Lucilla displayed high potential and a level of intelligence that outshine her peers as she's a polymath genius, however despite this she never actually knew what to do with her life. While she was waiting and working hard to get into medical school, she started exercising and even taking martial arts classes mainly to not only stay healthy but also be able to defend herself if needed. When she finished medical school and had officially became a nurse, she was seeked out by the Chaldea Wrestling Organization to be their head nurse as they recongize both her talent in nursing as well as her high intelligence AND her fighting capabilities. They offered her the position, promising that her wages would be much more than if she were to work at a normal hospital AND she'll be able to seek out further knowledge in whatever she wanted but she will have to train more in martial arts and especially wrestling as they feel that her talents in fighting shouldn't be wasted in JUST defending yourself. Lucilla agrees to their offer and she officially became the head nurse of Chaldea where her education and martial arts prowess grew further. She has met and made very good friends with Romani, Bella and even Alfred despite not seeing him very often. When Mashu was sent to LAW and her friends were sent there as well, she requests to be sent there as well to be a nurse AND to be a wrestler as well as to keep an eye on Mashu and all of the wrestlers that may come her way for treatment. They granted her permission and thus she joins into LAW

It's easy to see that Lucilla is an intense, no-nonsense sort of person and that's just because that she takes her job as well as education in general very seriously. Another thing she takes very seriously is good hygeine, health as well as cleaniness. This isn't because she's a germaphobe or anything but it's just because of how it's hammered in into her head of how important these things are as a nurse that it kinda comes out in everyday life as well though she tries not to let the habit get to her. All of this isn't to say she doesn't know how to loosen up and have fun though as this is most consistently seen when she hangs out with her friends but anyone can see that side of her as long as they try to show her a good time.
