There was no shortage of particularly strong, tough women on LAW's vast, deep roster. But Arvidsson stood out among them with her unique combination of insane strength, physicality, and intelligence in the ring or in any fight in general. She could only fall victim for so long to Kat riling her up. The Super Kitty knew all too well that in wrestling matches between some of the best out there, cooler heads often prevailed. Before the opening bell, Astrid's lavender eyes burned with the hot intensity of a thousand suns ready to torch the tag team champion. But now that she stood tall over Kat in an unquestionably dominant position at ringside, The Golden Dragon seemed to be in top form! She was in control of her emotions, in control of this crowd, and most importantly to Astrid, in control of this match and her opponent!

"Ahhh....ahhhh...." The luchadora was still letting out heavy, pained breaths when the referee yelled out the count from inside the ring.

Yes, they couldn't scuffle at ringside forever. But being the intelligent fighter she was, Astrid wasn't going to pass up on the chance to do some more damage outside the ring. Kat was all too aware that she was in trouble here. But after having her bell rung with a vicious running knee strike into the barricade, The Super Kitty was in no shape to fight the fiery blonde off!

When Astrid moved to collect Kat from the ringside floor, the metal barricade near them was very much out of place. The strike earlier had dislodged it, marking what would likely be the first of much collateral damage from this match!

Katherine was barely on her feet when Astrid began ushering her back into the ring. But partway through their return trip, she stopped. Many wrestlers would think to make use of the hard surface of the ring's apron. Perhaps even the steel ringpost outside the ring. But Astrid took things a step further. It wasn't enough of a statement to break the gem of Kat's mask or to leave her laying at ringside. Astrid wanted to take it a step further! To chastise Kat and to cement herself as perhaps the best woman in this company with a decisive victory, she turned her attention to the steel steps! And she smiled!

This drew even more noises of cheers, hype, and hysteria from the thousands of fans in attendance! It took no time at all for the Viking Warrior Descendant to hook her arm over Katherine's neck and secure her in a Front Facelock!

"....." Kat remained dazed and on her feet in Astrid's grasp! Astrid has no trouble quickly lining her up with the steel steps of the ring! Save for her labored breaths and tightly shut eyes, there were no signs of life from Kat!

Astrid tensed every muscle in her statuesque frame and grabbed the side of Kat's leotard, giving the girl a pronounced wedgie and accentuating The Super Kitty's toned glutes as she straightened up and lifted Kat into an upside-down position! A long, low, steadily rising "ohhhhhhh" echoed out from the crowd as Astrid held her upside-down, and overhead the feelings of anticipation mounted over this rough impact mounted!

"FOUR......!"

"FIVE........!"

The referee counted slowly, which seemed to only put further emphasis on how long Astrid was able to hold Katherine like this! Further anxiety over what seemed like an inevitable rough landing! On the fifth count, Kat began to bend her legs at the knee ever slowly slightly, weakly kicking to try and find some way to escape or even counter The Golden Dragon here!

CRAAAAASSSHHHH!!!!!

Though Kat's face had grown red from the blood rushing to her head, she had finally begun showing signs of life and trying to free herself! But it was too little, too late!

The loud crash that echoed through the arena came from the sound of Astrid bringing Kat down onto the unforgiving steel hard with a Delayed Vertical Suplex! The impact was forceful enough to shift the steps out of place, just like the metal barricade from earlier! Katherine's back and side connected violently with the jagged edges of the steel steps!

"AAHHHHH! URGH! FRICK!" Kat rolled away from the steps and held her left side with both hands! She laid on her right half near the barricade and clenched her teeth in pain! Again, she began breathing hard. But any expletives or writhing noises from the Super Kitty were completely muffled by the surge of reactions from all over the arena! The referee couldn't even continue her count with how loud it was in the arena right now in the fallout from this massive Suplex onto the steel steps! No one could hear her! She needed to wait for the noise to die down!

This wasn't how things were supposed to play out. Right now, it was looking like The Super Kitty, The Legendary Luchadora, as great as she was, had grossly underestimated The Golden Dragon! The commentators remarked on how Astrid laying Kat out during their promo was anything but a fluke! Kat had pledged to be Astrid's wall! The woman who stood in the way of Arvidsson as she carved a path to becoming the very best at LAW! But right now, it was Astrid who was making good on her words! It was Astrid who was making sure that her words from earlier did not go to waste! As long as Kat vowed to stand in Astrid's way, Astrid was willing, maybe even eager to crush her just as she was going now!

To Astrid's surprise, her suplex was greeted with great enthusiasm by the audience. Funny or not, she understood perfectly well why many people treated her with distrust when she first arrived here. Who is she compared to her rival, the legendary Kat Hart? Just another blonde who decided that she could come and challenge anyone from the top of the rankings. This is how things have been done here for a very long time, so the Norwegian woman could not be offended by the audience, she was well aware that their trust and love must be earned.

And it seems that she has begun to take confident steps in this direction. Astrid said she was made of a different material and many thought they were just words, but now that the tag team champion's body has crashed into the metal steps, it's starting to become clear that they weren't just words. The Golden Dragon was more than meets the eye, and now at least some of the audience was ready to believe it.

Feeling inspired by the noise from the audience, the descendant of the great Vikings rose to her feet, simultaneously assessing the result of her efforts. Rolling to the side, Katherine found herself back near the barricade. The American woman was undoubtedly suffering from the consequences of the Golden Dragon's hard move, and it didn't look like she was going to get back on her feet.

At that moment, Astrid had an irresistible urge to say something. Something to mock her rival. Something to remind this woman of how condescending she was to Astrid when this match started. Now that her situation was not so rosy, Katherine was in no hurry to make jokes about Astrid, but the Golden Dragon had a feeling that if her rival regained the advantage, they would return to the beginning and the descendant of the great Vikings would have to listen to all this shit again. So maybe this was the right moment to give the tag team champion a taste of her own medicine?

No, Astrid wasn't going to do that, she's above it.

“SIX!!!”

The referee had to strain her vocal cords to remind everyone that the time that Astrid and Katherine could spend outside the ring was coming to an end. Astrid glanced briefly at the referee and then at Katherine. If the Golden Dragon returned to the ring right now, would her opponent be able to do the same in the remaining time? Considering the circumstances, it would be fair to say that Katherine would not be able to do this, and in that case the victory would go to the Golden Dragon. Sounds damn good. There was only one problem...

It wasn't the way Astrid wanted to win.

Taking a step forward, she intended to grab the tag team champion's head and pull her up to force Katherine to take a more or less vertical position. After that, the Golden Dragon was about to head towards the ring, accelerating with each step, then abruptly yanking Katherine forward, literally throwing her in the ring under the bottom rope.

Someone thought that a victory was a victory, and nothing else mattered. Astrid was not one of them. She believed that if she wanted to make Katherine swallow all the words she said, then she had to defeat this woman properly. So if the Golden Dragon had managed to get her opponent back into the ring, she would have immediately followed her by rolling under the bottom rope, so that the referee would then have the official right to stop the countdown.

Kat knew that she would be feeling the effects of the Suplex into the steps for a while, but the huge black and blue bruise now running down her side made the damage obvious to everyone in the arena! She tried to cover it as she sat there up against the barricade. The crowd was responding to Astrid dominating! The crowd was taken in by the sight of The Golden Dragon roosting, standing tall over her opponent! All while Katherine stayed there hurting! Her breathing was stifled by the pain! Her hands covering her side! The last bits of the broken ruby fell from the forehead of her mask! Things were not looking good for The Super Kitty!

Despite earning the right to gloat here, Astrid didn't see the need. She was better than that, better than Kat had judged her to be, surely. If there was anything more to say, Arvidsson would voice it in the ring! Between the referee's sixth and seventh count, the blonde beauty collected the battered luchadora from the ringside floor. Astrid handled her business by getting Kat up off the ground and straightening Hart up such that she was on her feet.

Kat grit her teeth through the pain. She braced herself when she felt her rival grab her by her masked head. Every motion from the Norwegian fighter was deliberate and strong. Even when Astrid chose to forego the chance to pursue a countout victory and throw Kat harshly under the bottom rope and into the ring, the bigger woman's strength could be felt. Kat was thrown back into the ring. She was made to roll several rotations towards the center of the squared circle!

"Phew....mmm!" The Super Kitty grunted, groaned, and grimaced as she quickly found her way up to just one knee. With one hand on her side and the other on the canvas beneath her, the "face of this company" was looking worse for wear. She breathed heavily through grit teeth. Kat eyed Astrid as she followed her into the ring.

The commentators remarked on how this slower pace of fighting and wrestling, this highly physical exchange of power moves greatly favored The Golden Dragon. Kat Hart seemed to perform better against her when the action was moving and at a quicker, more explosive pace. Despite it being in Kat's best interest to try return to her strategy of confounding her opponent with speed and goading Astrid into making a mistake or three, Hart willed herself up to her feet and raised her hands high, seemingly in an effort to invite Arvidsson to engage her in yet another Test of Strength!

Kat parted some loose, blonde hair away from her eyes to give her opponent a serious, focused look. The longer this contest went on, the more disheveled and chaotic her hair, her leotard, and other signature features seemed to get. The match was simply that physical. Astrid was an imposing opponent. But even with her opponent getting such a huge lead in the match, Kat met her with a confident nod and smile! Astrid was nothing if not prideful. Kat was banking on the idea that Arvidsson would continue to meet any and every chance to prove she was physically the strongest woman at LAW, perhaps maybe even in the world! And if she interlocked her fingers with Kat and got nose to nose with her, Kat would begin pushing forward for several seconds, butting heads with the lavender-eyed beauty and stomping around the ring with her before abruptly switching from pushing up against Astrid to pulling her in close! Kat would try to look for a chance to drop down to the canvas and put her technical ability and years of wrestling experience to work here by using Astrid's strength against her! The Super Kitty would fall onto her back and look to press the soles of her purple boots against the muscled abs of Astrid to try and send her sailing actors the ring and crashing into the turnbuckles in the far corner of the ring with a Monkey Flip to turn the tide!

Perhaps it wasn't the wisest decision on Astrid's part. It was widely believed among both the fighters and the audience that a victory was a victory. However, the Golden Dragon didn't just need a victory, she wanted to prove something, she wanted her opponent to literally choke on her words. And therefore, the descendant of the great Vikings could not allow Katherine to stay outside the ring, this is not how this match should end.

Acting quickly and decisively, the Golden Dragon threw the American woman back in the ring and immediately followed her. Two short rolls under the bottom rope and she was already up on one knee. And although Astrid usually managed to control herself, this time both of her eyebrows involuntarily went up.

The reason, of course, was that in that short moment Katherine somehow also took an upright position. The Norwegian woman did not immediately believe it because she knew for sure that if she had been in her rival's place, it would have taken her longer to recover.

“A ploy to pretend strong?” Astrid guessed in her mind.

No, definitely not. At least for the simple reason that if it was a trick, Katherine wouldn't have raised her hands to challenge Astrid for another test of strength. The blonde's eyes narrowed slightly. In a remote corner of her mind, she told herself that this was just another provocation and that she shouldn't play by the rules her rival was trying to impose on her. But…

She wasn't the type to turn down a challenge. The Golden Dragon took a hard step and threw both hands forward, intertwining her fingers with the other blonde. In the blink of an eye, her muscles tensed as she faced the might of the tag team champion once again. Just like the first time, it wasn't easy. Step forward, then step back. It might be even harder to gain an advantage this time, but she was ready for it. At least that's what she thought.

Suddenly, Katherine began to fall backwards, pulling Astrid with her. The Golden Dragon was so caught up in the test of strength that she didn't even realize that her opponent's plan was different. By the time Katherine's back touched the mat, it was already too late for the descendant of the great Vikings. Katherine's feet pressed against Astrid's stomach, and then the tag team champion's legs shot out like springs. Astrid's body soared into the air, flipping over at the same time, and then…

“GHA!" She screamed.

Her back hit the turnbuckles, and then gravity did the job. The Golden Dragon's head and shoulder blades collapsed onto the mat, and her legs accidentally ended up on the middle ropes, but she didn't know about it yet because she was terribly dizzy due to such an unfortunate turn of events for her.

Astrid had a firm command of the situation during the last few legs of the match. It was true that despite calling herself The Super Kitty, Kat couldn't possibly be moving, breathing, and wrestling in top form right now. Not after that vicious knee to the head against the barricade or after that massive Suplex onto the steel steps. The keen eyes of the commentary team and the staff watching the match would note Kat's rough posture and ragged breathing. Even as she engaged her opponent, it was clear that the legendary luchadora, as great a wrestler as she was, Kat was still on the back foot here! And yet, Astrid's strength and dominance in the ring awakened something within Kat!

"Huff.....huff...." After sending The Golden Dragon soaring towards the corner of the ring, Kat turned over onto her front. Her face grimaced and contorted with pain. Every part of her wanted to roll to the outside of the ring and take a breather. But she couldn't show her rival that kind of weakness. If this match taught everyone one thing up until this point, it was that no opponent could afford to let their guard down against Arvidsson! Not even for a second! It only took one blow, one big move, one bite from The gleaming Golden Dragon to completely turn a match around in her favor! And to Kat Hart, the time to bite back was now it never!

With one hand on her side and a limp in her step, Hart pressed the knuckles of her closed fist into the canvas beneath her and pushed herself up to her feet. The Super Kitty pushed herself past her limits! For now, she had time to rest and recuperate and find her second wind in this match would come. For now, she had to level the playing field if she wanted any hope of living up to her promise to be the wall that Astrid could not overcome!

Kat hobbled over to the upsidedown Astrid and squatted down. The luchadora was known for her powerful, technical moves! Hart knew she would need something big here if she wanted to regain some momentum back. She was still hurting, but she grit her teeth, breathing heavily, and steeled her toned frame! As she tightened the muscles up and down her chiseled form, Kat would wrap one hand over Astrid's waist. With the other hand, she aimed to put one of Arvidsson's arms behind her back in a Hammerlock, even while the lavender-eyed beauty was upside down with her leg over the ropes! From here, Kat would summon her strength! She'd need quite a lot of it for what was to come if she hoped to pull this off! Kat could only hope and pray that Astrid was still disoriented from her collision with the corner and the subsequent fall! She would look to lift the bigger blonde up into position for what seemed to be a Powerslam! With one hand on Astrid's bum and the other still capturing the girl's wrist behind her back in a Hammerlock, Kat would position herself with her back against the corner before climbing up to a seated position on the top rope! If she managed that much, Kat would take another deep breath!

"You want me to take to respect you! You want me to take you seriously! This is what that looks like!" The Super Kitty would roar and nod to the crowd as she stood up to her full height! Feet on the middle ropes!

With one quick motion, even with Astrid in tow, Kat would look to hop up onto the top rope and then fall forward! The Super Kitty would try to come down in a kneeling position with one foot on the ground in an effort to bring Astrid's full body weight down onto her knee! Shoulder-first for a massive Shoulder Breaker from the top rope!

Even if the move connected, Kat would collapse and roll onto her back! Powering through all the damage Astrid had done to her would take the wind out of her sails! The crowd would roar with disbelief even as she lay there, chest heaving with each heavy breath! And with each exhale, Kat would hope and pray that she had been able to do to Astrid's arm what Astrid had done to her side and her head to put them on even footing!

As they say, shit happens. In fact, the movement that her opponent used was unlikely to cause really significant damage under normal circumstances, but unfortunately, it turned out that Astrid hit her head hard at the moment of landing, as a result of which she was clearly stunned. Even when she opened her eyes, the picture in front of her was blurry, not to mention that she almost couldn't control her body.

Thanks to this, the tag team champion approached the Norwegian woman without any fear, and then grabbed her. Katherine raised her above the mat, but Astrid understood that her rival did not do it out of good intentions. The Golden Dragon clenched her teeth, at the same time trying to tense her muscles for at least some attempt to escape from the grip of the other blonde, but it was all in vain.

To a loud reaction from the audience, Katherine climbed first to the middle ropes, and then to the top ones. It might seem that right now she would throw Astrid down, which would certainly not be the most pleasant experience for the Golden Dragon. But the tag team champion has come up with something much more sophisticated than just a throw from the top ropes.

Jumping down, she caused Astrid's shoulder to bump into her knee. Astrid's eyes widened as for a moment it seemed to her that her shoulder joint and her collarbone had been crushed into dust. As her body collapsed onto the mat, she clutched her shoulder with her left hand, starting to squirm like she was a snake in a frying pan. And, of course, despite all her self-control…

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!” A heart-rending scream rang through the arena.

Perhaps none of the bones in her body were actually damaged. And perhaps the blonde has yet to fully realize the damage she has suffered. But even now, the most attentive viewers could see that her shoulder joint looked somehow very unnatural, as if it was dislocated. Well, whatever it was, but now there was no doubt that with this attack, Katherine had not only leveled their positions, but had certainly rode far ahead.
