Catalina didn't even make the attempt to fight to free herself, she simply knew that this wasn't her story where she was the protagonist, she was just another actor in Lily's play, the bell rang and she dropped to the canvas, exhausted, Lily left her seriously beaten, but when she saw Lily's hand reach out to help her, she accepted, getting up and although hurt, she gave a smile, before slowly leaving the ring, not even knowing if she had accomplished anything, not even knowing that it seemed to give Lily a nice way to watch the fights.

Lily tilted her head slightly as Catalina accepted the helping hand. She helped her rival to her feet, but even though the Mexican woman smiled, the brunette saw the sadness in her eyes. The Black Crow rarely manages to experience any emotions, because of this, she was not even always able to remember what it was like to feel this or that emotion. But the emotion of sadness was so memorable that she perfectly understood what was going on in the Mexican woman's soul right now.

Sadness is an emotion that Lily would never want to experience again. Twice she opened her heart and twice her heart was broken. And although the bitterness of defeat was not even close to a broken heart, she remembered well how bad she felt after another defeat during her MMA times.

But over time, she learned to deal with it. When a person chooses the path of a fighter, they must learn to accept the fact that not only victories await them ahead. Victory is always inspiring, but defeat should give you an impulse to further development. At least Lily tried to follow this principle. And now, watching her opponent leave the ring, she hoped that this match would give Catalina a reason to move forward and become stronger.

After waiting for Catalina to disappear behind the curtains, Lily went to the corner and picked up her cloak made of crow feathers. After rolling under the bottom rope, she put on the cloak, but did not pull the hood over her head this time. Amid the shouts and applause of the fans, she began to climb the ramp.

It was unusual for her that so many people were looking at her, because in life Lily was more than modest. But now, seeing all their smiles and emotions, it was like she was in another world. In another situation, she would never have done something like this, but now she felt a strange desire. The Englishwoman raised her hand and began waving to the audience and fans.

"So it wasn't in vain..." thought the Black Crow.

Before she made the decision to come to Japan for LAW, she had great doubts. She did it only in the hope that the ring would help her feel emotions more often. And today's match made it clear to her that she was not mistaken in her choice. There were even more matches ahead of her, but now she was sure that someday she would achieve her goal. Someday she will turn from a soulless doll into a real human. Smiling at this thought, the Black Crow disappeared behind the curtains.
