To Cheat Or Not To Cheat: Battle Bugs (D) vs. Heartbreakers

Misako became a tad too comfortable punching Honie in the face. The tough bee could take a beating, as well as return one in turn! And despite the barrage of blows Honie had taken from Misako, all it took was one powerful uppercut, to knock the middleweight off her muscular frame! Now Misako and Beatrice were both seeing stars, through the bug girl powered through it in order to tag her partner into the fight!

Misako was of course quick to threaten Arachne. But even after seeing the more serious Heartbreaker give Honie a pounding, Arachne just laughed her foe's threat off. "Mwahahaha! Yeah, yeah. And this villainess won't be showing your ding dong behind any mercy either!" Likely to Kyoko's relief, Arachne opted not to tease her about what her partner may or may not have insinuated. She didn't have anytime to! Misako was racing right at her!

Seeing her foe raise her arm for a clothesline, Arachne ran towards Misako, but decided to go low. Both to dodge Misako's clothesline, and to set up the spider's next attack! Widow aimed to do a small jump, in order to wrap her strong thighs around Misako's waist, wanting to bring her fellow heel to the mat at the same time! If the takedown was successful, Arachne would transition into squeezing her opponent in an ultra tight bodyscissors!

Oh, great. From the moment Misako locked eyes with her opponent, those eyes narrowed into a frustrated glare as she grumbled under her breath. She could already tell that Arachne was going to be an annoyance to deal with. Anyone who Kyoko was so excited about sharing a match with could only be grating on the nerves, and she wasn't doing herself any favors with the ridiculous supervillain act as soon as Misako had entered the ring. That was going to get annoying. "Y'know, it's going to be real satisfying to shut you up, you know that?" the brunette grumbled, hoping she wouldn't need to listen to Arachne make a fool of herself for any longer than she had to.

She was quick to take off across the ring, aiming a clothesline at Arachne to try and hit hard out of the gate in the hopes of showing off what the Heartbreakers were capable of. However, just before she could hit, Arachne sprung off the mat, hurling herself at Misako with her legs extended to grab her around the waist! The dark-haired girl only had a moment to look up with a gasp before she felt her center of balance being shifted to the side; Arachne was enough to weigh her down, causing her to lose her footing and drop to the mat below. And there, the spider would only tighten her hold on her sides, squeezing her tightly with the pressure of her bodyscissor!

Misako's face contorted in pain, growing red under the pressure. She tried to shake her head in defiance, but she couldn't get a single word out when all the air was being forced out of her lungs! She had to commend that Arachne's grip and her command of her lower body strength was admirable...but she came here to win, and she wasn't going to let her push her around. Even as her body flared hot and her vision swam under the crushing force, Misako balled a fist, going to swing a hard punch against Arachne's thigh in the hopes of forcing her to let go!

Despite the spider's silly demeanor, it would've done Misako well not to underestimate Arachne! Her disposition was childish, but her wrestling attacks were anything but! Arachne proved this by using her legs to ensnare her foe, taking her down to the mat and ensnaring the Heartbreaker in a painful, air-denying bodyscissors!

"What's a matter girly? Having trouble breathing in Ms. Spyder's web? Hmmm? Looks like Arachne's shut YOU up instead! HehHehHeh!" The heel bug taunted, making her hold even tighter. "If you're gonna fold this easily, maybe cheating would be overkill after-OW!" Arachne's boasting was stopped, when Misako nailed with a hard punch to the thigh! This caused the villainess to release her grip, but she didn't plan on letting her prey get away from her that easy!

"Let's try this instead!" Widow asserted, before getting up and aiming to grab hold of Misako's legs. Arachne was attempting to bend them in a way, as to also strain her opponent's back. Fans knew what move the bug was going for. It was a classic. A classic known as the Boston Crab!

Misako's teeth clenched in frustration, listening to Arachne taunt her even as her legs squeezed tight around her waist. It was bad enough listening to her prattle on incessantly - that she was doing it at the same time she had her in a bodyscissor only added insult to injury! If she was going to be trapped in a crushing hold, with
nowhere to go and the air swiftly draining from her lungs, Misako at least wanted to have some dignity during it. Her eyes squeezed shut, her brow furrowing with rage. But if there was any consolation to this, it was that she could hit hard - and she was about to bring that right to her opponent, as she swung a hard punch right into Arachne's thigh!

The blow landed with a crack, and just like that, Misako was released from the hold. She rolled over onto her stomach, righting herself on her elbows as she panted for breath. She winced as she reached back and rubbed at the red marks on her sides where Arachne had clamped down on her - she had taken more damage back there than she would care to admit. For as annoying as Arachne was, she was proving to be a force to be reckoned with, and she needed to start taking her seriously!

Misako knew she needed to get a safe distance away in order to regroup and prepare for the next move - it wouldn't do her much good to throw herself back into the action while she was still catching her breath. She reached forward, grabbing a fistful of the mat and dragging herself toward the ropes. But she was a little too slow. Arachne caught up to her, grabbing her legs and twisting them behind her to fold Misako over with the Boston Crab!

At once, the delinquent could feel her already sore body being compressed in on itself! Her head reeled back in an arc, and she wheezed through clenched teeth, doing her best to suppress a scream as all the pressure came down on her spine. She was only even more motivated to reach the ropes, and she went to throw herself closer - if she could move far enough with Arachne weighing her down, she just might be able to get a rope break!

Misako was able to pound her way out of Arachne's bodyscissors, but those strong legs of the spider had done their job. Misako was unable to immediately retaliate. In fact, she needed time to recover! Time that Arachne had absolutely no intention of giving her! The lightweight chased after her foe, before recapturing her target in a painful Boston Crab!

Widow preformed the move with great technical skill, really putting the strain on her opponent's spine. "Back bothering you, dear girl?" The villainess snickered. "Perhaps you're ready to tap? Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap..." To the bug's disappointment however, Misako only increased her efforts to make it to the ropes. And once she was there, Arachne's fellow heel snagged to ropes with her hand. A rope break had been made!

The referee would approach the spider to let her know and direct her to stop. But Arachne would simply play dumb! "Rope break? Who's Rope? Why did he break?" The villainess giggled, continuing the Boston Crab. Since this was a no disqualification match, the referee couldn't do anything about it but insist the heel bug stop. Luckily for Misako, someone Arachne respected much more than the referee would chime in.

"Arachne..." Honie, the spider's face tag partner grumbled. "Misako made a rope break. I know she cheated first and buzz but-"

"Ugh. Fiiiiine." Arachne responded, letting her prey go from the Boston Crab.

The two bugs' differences on ring conduct again showed. "You're lucky my friend's being a square." Arachne boasted, backing up as required, but looking down at and on Misako with a smug, devilish grin. "Eh. Not like it'd matter anyway, if that's really all ya got. HehHehHeh!"

For every inch she dragged herself across the canvas, Misako felt like she was going to burst another blood vessel in her brain. Her eyes were squeezed tightly shut, her teeth were locked in a snarl, and her face had grown beet red from the exertion she was putting herself through. It was bad enough that Arachne had her in a punishing Boston crab, one that made her back buckle against the strain and her legs feel like they were about to pop out of their sockets. But when she had to listen to the spider prattle on incessantly all the while, mocking her efforts? That was too much for her to tolerate. Her fingers grasped the mat like she was trying to strangle someone, and her free hand pounded at the canvas in frustration. At this point, she didn't want to tap, purely because it would give Arachne too much satisfaction. "F-Fuck...YOU!!"

At last, Misako grabbed hold of the ropes. At last, she thought, her torment was over - she let out a sigh of relief and sank lower into the mat. But that relief was short-lived - she was quick to realize that Arachne wasn't letting go of her at all! Her eyes going wide, Misako looked back up from the canvas as Arachne bickered with the referee. Even when she had her hand on the rope, she did nothing! "HEY!!" she cried, only to be silenced by another pained moan.

Eventually, Honie as able to get through to Arachne, and she let Misako go. Panting and groaning, the dark-haired delinquent fell limp against the mat; slowly she worked up the strength to roll over on her back, then started to sit up, rubbing at her spine. A painful sensation went through her leg, and she shivered and winced against it. "Great, great...I'm actually thankful for some idiot in a bee costume. I hate my life," she muttered to herself. For a moment, a thought ran through Misako's mind. Was this what all of her opponents felt when she showed the same brutality and mercilessness to them? Was that, perhaps, something to be guilty about?

No, no - she quickly shook that thought out of her head. There were more important things at stake here. Arachne had taunted her, and Misako was going to get even! Glaring back at her, the girl reached for the ropes, starting to pull herself back to her feet. "Oh, that is NOT 'all I've got!'" she snapped. As she got on her feet, her legs trembled underneath her, threatening to give way. But if she knew anything, it was that she couldn't give Arachne the satisfaction of thinking she had won. She swung herself in closer, trying to close the distance enough to swing a fist upward into the spider's jaw!

In Arachne's mind, along with the no disqualification stipulations, Misako's pervious cheating had already given the spider a pass to also ignore the rules as she saw fit. It was only due to Honie's intervention that finally prompted Arachne to release her foe, since a rope break had in fact been made. At last, Misako was free from the Boston Crab, which had been the spider's latest web! Widow giggled with a hint of sadism, as she watched her opponent groan in pain, struggling to recover from the prolonged submission hold.

When Misako muttered to herself about Honie kindly interceding for her, the cutie bee registered the heel's gratitude a little before the added insult. "Aww, you're welco-...WHO ARE YOU CALLING AN IDIOT, JERK?!" Honie snapped, leaning a bit over the top ropes, which were gripped tightly in both of her fists.

"See, Bumble Butt? This is why we don't show mercy to our prey." Arachne chuckled, finding all of this quite assuming. The villainess had turned her attention away from Misako for a moment, but her taunts had gotten under the Heartbreaker's skin. Instead of taking advantage of the distraction, Misako chose to call out to Arachne, regaining the lightweight's full attention. That combined with the fact that Misako was still fighting the effects of Arachne's pervious attack, gave the Battle Bug enough time to respond!

"Missed Arachne!" Ms. Spyder taunted, having stepped back to avoid a potentially skull-rattling uppercut from Misako. Taking advantage of the exact moment the ticked off girl's fist was in front of her face, Arachne aimed to snagged Misako's wrist with both of her hands! If that was successful, the black widow would try to pull Misako down to the mat with her, before going for an arm lock on Ms. Enjoji!

Even when she had to brace herself against the ropes to keep herself from losing her footing, Misako still had no patience for the interjections from the opposing team. When Honie had to snap back at her for her off-hand comment, the delinquent let out an audible groan, and she raised a middle finger toward Honie as she clenched her teeth. "Yeah, genius, I'm talking about you if you didn't get the hint! Now, could you keep it down? I've got better things to do." She was still trying to collect herself in preparation for the next round, and when her head was aching, hearing to this nonsense didn't help - not even the fact that Honie and Arachne had begun to turn against each other was doing much to lift her spirits.

But Misako's frustrations were working against her. Little did she know, in taking the time to grumble and complain about her situation, she was wasting time where Arachne's back was turned - time that a more patient wrestler might have been able to take advantage of. By the time Misako came charging back at Arachne, the spider was already prepared for her - and she was ready with a counter, swerving out of the way of Misako's uppercut before she grabbed her by the arm and pulled her down to the mat! Misako barely had any time to gasp before she was swept off her footing!

"Oh, come ON-!!" Misako snapped as she plummeted through the air - just before she struck the mat with a thud, cutting off her train of thought. Her body rattled from the impact, and her teeth clenched in a grimace. But that grimace would soon turn to one of pain, as Arachne applied the next in a series of holds, twisting back on Misako's arm! As the brunette felt the strain on her joints, she shook her head back and forth in a struggle to resist, gritting her teeth to hold back the urge to cry out in pain, while her feet pounded at the mat as she kicked her legs in the air. She was getting fed up with ending up in hold after hold like this!

Arachne didn't have a spider gimmick for nothing! And she now had Misako locked into yet another one of her webs, a painful arm lock! The villainess snickered evilly, as she applied and continued this hold, not showing any wiliness to let her prey go. They were close to wear Honie was on the ring apron. And the killer bee puffed out her cheeks and glared at Misako. The middleweight had doubled down on insults that were still fresh in Honie's mind.

"So Honie, wanna show poor, poor Misako mercy now?" Arachne asked, before adding to the arm bar. She'd keep Misako's arm strained, while now also grabbing onto the middleweight's wrist to preform a painful wrist lock! It was more brutal, but it wasn't against the rules. Honie wouldn't protest. In fact, the bee seemed eager to grant Misako a personal whopping!

"No. Since she still wants to be a smartbuzz, give me a piece of her!" Honie huffed, extending her hand out for a tag. "Time for our team move!" Arachne grinned widely. Convinced Misako would be too worn down to escape in time, Arachne let her go to make a tag with Honie. In response, the bee would waste no time scaling the closest turnbuckle. She'd then jump and attempt to nail Misako with a crushing bodysplash! If it hit, Arachne would also scale the turnbuckle and preform the exact same move! And if that hit, Honie would aim to keep the pattern going! The Battle Bugs would try to nail Misako with as many back-to-back bodysplashes as they could. Currently on the same page, they aimed to swarm poor Misako with their signature: "Buggy BASHER!"

Misako was not enjoying this - not one bit. The armbar she was locked in was bad enough. Arachne was a capable submission master, and Misako was learning that the hard way as she torqued her arm in every direction; even when she tried to pull her weight back to try and regain control, fighting it too hard only led to her putting more strain on herself! When Arachne compounded the pressure by grabbing at Misako's wrist to twist it to the side, the brunette couldn't hold it back any longer; even her grimace broke as she let loose a cry of pain. But what had to be the most insulting of all was how she was being forced to listen to Arachne's taunts. This was humiliating - she was supposed to be one of the Heartbreakers, who showed no mercy and took no prisoners. She wasn't going to let herself be helpless and vulnerable. And she especially would not tolerate being teased like this! "FUCK...BOTH OF YOU-!!"

If there was one thing that could be said for Misako's predicament, it was that the Battle Bugs didn't think so low of her as to want to go easy on her. But that, too, was a curse as much as it were a blessing. Arachne let go, leaving Misako to flop onto her back, panting for breath. Wincing from the pain, she hugged her arm closer to herself; it felt like every joint was on fire. She was blinded by the pain, and she was in no position to get out of the way. Which would be quite unfortunate for her, considering that Honie had just tagged herself in - and was now climbing the turnbuckles!

Shaking herself to her senses, Misako looked up just in time to see the heavyweight flying through the air! There were few things that could scare Misako - but at the sight of a woman of Honie's size coming bearing down on her, even she had to be rattled. Her eyes went wide as she let out a shrill scream. She couldn't get out of the way in time, and she knew this was going to hurt. Soon enough, Honie came crashing down on her with enough force to cause her legs to kick up into the air before she fell flat!

When Honie got off of her, Misako was crumpled against the canvas, her arms and legs splayed around her and her head rolled to the side. Her chest rose and fell, trying to draw the air she needed back into her lungs. But she wouldn't have time to get up before the next phase of the Bugs' plan was underway - as Arachne jumped off the ropes in turn, crashing into the already weary Misako with a splash of her own! Her body spasmed, causing her to sputter and kick her legs. And Honie was already getting on the ropes to continue the assault...

But Kyoko could also see what they were planning. And when she had seen how much Misako had been shaken by Honie's impact before, she had already made up her mind that she wasn't going to let it fly! Her eyes narrowing in a glare, she climbed up to the top rope, watching for when the bee would take flight. The Bugs weren't the only team in this match that were willing to give each other a hand - hell, the Heartbreakers would've jumped at such an opportunity long before they'd established a precedent. And jump Kyoko would - she hurled herself through the air, her legs outstretched, to ram into Honie with a dropkick, hoping to knock her out of the way!
