Emaline's pursuit bore fruit, leaving a vulnerable Corey for the haughty heel to take advantage of. She hurriedly scrambled towards the American's body and attempted to mount her back. At the same time, Emaline grabbed Corey's right arm and wrenched her forearm behind her back for an excruciating chickenwing. "You possess some spunk, I will admit." The Japanese wrestler whispered into her opponent's ear. "You have my gratitude. I will enjoy this match to its fullest." Then she tried to wrap her other arm around Corey's throat and squeezed, supplementing the chickenwing with a chokehold.

With Corey take down by Emaline, she was exposed to whatever the other woman had in her mind. Emaline then decided to put her into a hold, which was a chickenwing. Corey was someone who couldn't handle submission holds well, and she knew that she might not last long here if she were to endure it. Not only that, Emaline also added a chokehold into the hold, making the hold even more deadly.

"NNGHAHH!!"

Corey struggled in the hold, trying her best to free herself. With her left hand free, she tried to use it to get herself a rope break. It happened that they were pretty close to the ropes, though it would be hard for her to reach the ropes. She reached out to the ropes, hoping that she could reach and grab it before her endurance ran out.

Seeing Corey struggle even more fiercely upon being choked out by Emaline's arm, her smile grew wider. Fortunately for you, I have yet to grow tired of your boundless obstinance." However, in that moment she also let her guard down which gave Corey a brief window to force her way to the rope.

Should she successfully attain a rope break, the Viper would click her tongue and more importantly, ignore the referee's demands for her to drop the submissions hold. Though when the ref started the count, she acquiesced, unwrapping her arm around the redhead and letting go of her wrist. From there, Emaline stood up and brushed her hair. "Another inconsequential setback." She intonated flatly.

Emaline didn't release her right away when Corey managed to get the rope break, though she eventually let go of her once the referee started counting. Gasping and panting, Corey grabbed onto the ropes to pull herself up. "Ghaa... haa..." She was weakened by the hold that she had been subjected into, and things seemed dire for the younger Sniper sister.

Once she was on her feet, she would turn around, her back against the ropes as she looked at Emaline. She scowled as she heard her opponent's words. She didn't like it when her opponent was being this rude. "Haa... I-I'm not done yet..." She said as she would step away from the ropes, looking to continue the fight. For now, she would put herself in a defensive position, awaiting her opponent's next move.

"No, you are not." Emaline nodded slightly as she agreed with Corey in a polite tone. "As I said, I have yet to tire of your stubbornness, your spunk." The Viper placed her hands behind her back and paced side to side right in front of her opponent. "You ought to be thankful. If not for my magnanimity, you would be in the locker room lamenting your swift defeat." Suddenly, she bounded forwards and leapt into the air. She shifted her body to be parallel to the ground before she thrusted both feet outwards towards Corey's stomach for a brutal drop kick.

Corey narrowed her eyes, trying her best to not lose her temper as Emaline continued mocking her. She didn't want to lose to someone like her, and she would continue observing her movements before she suddenly leaped up to deliver her next move, which was a dropkick!

Corey only had a fraction of second to react. She tried to move backwards, but she wasn't quick enough as she took the dropkick straight to her stomach. "UGGHHH!!!" Corey was knocked backwards and fell down onto her back. Of course, she refused to stay down for long as she would quickly try to roll herself onto all four before pushing herself up, though this would leave her vulnerable to whatever Emaline would do next.

Emaline's dropkick connected, allowing her to use Corey's body as a springboard to backflip into the air. While the purplelette landed gracefully onto her feet, the redhead collapsed flat on her back. However, she clearly still had much fight in her and hurriedly tried to roll back onto her feet. "Tch." Emaline clicked her tongue before she dashed forward, twisted her hips, and swung her leg out, attempting an elegant but deadly roundhouse kick directed towards Corey's skull.

Knocked down by the dropkick, Corey immediately tried to get herself up after getting herself on all four. But as soon as she rose back up onto her feet, Emaline was already upon her, throwing a roundhouse kick aimed to her head.

This time, Corey could see the attack coming, and she would duck, letting Emaline's leg sail above her head without hitting her target. In retaliation, Corey would try to hit her opponent with a forearm smash to her chest in order to knock the wind out of her.

Emaline's eyes widened when her kick whiffed, hitting nothing but air. She hurriedly attempted to follow up by instantly transitioning from a roundhouse kick to a spin kick. Maintaining her spinning momentum, she swapped her footing and swung out her other leg but Corey had other plans. "Grk!.." Her forearm bashed into the Viper's chest mid-rotation, interrupting her move and knocking her off balance. She wheezed as she collapsed onto her side, winded by the forearm strike. Though she soon rushed to stand back up, she left her opponent plenty of opportunity to attack.

Corey managed to knock Emaline down with her strike, though it seemed that she wasn't staying down for long. Knowing that she needed to continue with her attacks, Corey would run towards the ropes, looking to add some momentum by rebounding from them, returning back to where her opponent was. She would approach Emaline from behind, and making use of her own momentum, she would then launch herself towards her, leaping up to hit her opponent at her back with a running dropkick!
