Saying Hello to the Amazon (for Highfly)

Erika was on her back, her chest visibly rising and falling as she sucked in air. Not for the first time in this match, her entire body was hurting: she had fought other strong women before, but she had been unprepared for someone like Amazon Alaina Sanders. She would have appreciated having such an amazing opponent a lot more right now if it didn't hurt to move.

She groaned as she felt Alaina lifting her up. A knee exploded into her firm abs, causing her to gag as she doubled over, before another knee hit her, and another...and then Alaina scooped her up and slammed her on her back.

And then, if that wasn't bad enough, Alaina lifted her up and scoop slammed her again.

At this point, Erika was a groaning mess as she lay on her back, one leg kicking weakly. The crowd was on the edge of their seat now. Was the Canadian challenger done?

Alaina was wobbling as she stood over Erika. She flexed her biceps a brief moment before grabbing hold of Erika by the hair yanking her up while guiding her head between the legs of the amazon. "Lets go!" Alaina shouted as she grabbed Erika around the waist. Her intention was clear now and the amazon was set in position to attempt to lift Erika up to amabomb her down to the mat as hard as she could! Alaina was going all in and if she succeeded she would immediately transition to folding Erika over for a matchbook pin pressing her down with all her strength!

"Nnngh...gggnn..." Erika moaned as Alaina pulled her up. Her legs wobbled under her feet, her back throbbing in pain after the way Alaina had nailed her with a double scoop slam; the only thing keeping her from falling over again was the way Alaina was holding her up. She gasped as Alaina's powerful arms closed around her waist, lifting her off her feet...

...and then she tilted back, slamming her into the mat so hard that the entire ring shook. The crowd roared with cheers as Alaina folded over Erika's powerful thigh, and in an instant, the countdown began.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

The crowd watched with baited breath, waiting to see if this was it.

"THREE!"

Alaina's fans burst into cheering as the bell rang, signaling her victory.

The bell rang and Alaina fell off Erika, rolling to her side before working her way up to her feet. It took everything she had to keep this woman down and there were moments that Erika absolutely had Alaina on the ropes hobbling around limp legged, entirely out of it. Alaina thought she was going to be teaching her a lesson for calling out just about anyone but Alaina had nearly fallen into a trap and had been inches from defeat a few times. Alaina gasped for breath and leaned against the ropes soaking up the cheers of the win knowing how close she had come to losing lingering in the back of her mind.

As Alaina rolled off of Erika, the Canadian woman lay on her back, her chest rising and falling as she lay with her eyes half closed. Then, slowly, her eyes fluttered open; with a low, pained groan, Erika began to sit up, clutching her sore back.

"That was...fucking...brutal..." Her tone was one of awe, rather than complaint. Looking up at the struggling Alaina, Erika smiled at her weakly. "I knew...you were good, Amazon...but I didn't know you were this good. You're one of the few women...I fought...who managed to really hurt me!" Slowly and painfully, she started to prop herself up, managing to get to one knee as she extended a hand to Alaina. "That was awesome! Probably my best match so far, champ!" Despite having been battered to hell and back and despite the fact that she was visibly hurting and out of breath, Erika was still extremely cheerful despite having lost.

Alaina stumbled over and nodded to Erika reaching out to help her the rest of the way to her feet. "You are far more than a cocky young woman calling people out. You really almost had me a couple times. I can see gold around your waist sometime in the near future." Alaina said holding Erika's hand up in the air. "Keep doing what you are doing and you are going to make quite a name for yourself in this ring." She added as she gave Erika a pat on the back and began to help her out of the ring.
