It was obvious that Yume's first try was an absolute error not only failing in the attempt of hitting Yukari but letting her feet on the brunette's mercy. The model didn't have any problem on catching it and forcing Yume upper body to drawn a bit, after some seconds the smartest woman started to twist it, the water didn't give the wrestlers a lot of space or options to do dominant moves so Yukari's thought was probably the correct one.

Yume spend some seconds flailing her body under the water, her fit couldn't move fast enough to get free and Yukari didn't have any problems on keeping the pressure, the sifusti was awkward for the rookie who needed to think about something, and fast.

Her error was big but she learned something, it was really hard to use your strength in the water, that's why she thought of something starting to swim as fast as she could trying to reach the edge of the pool knowing Yukari couldn't do the same with letting her go!!

Yukari's plan worked, and she was rewarded with a submission hold to open the match with. But then the actress discovered that with no ground to brace her feet against, Yume had a clear path to the edge of the pool. Of course, it wouldn't be a fast or easy path. Yukari could pull back on Yume's leg as she twisted the ankle, as well as the matter of the rookie having to swim both with only one leg and while dragging Yukari. But there was something else that Yukari couldn't figure out; what would actually happen when Yume reached the pool's edge. The actress didn't think it would be equivalent to a rope break, and it's not like getting to the edge would free Yume from the Ankle Lock. In the end, Yukari decided to just maintain her submission hold and wait to see what happened.

After such a long and painful time Yume finally reached the edge of the pool, touching it didn't count as a rope break or something like that but it allowed Yume to finally have a solid grip to try and move the actress out of her ankle.

The brunette put both of her arms out of the water and tried to drag her body out too, if Yukari tried to use the pool to let them both go inside the pool again she'll use the energy of the direction change to try and hit the actress with a kick, and if Yukari was dragged out of the pool too Yume will try and use her free leg to stomp the actress in whatever part of her body she reached, both of them were scared to fight our of the pool so Yukari probably couldn't do anything to dangerous.

Yukari held her Ankle Lock all the way to Yume reaching the edge of the pool, and just as she thought, there was no rope break equivalent for doing so. Yume didn't even try to claim one. Her goal instead, was to climb out of the pool, and subsequently pull Yukari out with her. That wouldn't necessarily break the Ankle Lock, but it would probably make it awkward enough that the actress would let go of the submission by choice.

So, Yukari decided that she wasn't going to let Yume drag her out of the pool. Once Yukari herself was pushed to the edge, she would lean her upper body back, and stick her feet out against the pool wall. Before she had been burdened by having nothing to brace herself against while holding the Ankle Lock, but now she did. As it stood, Yukari was in the pool, holding her Ankle Lock, while Yume was outside the pool trying to escape it. Yukari made no attempt to pull Yume back into the ring, seeing no need to. In the process, she unknowingly stymied both of the plans Yume had to try to fight back, choosing the midpoint between both of them being either in or out of the pool that Yume hadn't accounted for.

After seconds of true struggling the brunette was finally on the edge, slowly getting out of the pool, her body get out of the water easily but Yukari... "Ggggaaaaggghhh... W-What are you doing!!!!"

Yume wasn't sure if her opponent knew about her plans or if she just got lucky but Yukari managed to stop all of the brunette plans at the same time somehow. She started to struggle even more pulling her own hair and nailing the floor in pain. "AAAAAAAAAGHHH!!!! FUCK!!!"

The brunette needed to do something, and fast!! Far enough to don't be able to catch the pinkette with her arms she decided to use her free foot and try to kick Yukari away.

"Making sure you don't get away!" Yukari yelled back when Yume asked what she was doing. To be completely honest, Yukari had to consciously hold back a reflex to call her opponent a villain at the end. All her time spent performing as an action hero just about came through after a line like that. But of course, Yume was no villain.

Yume was, however, very clearly struggling in the Ankle Lock. Yukari wasn't especially studied in wrestling, so she didn't know this herself, but the Ankle Lock was a hold that started out as not especially bad to be in, but grew exponentially more painful and damaging as the ankle ligaments were continuously twisted. But even if Yukari wasn't conscious of that fact, she could still tell that well enough to keep up the move that clearly had her opponent in a lot of trouble.

Yume's attempt at an escape may make Yukari's intent a bit more difficult to act on, however. She tried to shift her hold to place one of her arms between her body and Yume's free leg. Hoping to use it to absorb the blows long enough that Yume wouldn't be able to take the Ankle Lock anymore and tap out.

At first the ankle lock was nothing more than a bit of damage but Time's ankle was BURNING after so many time trapped in the same move, her hands nailed the floor even harder than before while the desperate brunette keep kicking and kicking Yukari's arm hoping it will be enough to break her defense and connect a clean one that make her free.

She wasn't in a situation were she could do anything more, these kicks were her last defense to survive this round. She could sense how the match was truly accomplishing it's work with the sound of hundreds of photos catching her pathetic situation struggling and arching her back in a beautiful swimsuit while arching her back, she couldn't be the only one punished like this!!

"AAAAAAGGHHH!! Let me gooo!!!!"

Yukari knew that this was the key moment of the first round. It almost felt like it was straight out of one of her shows. The moment where it looks like one side is absolutely beaten at the end of a one-sided affair. If Yukari closes this out, then she has a massive advantage going into the rest of the match. Not just being up a point, but having that air of dominance hanging over the future rounds.

But if Yukari let Yume off the hook, then Yume would have so much more than just the fact that she stayed alive. She'd have the momentum from a miracle survival. She'd have the belief that she could make the comeback to fuel her. Yume would have a chance that it didn't feel like she had right now. So to Yukari, only one course of action made any sense. She forced herself to endure Yume's thrashing kicks and cried out, "I'm not letting up one bit until you tap!"

"GgggghhhhhNnnnnooo!!!! Nooooooo!!! Nnooooot like this!!!!"

That was all she could tho, if Yukari was strong enough to endure her next kicks she will really be forced to tap out, tap out after being incredibly dominated, without even connecting a clean hit, destroyed and one sidedly defeated in her star attire just for the people who booked the match to sell her pathetic body sweaty and defeated, it was unfair, so unfair.

"GGGGHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGH!!!"

With all of this things in mind Yume won some energy and extra strength to sent her last kicks to her cute opponent, she REALLY tried her best with it, knowing if Yukari was strong enough to endure it she'll be forced to tap out.

Yukari was starting to feel bad for Yume. There was a difference between being close to your breaking point, and refusing to acknowledge the fact that you've been pushed past it. Judging by Yume's reaction, it seemed to pretty clearly be the latter of the two possibilities. Really, the best thing that Yukari could do for her opponent was to make her acknowledge that she was beaten and force the submission as soon as possible.

That said, Yume's desperate kicks were really starting to sting. Yukari had to be careful to keep her grip steady, and not let it be knocked loose by the repeated blues. Even if she did bring this round home, Yukari would definitely have a sore arm heading into the next round. But she would give Yume's ankle one big, yanking twist to try to finally force the tap out.
