Sonic Cat vs. Annie Clark - Powers Come in Small Packages

At first, it looked like Sonic Cat might be winning this as the referee continued counting. But then, right at the last moment, Annie managed to kick out, and the heroine stared at her opponent in disbelief. Then she shook her head, sighing before she grabbed onto Annie's head, planning to continue with her move.

"I believe I will need to keep breaking you, then..." Sonic Cat said resolution as she would stand before Annie, looking to bring Annie's head between her thighs. Then, she would reach down to her waist, planning to hoist her up onto her shoulders in preparation for a powerful powerbomb!

Annie managed to barely survive, still showing that she had plenty of fight left in the country girl from Missouri. She could only take in air and breath in the meantime while she recovered.

And she would not have long to recover, as Sonic Cat forced her to her feet and lifted Annie up on her shoulders, looking for a Powerbomb.

But Annie took issue with this, no one was going to take her move and Powerbomb her. As soon as Annie was on Cat’s shoulders. Annie revved up her arms, and attempted to hit some forearms into the side of Sonic Cat’s head to get her to stop.

Sonic Cat was setting Annie up for a powerbomb, but when Annie was on her shoulders, she suddenly smashes her forearms into the side of her head. "UGGH!! NNGGH! AAGHH!!" This somewhat thwarted Sonic Cat's attempt to bring Annie down onto the mat, so she had no choice but to throw her off her shoulders. The fall might hurt Annie, though she would not be able to inflict as much damage as she could if she managed to execute the powerbomb. Reeling from the strikes to her head, Sonic Cat staggered back, clutching her aching head. "Urgghhhh..."

Annie managed to land on her feet, though still stumbling a bit from having to hop off of Sonic Cat. Luckily for her, she managed to recover her balance, and hopefully for her, Sonic Cat was still off kilter.

Seeing this, Annie would walk right up to Sonic Cat, and look to grab her by the head. If she managed to, Annie would attempt to deliver a headbutt straight to Sonic Cat’s cranium.

Having failed to bring Annie down with a powerbomb, Sonic Cat tried to regain her bearing, shaking her head after being struck by Annie's forearm smashes earlier. Though this left her unprepared for what was coming next, as Annie went to grab her by her head before smashing her own head right at hers, hitting her with a headbutt!

"UAGHHH!!"

Sonic Cat recoiled from the brutal headbutt, and she fell backwards and hit the mat with her back. Everything around her felt like spinning, and her head throbbed painfully. Things didn't look too good for the superheroine at the moment.

Due to the headbutt, Annie had to take a few steps from the impact, shaking her head and trying to recover. Headbutts hurt her almost as much as they hurt her opponent, but Annie mainly cared about getting the win and proving she was better, especially against a veteran like Sonic Cat.

Eventually Annie managed to shake her head enough that it eventually felt normal, and seeing Sonic Cat knocked on the ground, Annie knew exactly what she wanted to do next.

Annie would walk over to where Sonic Cat was and attempt to grab her by the shoulders and pull her up to her feet. She would then put Sonic Cat in Vertical Suplex position, before attempting to lift her body completely vertically upwards.

Annie would then attempt to drop Sonic Cat right on her head with a brainbuster.

After taking the headbutt, it felt like everything around her was spinning, and Sonic Cat struggled to regain her bearing as she was on the mat, groaning in pain. Then, Annie took this opportunity to grab her and set her up for a move. Unable to fight back, Sonic Cat was pulled up and put into a vertical suplex position. Hoisted upside down, with her legs pointing upwards, Sonic Cat was unable to brace herself for what was coming next.

Sure enough, Annie went for a brainbuster, bringing Sonic Cat head first onto the mat. "UUGKHHH!!!" It felt like her brain was scrambled from the impact, and upon hitting the mat, she slumped, groaning in pain. Her body refused to listen to her command, leaving herself under the mercy of her opponent.

Annie’s show of strength on the veteran Sonic Cat left the audience completely in ahh, before dropping her on her head with a Brainbuster, and the audience applauded.

Annie knew that she had to attempt a pinfall right now, so she got back up to her feet, before falling right on top of Sonic Cat.

Annie would then hook the leg of Sonic Cat, as the referee started to count.

Splayed out on the mat, Sonic Cat was unable to move her body all thanks to the brainbuster that she had taken from her opponent. Seeing that the superheroine was in such a state, Annie had decided to go for the cover, pinning her and hooking one of her legs. The referee came over and started counting for the pin.

"TWO!"

"THR-!"

But at the last second, Sonic Cat kicked out, breaking the pin. It was a near fall that caused the audience to go crazy due to how close it was. The match wasn't over, though Sonic Cat's condition made it clear that she hadn't much left in her.

Annie pinned Sonic Cat tightly, knowing that this was her best chance to get a win over the veteran, dropping her with a brainbuster, she thought she was going to hear the three count when she felt Sonic Cat kick out.

Annie looked a little shocked sitting on her rear end, before taking a deep breath, she knew she could not be stunned for long, she would just have to hit another big blow on Sonic Cat and she would most certainly be finished.

Annie slowly got back up to her feet, and walked over to where the downed Sonic Cat was, before grabbing her shoulder, and attempting to pull her up to her feet.

Annie would then try to put Sonic Cat’s head between her thighs, before lifting her up on her shoulders, and then dropping her with the Crater Maker, before holding her down for a pinfall and hopefully finishing the match off.
