Apex Match: Kira Kusanagi vs. Hikaru Sawazaki

Hikaru groaned and was out on her feet, struggling as Kira was surging. Seeing Kira running at her and Hikaru knew she had to do something! The smaller Japanese woman moved to the side, trapping Kira's legs as she ran past looking to send her crashing to the canvas face-first with a drop toe hold! Hikaru was going to be as technical as possible, it was her biggest asset and she felt like Kira may not be able to match her in pure technical wrestling.

Kira went in charging head first at Hikaru aiming to hit her strong and mighty! Unfortunately the smaller wrestler rolled to the side, leading Kira to fall down on the mat”AH!” She groaned looking at the short haired girl. She soon realized she was in a toe hold and began to try and crawl her way to the bottom rope hoping for a rope break.

Kira was crawling to the ropes and Hikaru quickly untangled her legs as she had other plans for Kira! Hikaru let go and pulled Kira up by the arm whipping her to the ropes. Hikaru screamed and gave chase as she sent Kira running. As soon as Kira bounced off the ropes Hikaru would leap up and spin, looking to smash Kira in the chest with a running hip attack!

Kira was raider by Hikaru and went into the ropes before coming back to be struck in the head! “AHH!” She let out in pain stumbling to the ropes. Kira looked at the Angel getting cheered on and gritted her teeth”you brat!” The goddess hissed before aiming to run at Hikaru extending her arm to try and hit with a clothesline!

Hikaru was feeling it now, and she was getting under Kira's skin. She could capitalize against an angry opponent like this. Hikaru saw Kira rushing at her again and she ducked low moving behind Kira. She reached and tried to counter the clothesline attempt by wrapping Kira's head up after dodging. Hikaru wanted to fall back and send Kira to the mat with a reverse DDT!

Kira ran at her thinking she would be able to land a devastating hit! Instead hikaru grabbed the goddes and hit her with a powerful reverse ddt! “DAMN YOU!” She screamed as hit the mat on her back leaving her stunned!

Hikaru managed to take Kira down and she stood up next to her. Hikaru knew how bad things could go if Kira got on a roll so she opted to try to hit back and do so quickly! Hikaru jumped up and aimed an elbow drop right on the chest of Kira hoping to connect to keep piling on the pressure. Hikaru knew she had to be focused and not let up, this was the biggest match of her career and an upset victory here would catapult her in the standings!

Kira was on the mat groaning in pain. What she wasn’t excepting was Hikaru jumping down to elbow her in the chest! “AUGHHHH” She grit her teeth not wanting to let out a scream, unfortunately the crowd began to cheer on Hikaru. The goddess couldn’t stand for this. She was in a lot of pain but had to fight back, the goddess attempted to put her hand on Hikaru’s back and once again sink her nails into her back wanting to hear her scream!

Hikaru was thinking of locking in a headlock after landing but the painful raking of her back jolted her and sent her arching upward! "ARGH!" Hikaru screamed as she stood up stumbling away as she rubbed her back. "You can't wrestle clean... you can't win clean!" Hikaru shouted to Kira as she stumbled about in agony. Hikaru was trying to recover but Kira clearly had time to recover and act which was very unfortunate for the underdog Hikaru.

Kira laughed hearing her opponents screams of agony“it doesn’t matter how you win!” She said evilly to her opponent as she had the chance to stand up. Kira would then try and run behind her opponent aiming for a forearm smash to the back of the head!
