"Care for a drink, Ms. Click?" A stagehand was leaning over her shoulder with a glass in one hand and a bottle in the other. She had her gripes with LAW, but the catering was not one of them. They certainly tried to keep their talent happy. She turned her head towards him, still keeping the screen in her view. "Not now I'm afraid. I need to stay sharp."
With the server dismissed, Amy turned her full attention back to the screen. Everything seemed to be in order there, just a fair, honest match. She stood up, arms still crossed. Tonight's show was almost over, so it was probably about time she prepared to leave.
Her heels clicked against the hard floor as she strutted to and then down the nearest corridor. She looked around as she walked down the halls, checking one last time for anyone suspicious. Again, nothing. A fairly uneventful night. She figured that was a good thing. Meant no one was causing trouble.
Her patrol route ended outside the locker rooms. She walked in. Empty. It was always empty around this time. That's how Amy liked it, and it's why she was here now. She sighed, then smiled and began gathering her things. Another successful night patrol. All that was left to get changed and head home.
