Diana Rial vs. Raquel Masters

Raquels ears were ringing as the crowds cheer seemed more like an echo. She shook her head and opened her eyes as she saw Diana swooping down towards her! Before she could act the young woman crashed down into her eliciting a blood curdling scream of pain from Raquel as she laid on the mat in agony in the aftermath of the successful moonsault!

Their bodies met with a crash that caused the ring to bounce. It had been a beautiful display of acrobatics and Raquel's screams were proof of the Moves effectiveness. Diana grabbed Raquel's legs and pulled them both up for yet another pin attempt.

"ONE!!!"

The rookies face remained serious, devoid of joy or excitement as the Referee began counting. Diana didn't want to be disappointed so she prepared herself for the possibility of the match continuing though she secretly hoped to pull out a win here and now.

Raquel could barely move in the aftermath, moaning in agony as the count reached one.

Raquel began to weakly, limply squirm as Diana kept her pinned, moaning in agony and frustration yet again!

"TWO!"

Raquel struggled and failed as she tried her best to break free trying to use all the power she could to power out! "I... not like this. I can't lose to another kid who barely set foot in a ring...." Raquel said giving one last thrust...

"THREE!"

That bucked Diana off a fraction of a second too late. The crowd cheered Raquels defeat once again as the hands of a talented teen who had fewer months of wrestling experience than Raquel had years. She covered her face in shame, wondering if she really was meant for the big time.

Diana was bucked off of her opponent she began to ready herself for another attack but the bell rang! The rookie stared wide eyed, trying to comprehend what was happening. It was only when the ref raised her arm and the announcer declared her the winner that Diana smiled. It was a soft, reserved smile, but the young girl's heart pounded. She had managed to win her debut match in the LAW proving to herself that coming all the way to Japan hadn't been a mistake and that she might just be able to provide for her siblings back home through wrestling.

She hadn't said anything to her opponent at the beginning of the match and felt bad about that. She would approach her downed opponent and offer her a hand. "Thank you for wrestling with me, you fought well." she would say.

The Bostonian saw Diana offering to help her up once she uncovered her embarassed face. Raquel gotnup on her own and nodded weakly at Diana. "Yeah, I did well enough to get pinned by a teenage crowd favorite for a second time. Look, I know I sound bitcy but I have to figure a few things out.. like why I am even here." Raquel said before turning to walk to the ropes.

While Diana had a family to feed, Raquel had a family legacy she was quickly tarnishing in the ring and already knew she would have quite a few mossed calls on her phone when she got to the back.

Diana was sorry her opponent felt that way but she figured she would feel the same if she had lost the match. "I understand." Diana would say honestly before letting Raquel leave the ring. The victorious rookie would leave soon after, smiling at the thought of telling her friend and mentor, Samantha about her victory. She wondered if Sam had been watching, despite Diana telling her not to. Diana had learned a lot from this match and knew she had to improve, but for now she would celebrate her first victory and worry about the future tomorrow.
