the punches hurt her opponent enough so that she ended her plan. She also didn't make any resistance against the shove of her opponent. She rolled over after getting pushed breathing faster. Mei laid for a bit on the ground after she noticed that Hakuno didn't get on the offense. The orientation of her was a bit messed as the world spun around her. The hit to her head did a bit more impact than the black head wished for. However, thanks to Hakuno the woman could rest a bit.

As she was done with her rest, Mei would roll herself up on her back and then jump upwards on her feet, turning her attention to the other woman.

Going into her fighting stance she waited until her opponent came towards her with a kick. Mei did not attempt to dodge it or block the kick. Rather the black haired woman would attempt to kick with her leg against Hakuno's leg which was aimed at Meis leg. Afterwards Mei puts her leg down and attempts to put her other leg up. Then Mei attempts to do a push kick into Hakunos abdomen.

Once her opponent jumped back up to her feet, Hakuno would move towards Mei. She came towards Mei with a swift kick and hopefully she could follow it up with a suplex! However instead of hitting her opponent leg like she suspected, Mei instead blocked her kick with her own kick.

That made Hakuno stumble back a little unbalanced from her failed kick. Which allowed Mei to do a strong push kick into Hakuno’s abdomen, sending the brunette backwards and thanks to her already not so great balance in this moment, it sent Hakuno crashing down onto her back, stunning the Moon Cell Sovereign for the moment.

Meis leg hurt a little after she blocked the kick. To her luck, her shins were conditioned pretty well, so the block was something she could easily do without much drawbacks. And thanks to this she kicked Hakuno away to make her fall down on her back. Instead of rushing towards Hakuno and secure a position on top, the woman walked towards her, like Mei had no worries in the world.
