This match was set to be one for the ages.
Kyokan’s agency had reached out to Chun-Li and LAW upon learning of the woman having signed to the company, and made promises of a major match they could sell out a stadium with.
Kyokan, the tallest woman and strongest out of Japan, vs. Chun-Li, the alleged strongest woman of the world. And Kyokan’s representatives argued this match could settle just who was the strongest between the two, given Chun-Li’s famed title and Kyokan’s legendary feats. In addition to the play of nation vs nation, with Kyokan being Japanese and Chun-Li being Chinese, her agency had it all figured out.
LAW was obviously overjoyed to be able to host such an event, and Chun-Li accepted the challenge as well, thus a stadium was rented out to perform the match in, announcing it merely a month in advance. And yet, it sold out in a remarkably short period of time, tens of thousands of tickets priced in three, four, and even five digits(when equated to USD) were flying off the metaphorical shelf, and the event was set to be one of LAW’s most profitable non-PPV or tournament events in their history.
And while that mattered to the suits, it wasn’t what mattered to Kyokan. Both fighters were going to be compensated very generously, but Kyokan… she was wrestling Chun-Li! Someone who was admired all over the world, not just for her strength and ability, but also for her radiant kindness and ability to inspire others. When she was merely “Hitomi”, she watched a lot of tape of Chun-Li’s, her performances in the World Fighting Tournament, and was in awe of her flexibility and precision.
But that was then, and this was now. Any admiration she may have had before was out the window, and all Kyokan was focused on, was proving she was just as dominant as advertised.
Music hitting, the crowd roared in a mixed reaction as Kyokan came out first, adorned in a large robe—custom made of course. Her face didn’t show any emotion but focus and will, eyes focused on the ring and her mouth in a pout. All the glitz and glamor, the thousands upon thousands of fans in attendance, none of it moved her. And after few minutes, she finally reached the ring. Using her long arms to reach up and grab the top rope and pulling herself up onto the apron, before stepping over and walking over to her corner in the ring.
While she could take her time to soak in the atmosphere, her eyes only laid on the stage. Wanting to see her Chun-Li come out next. Study her posture, read her face, watch her steps. Anything to give her an idea of the state of her opponent, and if there was anything to focus on or make her deviate from her gameplan.
Though… it wasn’t likely to change; Kyokan had no intention of doing anything but crushing this woman like a pea between her fingers.

Re: Who’s the Strongest Woman in the World? - Chun-Li vs. Kyokan
When Chun-Li was first briefed about this assignment back in I.C.P.O. headquarters, her superior officers considered this particular facet of her mission to be a minor addendum. A token goodwill gesture meant to ingratiate ourselves to the Japanese government while we conducted our business. The dutiful officer's sole reason for signing a contract to be amongst LAW's ranks in the first place was indeed meant to be a mere formality while she investigated the wrestling company for any potential wrongdoing or criminality. At least, that's how it was presented to her in the briefing room. The Interpol Agent now beginning to suspect that there were more calculated schemes and backdoor dealings at play here than she initially comprehended once she started becoming booked in marquee matches within sold out arenas. Upon entering the arena earlier in the day, Chun noticed LED screens around the stadium showcasing pictures of both competitors with the question of Who’s the Strongest Woman in the World? emblazoned around them in fiery text. She sighed in exasperation once the realization dawned upon her that certain executives or even Interpol Directors were assuredly taking advantage of this situation and lining their pockets throughout all of this, but she figured it was a small price to pay if it meant continuing to accomplish her task of administering justice wherever necessary. The legendary fighter couldn't deny that in the meantime, this was quite the opportunity to hone her fighting skills on a worldwide stage against competitors she'd never square off with otherwise.
"...Entering the ring first, hailing from the Jiangsu Chinese province, The Flourishing Spring Orchid....The Immaculate Martial Arts Maiden...Chuuuuuun-Liiiii~~..."
A mix of cultures playing throughout the speakers, combining a hip hop beat with oriental flavor into a melodic and soothing track that accompanied various Chinese flora and caricatures illuminating the titanic screen above the entrance ramp. Blooming lotus and orchid flowers with traditional Han Chinese writing, vibrant neighborhoods and martial artists performing Kung-Fu and Tai-chi...all as Chun-Li began her poised stride down the elongated rampway. Supreme confidence in her steadied approach while adorned in attire worn during her days as an active field agent for comfort and mobility, namely an embroidered vest, athletic sneakers and figure accentuating unitard. Appreciative of the fandom she's garnered throughout her career with polite waves and demure smiles offered towards her encouraging fandom and quite frankly taken aback by the jam-packed arena whose transfixed attention would become centered upon the squared circle Chun was now approaching. The fighter modestly entered the ring through the tethered ropes with honed eyes examining the gargantuan task set before her. A mountain of a women intent on securing Chun's renowned title for herself and a towering menace whom she nevertheless now started to approach in the middle of the ring with a composed gait. "Well, I can see LAW has no shortage of worthwhile competitors. It's an honor to do battle with you on this day, Kyokan. But I have absolutely no intention of leaving this ring without my title accompanying me..." Chun confidently stated with a formal bow and fist pressed against her other palm.
