A cycle of endless conflict - Garlim Vs Alaina Sanders

Garlim pressed hard against Alaina, planting her feet firmly against the canvas to push with all her strength. As soon as Alaina began landing blows on her back, Garlim bent slightly while resisting, until a hard knee strike hit her in the middle of her torso. “Ugggh!” Garlim's cheeks puffed out as the knee strike kept her suspended briefly in the air.

The blonde goddess staggered back a little, swaying for a moment. She knew perfectly well that Alaina had done this to get her off her, so she wouldn't give her any room to maneuver. Still only inches away from her, she quickly closed in on Alaina again to lock her in place once more. “You're being naive if you think I'll let you do that.” Garlim placed her hands on Alaina's shoulders to control her upper body, so that every time the redhead tried to throw punches at her, Garlim would counter by putting her arms in between to block her blows. At the same time, to deal with her legs, Garlim raised her knees under Alaina's thighs to hinder her leg movements.

Garlim was very used to fighting practically glued to her opponents, but she didn't notice that the referee was starting to count to five for Garlim to get off Alaina.

“HEY! IVANNA! LET GO OF YOUR OPPONENT!... ONE!”

Alaina screamed, howling as she exerted herself. She was done looking like some hapless punching bag. She headbutt Garlim and shoved her back thrusting with her whole body. She didn't know why the referee was counting and she damn well didn't need some official or opponent feeling sorry for her to save her. Alaina wanted to get out of the corner and then step out and spear Garlim as hard as she could looking to fight back and show this woman that she wasn't just some old pushover.
