Controlling her breathing, Jun still felt the stinging sensation under her chin and on her stomach after taking Moonyoung's attacks from earlier. Still, she kept her eyes on the Korean, trying to get a read out of her. It was true that she was in a defensive position, which was disadvantageous due to multiple reasons, but she needed to find an opening that she could capitalize later, and she was sure that she would be able to find it later.

She saw Moonyoung slowly closing in, and Jun predicted that she would either throw a punch or a kick. When Moonyoung finally made her move, she figured out that it was the latter, and she would quickly get herself into action.

First, she would move back, avoiding the kick, and quickly, she would step forth, hoping that Moonyoung would not be able to retaliate immediately as she would try to deliver a high kick right under the Korean's chin! And following with the motion right after delivering the kick, she would spin around as she planned to deliver a spinning back fist right into the side of Moonyoung's face!

Moonyoung opened with a kick, but then her opponent stepped back to avoid it, then the boxer saw a kick coming for her chin area. Moonyoung reacted to the attack without too much problem, ducking under it. Wasting no time, the pinkette would step in with a straight jab, but was surprised when Jun spun around, avoiding the strike by an inch and landing a back fist to Moonyoung's face. The Korean hissed a little from the blow and was dazed a bit. This was a surprise, but this was just the first blow she took and Moonyoung has taken far stronger attacks in the past, plus now she had a little feel of the opponent's strength. Judging by the force she was hit, Moonyoung assumed that she was stronger than her opponent and if her opponent wanted a punchfest, then a punchfest she would get!

After a moment of recollecting herself, Moonyoung would deliver a response - Moonyoung would start throwing blazing fast jabs, punches and uppercuts to Jun's face, stomach, sides and chest, wherever she'd see an opening. Moonyoung knew that her opponent might catch her at some point, so if/when that happened, she'd try to tackle her Japanese opponent to the ground and then hope to straddle her, so she could go for the good old ''ground and pound''.

While her kick didn't connect, the back fist somehow managed to do so, though the hit wasn't powerful enough. Still, Jun didn't want to be the only hit that she would land on Moonyoung, so she would quickly retake her stance as the Korean went for her flurry of attacks. The martial-artist did her best deflecting and blocking most of the blows, though there were some of those attacks that managed to chip away at her defense, and she hissed in pain, knowing that if she took the blows directly, the damages would be quite massive.

Jun would carefully study Moonyoung's attacks, trying to perfectly time her movements before she finally made her move, catching the incoming jab that was aimed to her stomach. But the Korean suddenly launched herself towards her, looking to tackle her down. Still, this was what Jun would try to take advantage of as she would make use of Moonyoung's momentum, maneuvering her body as she would move out of her way while still holding her arm. From there, she would try to push Moonyoung down onto the mat chest first as she would try to put her in a classic Fujiwara armbar!

Moonyoung tried to deliver as much pain as possible until her arm would inevitably be caught as she has wisely predicted and acted immediately - She tackled her foe, in hopes to take her down to the ground... She did take her down to the ground alright, but not quite the way she imagined. As Moonyoung charged in the tackle, Jun used the boxer's momentum, maneuvering around the pinkette while locking her arm behind her back and pushing her down chest-first to the canvas. Yep, Jun was taken to the ground alright... With Moonyoung beneath her...

Moonyoung winced in pain upon hitting the mat and silent sounds of pain kept escaping her mouth through her grit teeth. Moonyoung loved chicken, but now her own arm was locked in a Fujiwara armbar, which made it look like Moonyoung had a chicken wing herself. The Korean flexed her arm muscles so that the Japanese woman would have as hard a time as possible until she could think of something better...

Locking her opponent up in a Fujiwara armbar, Jun would make sure to apply pressure in the hold, looking to weaken the Korean under her. But Moonyoung resisted by flexing her muscles, which made it difficult for the martial-artist to maintain the hold. Still, she would continue stretching her opponent's arm, hopefully rendering the arm momentarily useless upon being released. And soon after that, she would eventually released Moonyoung from the armbar as she would quickly get back up.

But rather than letting her opponent to rest, Jun decided that she needed to deal some more damage as she would grab her by her head, pulling her up. Putting her up close, Jun would try to deliver a forearm smash right into Moonyoung's face, planning to render her disoriented with the hit.

Moonyoung was enduring the pain that the opponent put her through. After being unable to think of anything better, Moonyoung use her other arm to just try and forcefully stand up. However, Jun soon gave up on the hold, which surprised Moonyoung. While Moonyoung was in her surprised state, Jun was quick to act, pulling the boxer up by her head and then delivering a forearm punch to the face.

Of course, Moonyoung pulled her arms up to protect her face, but there was a little problem with that - While there was one arm up to protect her face, the other arm just didn't quite listen to Moonyoung and was too late to rise up when the forearm was delivered. One arm was not enough to stop the blow, but it certainly softened it up, mostly pushing the boxer backwards. The Korean would bounce off the ropes and then would jump up against Jun to deliver a superman punch! That was more the result of reading comics and manga, rather than mastery of martial arts. A good fighter must be capable of thinking outside the box, right?

Jun frowned when Moonyoung managed to bring one of her arms up to shield her face from her forearm smash. Still, knowing that her Fujiwara armbar earlier had weakened her other arm, she was planning to aim at her weakened side soon after this. But before she could carry out that plan, the Korean suddenly went to the ropes, rebounding from them and returning back to her. She leaped up into the air, throwing a superman punch right at her. Jun was unable to block the incoming attack, and she ended up taking the blow to her face.

"Uuurgghhhh!!!" Jun grunted as she took the hit, staggering back. Grimacing in pain, Jun would quickly regain her footing as she would glare at her opponent. The punch had disoriented her slightly, but she would not allow it to hinder her as she would close in again, extending out her arm, as if looking to land a clothesline. But, the moment she got closer, she would duck, trying to slip behind Moonyoung's back so that she could wrap her arms around her midsection in a waist lock! Still, due to her disorientation, she would need some time before she could come up with her next move.

The opponent's ability to stay on her feet was impressive. Moonyoung could clearly see that her opponent has mastered the essentials of martial arts:
1. Always stay calm.
2. Always stay on your feet.
3. Always stay solid and never let your opponent see any weakness.

Knowing this, Moonyoung knew that it really hurt her this time, after taking the boxer's superman punch to the face, since the pain could be seen and heard despite Jun trying to suppress it.

Moonyoung went back into her boxing stance, preparing for her next attack and would be a bit surprised seeing Jun closing in on her instead. Moonyoung would see the clothesline coming. Had her opponent finally lost it? Did she give in to frustration? Well, anyway, Moonyoung would punish her for that. Normally, one would evade or block it, but the Korean preferred a better kind of blocking - She would smash her fist right into the opponent's biceps, forcing the opponent to lose all power in the attack immediately and weaken the limb for the long run. Moonyoung would do that to her opponent's until they are incapable of striking back and become mere punching bags for the boxer. This was just one of the methods that proved why Moonyoung was nearly impossible to out-punch or out-strike.

The only problem with that in this case was - Moonyoung's punch only hit thin air, instead of Jun's biceps, as she ducked under it and then wrapped her arms around the Korean's waist from behind. She might've not yet lost it after all?

Anyway, now the pinkette had her own problems to worry about. She was running through her mind all the possible moves that Jun could do against her in their current position. However, it was too much information to run through and too little time, but she had to try and do something at least. Moonyoung would try and shake her opponent off by swinging herself from side to side erratically like a wild beast. Well, boxers aren't known to be very comfortable in such situations...

Jun considered herself a martial-artist first, a wrestler second, but that didn't stop her from using wrestling maneuvers. Performing a feint with a false clothesline, she had slipped behind Moonyoung and wrapped her arms around her waist in a waist lock. Now having her opponent trapped in her arms, Jun considered her next move. Perhaps a German suplex should do the trick.

But, Moonyoung wasn't one to be easily restrained as she struggled in Jun's arms, making it hard for the martial-artist to actually throw her over her head. Grunting as she would plant her feet on the canvas, she decided that a German suplex might be a little hard to do, considering that Moonyoung couldn't keep her body still. So, Jun decided that she might need to improvise a little.

Rather than throwing her over with a suplex, Jun would try to heave Moonyoung up, lifting her off of the mat. She wouldn't be able to keep her off the mat for long as she would then fall forward, looking to have the Korean land onto the canvas face first, with Jun being on her back. Hopefully, the impact and the additional weight on her back would deal some damages on her opponent.

Moonyoung was throwing herself around to the sides, trying to shake her opponent off her back, like a wild horse, but then Jun managed to lift her up a bit, enough so that she wouldn't be feeling the ground with her feet. Soon, the Korean saw the canvas quickly approaching her face as Jun dropped forwards and on top of the boxer's back. Gh.. Moonyoung winced a little upon impact, but good thing her hands were free, so she brought them up to protect her face from a direct contact with the floor.

There was still a little problem on Moonyoung's back in the form of a Japanese wrestler. Moonyoung needed to get up before this turned ugly. As of now, she was certain she could rise to her feet without without the burden on her back, but that needed a bit of time to perform that action in which she saw herself as quite vulnerable in contrast to when she's on her feet.

Moonyoung would use her arms and legs to push herself off the ground and rise up, regardless if Jun didn't want to let go. Moonyoung could send women like Jun off their feet with just a punch, so she'd certainly be capable of giving her a piggy ride up to their feet. While Moonyoung would be trying to rise up, what would happen next would depend on the opponent's move or the lack of it.
