Personality: Miriam is a pretty typical young lady, quite laid back and relaxed most of the time. She is friendly and polite to anyone who speaks to her, and rarely takes offense to anything that isn't deliberately meant to insult her. It is fairly easy to make her embarrassed, being quite young and a little shy, perhaps insecure even. Overall, Miriam is quite enjoyable to be around, able to read expressions and body language to know just how to interact with people at that particular moment, perhaps the reason behind her current employment.
History: Born in Essex, England as the fourth and final child, but first and only daughter, of two wealthy, upper-class parents, Miriam led a rather privileged, but quite boring, childhood. She attended the same school as her older siblings, excelled in most of the same classes and struggled in others, joined in on tennis and football as her older brothers did, and argued and fought as siblings are wont to do.
Being the youngest, Miriam was somewhat ignored more than her brothers, and so developed herself to be more independent and self-reliant. At age 16, after leaving secondary school with very good grades (though somewhat below her older siblings' own achievements), Miriam was offered a place at a very prestigious Japanese college. While it meant leaving behind the country she had grown up in, and where all of her friends were, Miriam was quite excited and accepted the offer.
Her parents paid for her flight, and bought her a small apartment fairly close to the college campus itself. It was the first time she had lived on her own, but the other students were nice, and her neighbourhood very friendly and quiet, so she quickly adapted to her new situation. Despite her parents offering to send money to cover all of her expenses, and college tuition fees, Miriam refused. Instead, she wanted to blend in somewhat with her new friends, and so found a job working as (essentially) a maid for a rather energetic young blonde lady.
As it turned out, her employer was a very famous streamer in Japan, and Miriam started to recognise her face on various advertisements and products. On top of that, Asuka Hisashi was a similarly famous wrestler in one of Japan's (if not one of the world's) biggest wrestling leagues. Miriam had recently developed an interest in wrestling, but it wasn't anything more than watching the more well-advertised fights from time to time.
With her employer taking an interest in Miriam, who was utterly oblivious to Asuka's blindingly obvious flirting, she was introduced to LAW through a try-out event, where the organisation was looking for new talent to join the growing roster. Asuka made a few phone calls and arrangements, and suddenly Miriam received an invitation in the mail. The young Brit went along with it, and just barely managed to defeat her opponent by the tightest of margins, but this was enough to please the judges. And so, in addition to attending college four days per week, and working as a maid every morning and evening, Miriam also became a trainee wrestler in the small amount of free time she had left.
Two years and a great deal of pain and learning later, Miriam managed to pass the final "exams" (rather, defeating two out of three other students) in the LAW training program, and was offered a position on the official lightweight roster as a full-fledged wrestler. In her free time, of course. At the same time, Asuka informed her that she was changing employer, instead working for another British girl living in the city, who also happened to be a wrestler.

-) Miriam has a marked obsession with cats. She owns one of her own, and feeds two strays that regularly visit her small apartment. As such, Asuka made fake cat ears part of her work uniform.
-) Though she is very well-off between her two jobs, Miriam is always hesitant to spend money. Her wardrobe is mostly old or cheap clothing, and she walks between her home, college, and her two jobs.
-) Somewhat unique amongst pro-wrestlers, Miriam never had a great interest in wrestling, and doesn't quite understand that she is actually being watched by tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of people when she's in the ring.
Wrestling Information
Style: Basing her style on some of her favourite wrestlers, Miriam has a quick and acrobatic fighting and movement style in the ring. She hasn't yet perfected it, so tends to slip up and make mistakes from time to time, but finds the demanding and dangerous high-flying strategy to be very fun.
Strength: ★★ - Miriam is pretty small, hence her assignment to the lightweight division. Of course, this means that she is a long way off being the strongest girl in the world. In the ring, she tries to avoid contests of strength when possible.
Stamina: ★★★ - Miriam has passable stamina, in most matches she can fight on until it finishes (though she tends to be pretty exhausted by the time the bell rings), but more demanding and exciting matches might see her running out of gas.
Endurance: ★ - With no muscle to speak of, Miriam is quite vulnerable to damage, a pretty common trait in the lightweight division. A few well-placed, hard hits will be quite the hit to Miriam's fighting ability.
Speed: ★★★★ - Though not yet at her potential, Miriam's focus on the high-flying style of wrestling over the last two years has built her to be pretty quick in the ring. Though not overwhelmingly fast, she can be quite hard to handle when she gets into a good rhythm.
Flexibility: ★★★★ - The second most important part of high-flying, or so she was told by her trainer, Miriam is quite devoted to maintaining a high level of flexibility. While not as limber as some of the more well-known wrestlers of her type, Miriam is quickly improving, and capable of some very impressive stretches and bends.
