Renee would be in her locker room, preparing for her match. She was booked to face a legend of LAW, Gil. She did watch her opponents matches to study her technique and she would be lying to herself that she wasn’t at least excited to be in the same ring as Gil. Renee was talking to herself to either hype herself up and/or calm herself down.

“Alright Renee. You got a true star of LAW as your opponent. Keep your wits about and maybe LAW can boost you up the ladder to either the Hentai or Lightweight Championship.”

There would be a knocking at her door to which Renee answered. It was one of the LAW Staff Members as she was informed that they were ready for her to come out to the ring. Renee’s excitement could be shown on her face as she was more quicker than before on walking to the show curtain. She then waited in anticipation for theme to start playing.

Renee “Renegade” Steinhauser

Renee burst out to a somewhat cheering crowd. She couldn’t believe that a lot of people showed up for this match. She would pace down the ramp and quickly went up the steel steps to enter the ring. Renee jumped in excitement as she waited for Gil to make her entrance.

It had been a long second since Gil last had a standard match lined up for her, she was so used to stipulations and specialty matches that she almost forgot what a standard match even was...! None-the-less, she was as hyped as always to be stepping her feet out into that ring, ready to give this one all she had...!

Shortly after Renee made her own entrance, setting the stage, Gil, the self proclaimed Smother Princess made her own entrance!

Gil blew kisses and waved to the fans, she always loved this part, the warm embrace of an arena full of people who just wanted to see two gals duke it out in the ring...! She took her time as she usually did, but soon enough, she would enter the ring and set her eyes on Renee...!

"...It's nice to meet you! I'm Gil! I like your outfit, super cute!" Gil chirped, offering her hand out to her opponent...!

Renee would hear the theme of her opponent and she was all smiles from seeing Gil come out to the ring. The crowd was cheering her opponent on as Renee was using the top turnbuckle to stretch her legs.

Once Gil was coming towards the ring, Renee stopped stretching and backed up to let her opponent in the ring. As she stood toe to toe with Gil, her excitement would be showing on her face. It only gotten more hyped when she was offered a handshake from her. However, she needed to play the part of the heel in this match as she went back in character.

“Huh. So you must be the legendary Gil I heard all about. I’ve studied how you wrestled and I just have to say that you are such a jobber and I can easily beat you. You’re just all hype and no talent. And by the way you dress, you put out jobber energy more.”

Gil could see that Renee did not mean what she was saying but it was for kayfabe between them. Renee smacked her hand away a little bit before sneaking in a shake of her hand before walking to her corner. Renee was ready to face a legend in LAW and couldn’t wait for the bell to ring.
