That meant Bubbles would have to dig into her bag of tricks, which she didn’t mind. Not one little bit.

Her opening gambit, for instance, worked perfectly, as she was able to drop Vera quick. The woman made a play to get back up, and the Virgin Killer couldn't blame her - the floor was the exact last place you wanted to be at the start of a match like this. All the more reason for her to take advantage of the situation before it was reversed on her.

Moving fast - as fast as a woman of her size could ever hope to - Bubbles threw her legs over Vera’s body, kicked them out, and proceeded to try and belly flop on her opponent’s back, attempting to hammer her into the unforgiving floor and take an easy advantage. Yes, this might’ve been a different kind of match than she was used to, but that didn’t mean she would be going any softer than usual. Vera wanted the full Bubbles Burst experience, after all.

Vera pushed herself up. Apartment wrestling, even between powerful women like Bubbles and Vera, was still a contest of skill and smarts, as well as strength. If Vera didn't have her wits about her, Bubbles would overwhelm her in no time.
