Of course, listening to Amano stand there and taunt her wasn't making things much better for Yuki. To someone as focused as her, an opponent who could get in her head and under her skin could throw off her entire plans and set the whole house of cards that was Yuki's strategy collapsing in a heap. She bit her lip, trying to keep her calm; this match would be a test of her mental fortitude as well as her physical, and she would have to do her best. But there was no time to ponder such things. Yuki was already in motion - and with her arm moving in an arc and her body behind it, her chop would soon connect.

A crack rang out through the air, and with Amano groaning from the pain, Yuki was sure she'd had an impact. Still, there was work to be done; she couldn't deny that. She was behind Amano now, and she was just getting herself into position to follow up with an attack from behind, when suddenly Amano turned to face her. Yuki stopped, for a moment, looking back at her as she realized the Rascal Demon hadn't been as stunned from the blow as she was expecting. But that pause was just enough for Amano to act - as she took Yuki by the arm, pulling her forward and off her feet!

"Gah-! Whoah!" Swept off balance, Yuki fell forward, and before she knew it she was left rolling over Amano's shoulders and back. She could only brace herself for impact, and soon, she came down with a thud onto her back, laying out flat on the canvas! Stunned and aching from the landing, Yuki could only clench her teeth, hoping she could recover quickly enough to escape whatever Amano had in store for her next...

Amano let out an short exhale after her throw hit home. An elegant move from her aikido training now able to be seen by the world. She couldn't help but smirk from it, and seeing Yuki dazed by the technique gave her some addition kick too. She seemed to had caught Yuki off guard with that and the girl on her back reeling a bit from it. And... Yuki was toughing it out. Clenched teeth, desperate to shake off the hit and get back up. This girl wasn't going to stay down. In any other situation Amano would be impressed, but she had to keep Yuki down.

This was the time to press on the assault and add some torture to the fight, both physical and psychological.

She wasn't going to show mercy. Amano rose her foot over Yuki's head, ready to stomp down hard on the girls neck and keep it there to choke her a bit, going for some abuse. Yuki was surprisingly calm and collected with her strategies and techniques, and Amano wasn't going to give her a chance to form more of them if she could help it.

"Let's hear you beg, Yuki-chan!"

So far, Yuki had been trying to stay calm. She knew her opponent was going to try to get inside her head and mess with her, tearing apart her resolve from the inside. What she had to do was to stop that from happening. Yuki needed to keep a cool head and focus, making sure she had the time and the mental acuity to work out the best strategy to advance her cause at any given moment. It was how she approached most things. Amano knew that. And that made her all the more motivated to break Yuki's concentration.

Certainly, that would show in what happened next. Yuki had ended up on her back, staring up at the lights, but in doing so she had let up on the pressure she was keeping on Amano - which gave the Rascal Demon enough time to bring her foot down straight onto her throat! In that instant, a change went over Yuki. She bucked up from the mat as she let out a raspy cough, her eyes bulging wide in their sockets and her mouth hanging agape. With grasping fingers she reached out ahead of her in a frantic effort to grab at Amano's leg to push it off of her as she twisted and writhed on the mat. There was no time to stay calm now. Yuki needed to escape this soon, before the life itself was choked out of her!

Amano was grinning wide as Yuki writhed and panicked. Her bucking and jolting on the mat, her wide eyes frantically trying to find a solution, her coughing and gasps for air as Amano grinded her foot against Yuki's neck. She couldn't keep herself from laughing at Yuki's pain. "That's right, flop around like a little carp, Yuki-cha- Whoaa!"

And just as soon as it started, Yuki ended it, pushing Amano's leg off and tripping her to fall flat on her back. "O-Ow..." She got to her knees, scowl as the adrenaline died down in her. "Tch..."

Yuki's struggles were only proving to work against her. The more she twisted and turned with her body, the more she felt the pressure of Amano's foot grinding against her windpipe, and the breaths were being forced out of her lungs with hoarse, rasping coughs. Ordinarily, Yuki wouldn't panic. She didn't want to panic - she knew that if she did, it could cost her her chances of winning. But against an opponent as unpredictable as Amano had shown herself to be, she didn't know what to do. The girl's taunts didn't make things any easier; they worked at Yuki's composure, keeping her on edge and making her that much more frantic to escape, just to prove Amano wrong. But as desperate as Yuki was, she was still able to overpower her opponent in the end, pushing Amano's foot back and causing her to topple over!

At last able to breathe, Yuki pushed off the canvas with her palms before her. She took in a few deep gasps, her head hanging and her gaze fixed on the ground. But she couldn't sit around - especially when Amano was down, and she had her chance to strike! Steeling herself, Yuki pushed herself up to her feet. It didn't take long before she threw herself into action again - pushing herself off the ropes, she came charging back toward Amano, kicking off the ground with her leg extended as she got close to hit her with a leg drop!

Okay, that could had gone better. Yuki definitely had some fight in her alright. Getting her to just stay down and take the pain wasn't going to be easy. "Gnn..." Amano sucked in a breath, taking a second to get her bearings. She hit the canvas a little harder than she expected, and it wasn't like Yuki going to start running out guns blazing after the choking she endu-

"Grah!"

Just as Amano was coming back Yuki dove straight for her with a leg drop, nailing her in the head and sending her right back to the canvas back first. There was little hesitation or mercy in the hit. Amano was left clutch her head in pain as it throbbed from both the touchdown on the mat and the impact. "Aaah..." As much as it hurt, Amano was still alert, already trying to pick herself up and shake off the hit, though it was a slow battle. "Ugh, dammit..."

Amano, it seemed, had underestimated Yuki's determination and her will to fight. Especially when it came to an opponent like this one, who tried to taunt and boast and posture herself as though she was doing her best to make Yuki seem small, the dark-haired girl was committed to proving her strength, and to emerge from this match unquestioned when it came to if she deserved to be in the ring! Her throat may have been sore, and she may have needed to collect herself, but the urge to keep Amano down overpowered all else. Soon, she forced herself back up to her feet, and as she bounced off the ropes, she went right back at Amano, delivering the momentum of her charge into her leg drop!

As the blow landed, Amano fell below Yuki, reeling from the impact she'd taken. Yuki, too, was still collecting herself, taking in her breaths through clenched teeth at the same time she got into position for her next move. But she was determined to keep her opponent from getting away from her. Looking to keep the Rascal Demon under control, Yuki would rise to her feet, turning and sending a stomp down at Amano's chest in an attempt to keep her from rising. If that worked, Yuki would take hold of her legs, looking to flip Amano over onto her stomach and bend her legs over her as she lowered herself down on her spine to apply a Boston Crab!

Amano's throbbing head kept her in place, leaving her only able to snarl and glare. "Grah..." Freakin' hurts... Yuki came back swinging alright. Almost impressive how she refused to stay down. Annoying as hell, but a little impressive. And Yuki was still trying to get herself together as well, giving Amano a bit of a break to try and stand up for another round.

It was slow, but was able to force herself past the blow to the head-

"Guh!"

Only to have a near pain nail her right in the chest. It was Yuki's turn to give Amano a beatdown from above, as Yuki's stomp again had the demon forced back to the ground, clutching at her chest now to both soothe and protect it. She was braced for another blow, but instead Yuki decided to just flip Amano over, an act the little demon couldn't fight against. It was only when she felt her knees bend back did she realize what was happening. Her eyes widened in shock. "Hey wait, don- Aaaaaah!" The splitting at her spine cut off her pleads with shrieks as she clawed at the mat. "Get ooofff!"

Being trapped under the pressure of Amano's foot as she tried to choke the life directly out of her throat had left Yuki winded and slowed her down. But the adrenaline rush had gripped her, and she refused to stay down for long - Yuki was determined to make a comeback one way or another, and she grit her teeth and pushed herself back up, just to prove that Amano's taunts wouldn't land. Now that her opponent was off her feet, Yuki was intent on letting her know how she felt about being pushed around!

The stomp wracked Amano's body, leaving her stunned for long enough for Yuki to take her by the legs and flip her over. In one fluid motion, the dark-haired girl brought her weight down on Amano's spine and twisted her legs back along with her, bending her body into the Boston Crab! Even as Amano screamed and struggled, Yuki bit her lip and narrowed her eyes into a glare. She wasn't letting Amano get away from this so easily, especially not after she had already suffered in her hands.

"Oh, no!" Yuki shouted back with a toss of her head, giving another tug to Amano's legs for good measure. "If you want to get free, work for it!"

"Graah..." Amano clamped her mouth shut, trying not to let out anymore screams. As painful as it was, as much as her back and legs were begging for relief, she knew it'd only egg Yuki on further in her payback. Dammit! She clawed at the mat, shaking her head at the referee's offer of surrender. Like hell she'd give up this fast. It'd take a lot more pain than this to get Amano to quit now.

She could turn her head just enough to meet Yuki's glare, shooting a pained, sharp look right back as her opponent gave yet another painful wrench of Amano's legs and barked back at her. "You-!" Amano slammed her fist against the canvas in response. That little brat! Work for it, huh? If Yuki wanted her to work for it, if she wanted an honest-to-god fight in this match, then Amano would damn well give her one.

"Raaaaah!" After a sharp breath Amano summoned up her strength and started thrashing about as much as she could, desperate to shake Yuki off of her legs.
