It's a finishing move that's pretty much unique to her and she has developed it ever since she copied and mastered her own style of the martial art she copied from. Anyways she first throws out a right jab and a left straight to her opponent's face. Then she does a roundhouse kick across her opponent's face then, using the rotating momentum, she does a spinning heel kick to her opponent's gut. Finally, she continues to spin herself back forward as she goes for an uppercut to her opponent's stomach and finishes the combo with one last all-out uppercut under her opponent's chin, hoping to send them flying off of their feet.

She would kick at her opponent's gut and then their face to send them into the air. She would then jump with them to knock them back down to the ground, then spin herself so that she would stomp on them on her way down.

Biography:
Sakura saw the World Warrior Tournament where she witnessed Ryu won. She was already interested in street fighting but seeing that really made it spark for her. She found all sorts of videos of Ryu's fights and started copying all of the moves that she saw from him and managed to develop her own style of the martial art. Despite it not being the real thing, it was enough to where she can legitimately win street fights. In fact, not only has she managed to stop bullies and thugs in the city with her martial art, but she also participated in small martial arts tournament to not only earn money but to also test herself as a fighter. Also she had fought against someone who would be both her best friend and rival, Karin Kanzuki and won against her.
However, she felt that she needed some actual feedback, so she skipped school to travel to find Ryu. She would eventually find him and even though that he doesn't really notice her, she managed to fight against him and get a picture with him. She would train herself even harder and travel around the world again to find Ryu again where she would meet other people and get into some really dangerous situations. She would find Karin Kanzuki again and be challenged to a rematch and even though Karin would win, Karin admits that she only won because she was lucky thus making Sakura the better fighter. Also there might have been some stuff with the Shadoloo organization at the end but regardless Ryu promises that he'll be ready for a rematch against her someday. Then she participated in another tournament, where she thinks that she can find Ryu which kinda became a mess at the end but regardless she had gotten that rematch and left after everything was done.
After getting out of high-school and being more of an adult, she was kind of unsatisfied with life as she has matured and have taken on more responsibilities. While it's nice to have an actual job and think about the future outside of who she's gonna fight next, she still misses when she can fight strong opponents and being in tournaments. And then she sees LAW, she decided right then and there to sign up especially since she has saw that Rainbow Mika is a part of LAW and if Mika's a part of it then that would mean Karin has be too.


Personality:
In many aspects, Sakura is very tomboyish, outgoing, and respectful in personality, as she is most of the time happy, energetic, cheerful, positive, hard-working and focused in combat. She has a noble spirit and a very determined attitude, either in studies or in martial arts training. She sees Ryu as an idol and teacher, rather than an opponent, since she always watches him fight and mirrors herself on his philosophies in battle. As she got older, her more outgoing and fiery spirit kind of died down a little to where she isn't really as loud as she used to be. In comparison she's calmer...though in a fight her inner fire hasn't really subdued much.

1) One may not think of it when you look at her but she's actually really smart, not only in academics (including Math even though she hates it) but also in fighting as well. After all she managed to copy, modify and master an existing fighting style and is able to copy moves even after seeing it once
