How to not be nervous fighting another lioness: Saori Aiko Vs. Geneviere DuPont

Saori tightened the heel hook as hard as she could, knowing that the sooner Geneviere taps out, the sooner she can get out of this match with a surprising low amount of damage to herself, especially as she had expected the match to go much worse for herself.


It looked as though Geneviere had other plans, as she started kicking Saori to force her off. “oh no…” Saori quietly said this to herself, as she expected to lose out on this.


Soon enough, Saori let go of the hold, and fell onto her back, groaning in pain. She feared the worst was about to happen soon.

Genevieve slowly got up after creating space between the two. She would then take advantage of the downed Saori as Genevieve ran at her to do a move.

If her opponent was standing, Genevieve would do a hurricanrana to set up for another arial move. If her opponent was laying down, Genevieve would do a running 450 splash that would cause a lot of damage to her opponent.

Saori was laying on her back, still reeling from the kicks Geneviere had given to her just now, she was not used to getting strike at all, luckily it seemed as though her glasses were intact.

But before she knew it, Geneviere had gotten up, and ran towards her and hit a 450 splash right on her midsection. “GAH!” Saori yelped as her body crumpled in response.

This was code red, Saori wished she could call it quits right now. She was about to get seriously hurt.

Genevieve then decided that it was probably a good time to attempt to do her finisher. She kneeled down next to Saori and would deliver some punches to the head of the Japanese woman to stun her and keep her in place. She then got Saori ready to take her finisher.

Genevieve would go onto the apron and climb up the turnbuckle. She made sure Saori was down since she didn’t want a repeat of the last time she tried to go arial. Genevieve was a bit nervous since this was the first time doing her finisher in a match but she had to shake those nerves off. Genevieve then took a deep breath and set her finisher in motion.

Genevieve would stand up and pose for the imaginary crowd. She then leaped off of the turnbuckle and went for Les Misérables and did a frog splash onto Saori. If she were successful, Genevieve would go for the pin.

Saori was near limp from the impact of the 450 splash Geneviere had landed on her, it was not at all something she was ready for, nor was it something her skinny build was built to take.

“ah!” Saori could only mutter as she received multiple fists to the head, knocking her even farther into a dizzy state.

Saori was basically near unconscious when Geneviere managed to hit her finishing Frog Splash on the young lioness, and then pin her.

And just like that, Saori’s first match ended just like she expected it to. With a loss.

Genevieve got off of Saori and celebrated in the ring. She was feeling really happy and climbed up onto the turnbuckle and pose for the imaginary fans. She posed like how her grandfather did when she watched him win his matches.

Once she was down celebrating, Genevieve got off the turnbuckle and would walk up to Saori. She then held out her hand and offered to help her up. Genevieve also smiled at Saori.

Saori was shaking on the mat after the match was over. She was in pain, but at least she would not have to feel any more pain for the rest of the night. Geneviere won the match decisively as Saori herself expected.

Soon enough, she came into consciousness and looked around to see Geneviere holding out her hand. A part of Saori had to wonder why she would, Saori did not put up a good fight, but she might as well take the offer.

“I did not understand… but thanks.” Saori muttered, shaking Geneviere’s hand as she got up before hoping out of the ring and heading towards the back as fast as she could.
