Tigress In The Highlands: "Tigress" Tina Armstrong vs Hazel "Highlander" Nielsen (D)

Hazel was not in LAW to play games, she was here to work hard and win! Hazel managed Tina down hard with one of her signature suplexes for what could possibly be the first time of many throughout this match. Feeling her opponent go limp the Scotswoman released her, letting her flop onto the mat as she stood up. Deciding on her next move, Hazel would reach down and grab Tina by the head pulling the woman up to her feet. She would then grab the woman by the wrist and move her body attempting to send Tina into the ropes with an Irish whip. When Tina rebounded back towards her Hazel would move forward aiming to meet and knock Tina down with a big boot!

If successful Hazel wouldn't stop. She would run towards the opposite set of ropes, turning and bouncing off them back first before heading back towards Tina. When she got close she would jump up attempting to land on top of her opponent with a leg drop across the torso!

Tina was yanked up and the former champion was whipped to he ropes running back only to have her face smashed by a big boot! She bit her lip and as she crashed to the mat some red was forming on her lower lip. She celled her throbbing head in her arms before the leg drop crashed down further smashing Tina and leading to her limbs flopping after as she looked like a hapless rookie moreso than the first champion LAW ever had!

After Hazel floored Tina with a big boot she quickly moved to follow it up with a leg drop! On her way down she noticed some red on Tina's lips, it was still early and the woman's lip was busted, it made Hazel start to wonder how the rest of this match was going to go but that remained to be seen and currently the Scotswoman's leg was slamming across the former champion's torso!

Not wanting to give Tina any time to rest or recover Hazel pulled her legs off of the woman's torso before getting to a knee and grabbing the woman by the head pulling her along as she got to her feet. From there Hazel would pull Tina towards the corner before shoving her into it. Hazel would then hook Tina's arms over the top ropes before using a finger and a thumb to push Tina's chin up to inspect the woman's lip before pulling her hand away and making it flat only to bring it back slamming into Tina's chest with a chop!

Tina was a rag doll or so it looked as she was laid out, crushed by the leg drop of the larger woman! She moaned as she was yanked up but once she was the fists of the tigress began smashing into the abdomen as well as the chest of Hazel as she was trying to fight back as soon as she was pulled up to a sitting position! "IF you think I am just gonna be some punching bag you have no idea who I am!" Tina hissed as she gan struggling, swinging away!

Hazel had been off to a roaring start in this match seemingly being in complete control of things outside of taking one slam that she shrugged off. It was tempting to just go for a pin on the tigress but that would be too anti-climatic, if anything she needed to end things with an impressive bang! Pulling Tina up with the goal of working her over further Hazel was met with several punches to her torso causing her to wince and stop what she was doing, her ears filled with the angry words of her opponent. Gritting her teeth Hazel shoved Tina aiming to make some space before stepping back rubbing and checking for a bruise in a spot that woman's fist hit.

Hazel would then give Tina a stern look. "You seem a little insecure... might want to haud yer wheesht!" Hazel said finally speaking and adding some of her native Scottish slang to the end of her sentence telling Tina to shut up. "Hope words aren't the only thing you have... otherwise I'm going to leave here disappointed" Hazel added getting into a fighting stance and motioning for Tina to come at her.

Tina was shoved but as Hazel was talking Tina was already moving back in as quickly as she could! Tina was trying to swing a knee up into the abdomen of Hazel for a fast strike to stun her before grabbing her by the head. Tina was trying to come back into the fight and keep up on the offense as she attempted to lift Hazel up high and being her down to the mat with a vertical suplex! Tina was trying to get as much lift, speed and impact as possible to catch Hazel off guard. She wasn't about to be embarrassed by Hazel, especially when she couldn't figure out what she was saying...

Right as Hazel finished her words she noticed Tina had already moved in. Raising her arms Hazel expected another grappling duel only to be met with a knee straight to her stomach! "Grah" Hazel grunted out and winced doubling over slightly and long enough for Tina to get a hold of her. Having her head grabbed and trucked between the woman's arm and body Hazel had a rough idea of what was coming next but Tina moved fast and hard enough to where a counter just wasn't possible and Hazel was swiftly lifted and slammed back down onto the canvas hard. "Gah!" Hazel let out another grunt as her back hit the mat. Rolling over Hazel pushed up on one hand, her other hand reached back, the back of her hand rubbing it trying to soothe the small amount of pain while doing her best not to remain down for too long so early!

Tina manage to suplex Hazel and as she was getting up Hazel was rising as well! Tina wasn't going to let that happen again, so she sprang up and jumped before extending her legs aiming a quick dropkick right at the face of Hazel to try to send her back down to the mat again! Tina was getting tired of this woman rising back up so fast as if Tina's offense was ineffective. She was going to keep going at Hazel until her offense was effective. She wasn't going to be a stepping stone for another woman just to look good again, or so she told herself as she kept trying to knock Hazel back down to the canvas.

If Hazel had to give Tina props for one thing, it was the suplex she had delivered, it was certainly one of the better ones that Hazel had suffered through, had it been later in the match it may have kept her down longer. But Hazel was still somewhat fresh only taking minimal offense so far and was quick to begin getting back up around the same time as her opponent, though Tina was quicker to get back up and even quicker to go back on the offense as she came flying it and knocked Hazel back down with a dropkick! Back on the canvas Hazel was a tad stunned but her right hand went up to her face feeling around her lip to make sure it wasn't busted like her opponent's.

"Come on, lets go!" Tina shouted not as much to rile up the fans but more to get herself fired up. She had to keep at it no matter what. The tigress was getting back to her feet and trying to get Hazel up as well. Tina grit her teeth as she grabbed hold of Hazel and wrapped her arms around Hazels' waist. Tina tried to lift her up and over, attempting a northern lights suplex to send Hazel back down to the mat but she would release it upon impact knowing a pin right now was not going to accomplish anything.
