A Storm Brews in L.A.W. - Keisha Morgan (D) vs. Raina Jaeger

The forearm cracked across Keisha’s chest with a loud SMACK, sending her upper body jolting back into the ropes. Her thick frame hit the cables and bounced once, her arms spreading briefly across the top rope to steady herself.

She let out a sharp grunt, her teeth clenched as she sold the impact hard, shoulders rolling back from the sting of the strike. The ropes trembled under her weight while she leaned back into them.

[Bare]

Feeling fired up now Raina was determined to show Keisha just who she was messing with. Managing to slam a hard forearm into the woman's chest she would watch with satisfaction as the woman stumbled into the ropes seemingly hurt.

"HAH! Yeah! Now watch this!" Raina yelled with her fists pumped into the air before turning and rushing at Keisha, leaping up as she neared the woman, aiming to drive her body into Keisha's own with a body splash while the woman was against the ropes!

[Weonna]

Raina came charging, leaping into the air with all her power behind the splash—

But Keisha’s eyes lit up like lightning.

“Nah, gyal!”

Just as Raina’s body was about to crash into her, Keisha stepped forward and pivoted, snatching Raina midair and using her own momentum against her. With raw power, Keisha shifted her hips and scooped Raina clean off her trajectory—

BOOM!

She slammed her opponent down in a Tilt-a-Whirl Powerslam!

Keisha stayed on her knees after the impact, one palm pressed to Raina’s stomach to keep her down while she flexed the other arm to the crowd.

“Storm catch yuh good!”

she barked, teeth gleaming as the fans cheered and jeered.

Then she stood, looming over her flattened foe, giving Raina a second to writhe before reaching down and grabbing a fistful of her gear—already looking to haul the big woman up again for another storm strike.

With a low growl, she hooked her arms under Raina’s and hauled the bigger woman back to her feet. The crowd buzzed as Keisha dipped low, muscled her opponent up across her chest, and then smoothly transitioned—

She hoisted Raina high into the air, holding her straight up in a delayed vertical suplex.

The arena gasped at the sheer display of power as Keisha kept her suspended there, blood rushing to Raina’s head while Keisha’s arms flexed with control. She even took a couple of deliberate steps forward, showing off.

But the longer she held her there… the more dangerous it became.

In that split second before Keisha could drop back and finish the suplex, Raina had a narrow window...

[Bare]

Raina was full of confidence after sending Keisha back with a stiff forearm. 'Yeah she's just a muscle head, probably not too skilled. I got this then.' Raina thought to herself as she rushed at the woman and went for a full body splash... Only to be snatched out of the air!

"Wha?!" Raina asked in shock, having only a moment to process what had happened before she was driven down into the mat!

"GAUH!" Raina cried out in pain, immediately arching her back in pain and writhing about, utterly stunned by the sudden and powerful impact! A position Keisha was naturally ready to try and take advantage of as she bent down, grabbing her by the straps of her outfit and hauling her up!

Wincing and cringing in pain as a result Raina wouldn't be able to do anything as she was then picked up by her foe and hauled into the air once again, this time her gaze being directed straight down to the mat as she was held aloft in a vertical suplex position!

"Whoa! No no no! Wait Keisha wait!" Raina begged, legs waving about as she desperately thought of a way out of this before trying to bring her knee down on Keisha's head, trying to desperately make Keisha let go!

Keisha’s grip wavered as the sharp knee crashed into her temple.

“Tch—damn!”

she hissed, staggering and losing her balance just enough to let Raina slip free. Raina landed back on her feet, boots hitting the mat with a thud, a window of opportunity suddenly wide open for her.

But Keisha wasn’t about to let the escape slide.

With a growl, she snapped around the second her hands were empty, her thick arm whipping out like a clothesline from hell. Keisha charged forward with a short-arm lariat, aiming to nearly take Raina’s head off and plant her back into the canvas!

Raina was desperate to try and escape the no doubt devastating attack from Keisha, and thankfully her knees to the woman's head had managed to force Keisha into dropping her down to the mat relatively safely.

"Huh... thank goo-OOGHF!!!" Raina said at first in relief, only to turn around just in time for Keisha to drive her arm into her chest with a massive clothesline that plowed into her and sent her head over heels!

"UGH!" Raina cried out in pain as she landed, legs hanging over her head with a dazed look in her eyes.

Keisha stood tall, breathing heavy but smiling wide as she looked down at Raina’s folded-up frame on the canvas. The lariat had nearly taken her head off.

She reached down with one hand, grabbing the front of Raina’s outfit and yanking her back up to her feet with raw power. Without a second thought, Keisha scooped her opponent up across her chest like dead weight, stepped closer to the ropes, and with a grunt of effort, slammed Raina flat with a simple body slam.

THUD!

Keisha stood over her for a moment, arms spread wide, soaking in the mix of cheers and boos before turning toward the apron. She stepped through the ropes with confidence, pacing out onto the edge of the ring.

“Mi gon’ drown yuh now!”

she barked to the crowd, then grasped the top rope.

With fluid motion, Keisha sprang up, using the ropes like a springboard, her big frame arching backward as she launched into the air.

She came crashing down with a springboard senton, aiming to crush Raina beneath the full weight of her back and shoulders!

Blasted off her feet with a massive clothesline, legs dangling over her head Raina was practically seeing stars, naturally as a result she was quite easy to be grabbed and hauled up to her feet! "Whoa!" Raina cried out in surprise before getting turned over and slammed down into the mat with a basic, but hard hitting body slam!

"Gah!" Raina cried out in pain, near bouncing off the mat, arching her back as a result, her face scrunched up in pain from the after effects of the move and naturally unable to do much of anything as Keisha moved to get on the outside apron before lunging over and coming crashing down on Raina's body with a senton!

"GAH!" Raina cried out loudly in pain, immediately shooting up and holding her torso in pain, writhing and twisting on the mat in agony from the back to back attacks!

Keisha landed heavy with the senton, her back crushing across Raina’s body, and she sat up on the mat with a slow, deliberate smirk. She flexed her shoulders and glanced back at her opponent writhing in pain. She let the moment hang—her presence alone a storm cloud hovering over Raina.

Rising to her feet, Keisha bent down, grabbing a fistful of Raina’s gear to yank her upright. With no hesitation, she swung her thick arm forward and cracked her fist across Raina’s jaw. The punch made Raina stagger, her legs wobbling, leaving her swaying unsteadily in front of the powerhouse.

Keisha stepped back a half pace, twisting her hips, her arm cocked like a piston ready to fire. She spun with speed and force, swinging her arm around in a devastating discus punch, looking to send Raina crashing back to the canvas with thunder in her fist.

Raina was gasping in pain, hurting nearly all over in response to the senton from Keisha that left her body feeling crushed. Groaning she tried to sit up, only for Keisha to grab her by the straps of her outfit and forcing her up to her feet!

"Wha-Ugh!" Raina started to say in surprise before getting cracked across the jaw and near stumbling away, looking dazed and before she could do anything, barely having enough time to look up Raina would be treated to sight of her opponent spinning and throwing her arm out to slam a vicious discus punch directly into her face!

"GUH!" Raina cried out loudly in pain, turning in place from the impact, dropping down to her knees first before proceeding to fall face first into the mat, absolutely stunned from the blows!
