When in doubt - Slug it out! Sakura vs Yang.

Feeling her elbow connect with Yang's hard abs and then the much softer breast gave Sakura a sense of hope, especially since it seemingly managed to stop her face from being grinded against the steel cage.
With that in mind, Sakura pushed her head backwards, separating from the cage and was just about to turn around when her face was shoved back hard into the cage, further making a mess of her pretty face, letting out pained moans despite barely being able to open her mouth. During that time a realization came to Sakura that shattered any hope that she had created for herself - she didn't push her head back, Yang just wound it back in order to smash it against the wall...

Some people in the audience urged Sakura to fight back, others embraced their sadistic side, cheering Yang on to deliver pain and destruction in no uncertain terms. And so Yang would deliver. When Sakura was turned around, Yang saw her handiwork on Sakura's face, which was bleeding from cuts and bruises all over.

All Sakura could do was stare at Yang's face with her half open, partly swollen eyes. When the first haymaker came flying, the kunoichi managed to raise her arm in the path of the blow, but the block was nowhere near strong enough and Yang's fist just proceeded to connect with Sakura's cheek as if there was nothing in-between.

"Ghuagh!" Saliva, blood and sweat flew out as Sakura's face violently snapped to the side.
"Mpfhaghh!" Again, snapping to the other side.
Sakura was now seriously dazed and physically incapable of fighting back whatsoever and just like a shark sensing blood in the water, Yang delivered possibly her most devastating blow yet, crushing Sakura's belly with a deep uppercut. "Aaaarrghh!" Sakura screamed out as there was even a crunching sound as Yang's fist dug deep into Sakura's belly that she wasn't even able to tense. Getting dazed earlier maybe helped numb some of that pain, somehow making her able to endure even if realistically she shouldn't have been able to.
That blow somehow made Sakura feel something entirely different - she couldnt put it to words, but it felt like she had become aware that Yang was enjoying this...

Enduring the beating until now was a literal achievement, but Yang was intent on pushing Sakura's endurance beyond human capability as the blonde unloaded more crushing blows to Sakura's devastated and completely defense less belly, forcing horrifyingly guttural screams to come out of Sakura's mouth to the point where event the sadists in the audience have gone quiet. After the last blow landed, Sakura would just fall forward with her face brushing against the blonde's abs.
