Personality
A smart young woman who is extremely intlegent and pasionate about anything she sets her heart to. That being said, she also has an issue with connecting to people, and therefore finds an emptiness inside her that is hard to fill. She attempts to help find this by seeking out the more exciting things in life, be it positive or negative. As such, the woman looks to make everything as exciting as they possibly could be, which partially in regards to other people, has turned her slightly into a sadomasachist.
Past
Ashley Woods was born into a wealthy baseball player's family in Canada and rarely had any wants when she was a child. While not the biggest fan of the craft her father dedicated his life to, Ashley fell in love with sports from and started to dedicate herself to becomeing an althlete when she was younger. Between the ages of 5 and 11, Woods found herself setting records at her school, and was on track to going into receiveing an althete's scholarship to go to a private middle school. However, once she turned 12, Ashley's althtic abilities started taking a steep decline. She saw a massive drop off of her speed and strength, and found her track and field scores strugling to meet even national average, let alone the record setting levels she had been setting not 6 months ago. Her coachs choped this up to her not applying herself as much anymore, and tried to talk her into devoting herself more, but she denied it and kept trying to push herself further and further.
This all came to a head one week before her 13th birthday, where the girl blacked out of lack of oxygen from merely doing her early morning jogs. She was rushed into the hospital and was examined, to discover she had developed a 9 millimeter hole in her heart, and it was causing issues with her being able to get oxygen to her entire body as she needed to become an althete. While it posed no immediate risk to her health (she was still expected to make it at least to the age of fourty, if not into her fifties.) the defect did officialy end her althetic career.
While still having many years left to live, the death of her pasion in life and her possiblely realtively shortened lifespan, made her disconnect from the world for a few years. Living as a shell of her former self, the girl seemed to go through life going through the motions rather than actually living it. The only thing that gave her even a little bit of passion left was watching American Football, but even then that was only the smallest bit.
At the age of sixteen, Ashley was reading an article online about the passing of a famous retired wrestler. The chestnut haired canadian hadn't actually known who the celebrity was, but the descriptive language in the article made the girl feel for man who she hadn't ever heard of before. This caused the girl to fall in love with writing, and she found a way to continue her love of althetics through sports journalism. She started writing for her local school paper, and ended up getting a scholarship over it.
When the girl graduated highschool, she went to America in order to study abroad (Mainly because she wanted to be around american football, but don't tell her parents that.) That being said, the cost for the transfer even with a full ride scholarship ended up being extremely expensive. As such, the girl started looking for work to support herself along with her independent writing career. While looking online, she found a position to work at a small indy show as a refree. The Canadian, who loved the thought of getting involved with althteics in a physical way again, joined up even though she had no experience with it. Being given the smallest refree bikini she had ever seen, Ashley was thrown into the main event of a small show which was a intergender tag match. Dispite having been given a crash course on wrestling, the canadian did a horrible job with refreeing, and made the competitors so mad that the men decided they didn't even care about the match, and ended up forcing themselves onto her to get out the frustation. While at first this horrified the Canadian, even more so that this was her first time having a sexual encounter, and that there was a live crowd cheering her on, the thrill of the situation, made the girl feel alive again. She ended up enjoying the whole situation, and even asked one of her assailants out afterwards. (Who spat on her and said no as a response.)
Ashley moved further into wrestling after the situation. While not being allowed to refree ever again, Ashley ended up writing atricles on the small organization and giving interviews to some of the more popular tallent. She even signed up to compete as a wrestler to give it a try out. While in training for this, the girl deloped her own style of wrestling. A style that allowed her to do a lot of damage quick while she still had oxygen in her body, before her poor heart's recovery would play into any effect. As such, her matches would end up always turning into squash matches, either in her favor or against her. Her style would never allow her to wrestle competitively in LAW, but for smaller indendent shows, it got her through.
Keeping her eye on her writing, though, Ashley would continue her career trying to become a sports jounalist. She would interview wrestlers, college althetes and even some NFL players. Her goal was to become a staff interviewer/journalist for LAW however. In order to do this, Ashley would agree to some fairly strange request in order to get people to agree to interviews. (She had gone to many of her interviews in very revealing outfits.)
Now she is a Senior at Tampa University.

- While not being a wrestler, Ashley loves to take up private matches in the pirvacy of her own home. She also sometimes wrestles on the independent scenes, and even has a contract with LAW where she can wrestle if for some reason a wrestler no shows their match.
- Ashley is a huge American Football fan, with the Houstin Texans being her favoriate team.
- While she doesn't like to talk about it alot, she is a fairly big fan of video games. That being said, she doesn't like talkign about it to much.
- While she isn't devout, Ashley is a religious and goes to church on a weekly basis.
