Born to two Hollywood producers in Los Angeles, Roxy Hartbrooke grew up with a pretty glitzy lifestyle, enjoying the finer things in life but being taught from a VERY young age that all of these things came from the results of HARD WORK. Her mother came from a Japanese family of immigrants trying to make it big in the burgeoning movie industry of America. Her father came from a long line of stuntmen who performed in some of the greatest action movies to ever hit the big screen. Both had risen through the ranks and left their former professions for more corporate roles, using their field experience to better their respective industries. Roxy admired her parents to no end, often being inspired to copy her mother's old monologues and her father's more tame stunts. Seeing their daughter emulate them so much, Roxy's parents decided to sign her up for acting classes and karate lessons.
She took to her acting lessons extraordinarily well, developing a good sense of projection and becoming more and more confident in herself. Additionally, she had a great deal of success with her karate lessons. Roxy was gifted with a naturally brilliant mind, fueled by a passionate and determined mindset that stems from the role models that were her parents. While easily distracted at times, she was nonetheless a hard worker with the skills to go the distance. However, despite all these routes and career paths, Roxy could never decide for herself what she wanted to do. Martial arts wasn't entertaining as a career, and the young Japanese-American couldn't see it being anything outside of just a hobby. Likewise, acting was fun, but she didn't want to follow in her mom and dad's footsteps. She loved them, admired their talents, and would be FOREVER grateful for the life and opportunities they gave her...but that life just wasn't for her. For a good while in the last few years at her private, high-class high school, the young woman proceeded to delve into the world of live streaming. When she wasn't working on her homework, she'd be chatting it up online to an audience of people that were utterly enamored with her radiant personality. For the first time in her life, Roxy found something that she was good at...something that her parents didn't have a hand in. It felt kind of...good, liberating even...for some strange reason, playing games and entertaining a live crowd seemed to like the life she wanted to live...but could she get away with "live streaming" as a career...?
One day while she was planning a special charity event for a local organization, she came across a few clips on her social media feed. Epic moments of dazzling young women flying through the air like superheroes...PROFESSIONAL WRESTLERS. Roxy's world had cracked open, and the woman was IMMEDIATELY overtaken and overwhelmed with feelings of awe and inspiration. She spent the next MONTH studying professional wrestling, following storylines, watching matches, and understanding the ins and outs of the industry...it was so simple yet so complex. It was this beautiful amalgamation of EVERYTHING that she loved. Strangely enough, she felt this resonating connection with the sport, something so surreal that it HAD to be fate that put her on this path. The bright-eyed young woman decided that this was it...THIS WAS WHAT SHE WANTED OUT OF HER LIFE. To reach stardom and success as a wrestler!!!
However, she couldn't just START wrestling...all the great wrestlers had a gimmick, a CHARACTER of sorts. And so she got to work, brainstorming all the potential character ideas she could come up with. She spent countless all-nighters sketching costume ideas and delving deep into motivations and backstories. She signed up for wrestling classes after convincing her parents to let her try for at least a few months so long as she kept her grades up, and they accepted...albeit begrudgingly. They weren't EXACTLY fans of professional wrestling, but they didn't want to limit their daughter's passion. After all, it was getting close to when she'd have to leave the next sooner or later, and they didn't want her to continue living in the shadow of their past. Roxy's future was HERS to decide. After an emotional moment filled with hugs and love, Roxy got to work...and a few months later, she had her VERY FIRST match, debuting as 'Neo-PAW-Litan'...the name originated from a random stream clip where a cat caused a mess at a nearby ice cream parlor, stepping into three different batches of ice cream, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. With that name in mind, Roxy commissioned her ring gear, playing into the bubbly and catty character that felt truest to her natural personality, only amping it up to ten. As a unique addition to giving a bit of flair to her feline persona, the woman would also incorporate her live streams into her match, debuting with a camera streaming her entrance and fight the entire way through, creating several highlights that remain as some of the top clips on her channel. From the moment she scored her first-ever win in her debut, a STAR WAS BORN!!!
From then on out, pro-wrestling was Roxy's LIFEBLOOD. After graduating from school, she put in the hours and dedicated her life to streaming, wrestling, and working up the funds to eventually move out on her own, taking no hand-outs from her parents or relatives. Everything she did was to further herself and her career.
She wanted to be a self-made woman and achieve her dreams with her own two hands. At every indie match she featured at, there was a blowout level of attendance. The mere mention of her name amassed a HUGE population to gather for a chance to see the prodigy in action. She was like a bolt of lightning racing through the ring on a rampage, unlike anything the crowds had ever seen. Across all of her matches, Roxy's brilliant mind and potential only seemed to increase with every move she performed. Eventually, all this buzz led to Roxy attracting the attention of some well-connected talent scouts. Now, after spending a year training herself and building up a strong reputation, and following thanks to her live streams, the soon-to-be GREATEST high flyer of all time was ready to jump and soar across the biggest, GRANDEST stage of them all...the world's number one federation: LAW
Personality: Despite her upbringing, Roxy is a polite, hardworking, passionate, and easy-to-befriend young woman with a can-do attitude and a go-getter personality. She's a little scatterbrained and flippant with how she reacts, much like a cat, but more often than not, she's a positive and energetic gal. She tends to think about what she can do to boost her socials and amp up her next stream. She takes notes from various top streamers and trends, analyzing what does and doesn't work. By staying up-to-date on ALL the hottest topics, she utilizes the information to her advantage to draw in the most viewers. On top of analyzing a lot of things, she can be very curious, and on some days, she can even be nosy. However, it stems from her insatiable drive to do better and reach newer heights. On the rare day when she's not streaming or wrestling or training or researching, she can be seen catching up on a LOT of sleep, dressed head-to-toe in a set of comfy pajamas, bags under her eyes that are usually hidden by tons of makeup. Despite her unbelievably high level of endurance and stamina, she's still susceptible to feeling sleepy from time to time.

Strategy: Roxy's strategy employs a series of quick strikes and even quicker acrobatic moves. She frequently jumps and runs around, always keeping on her toes and keeping her opponent guessing, leaving them confused as she darts around from place to place. Roxy's fighting style is all about MOMENTUM, and the more she has, the better she does. When she feels her adoring audience cheering her on, it's like she's on top of the world. An easy way to shut her down is to dish out a big strike that hones in on her primary weakness: her toughness and overall resistance to pain. Additionally, an obvious crucial weakness in Roxy's high-flying abilities lies in the risk taken by the woman in the first place. While fast, she still needs a proper setup, and anything going wrong can immediately screw the cat-themed streamer over. Whether an opponent moves away, gets their knees up, or gets up and catches her, a lot of things go wrong. Roxy uses her analytical brain to scout when it's the best time to hit her bigger moves. However, there's another factor that she has to take into account: her less-than-sufficient durability. The woman has a great deal of stamina but not so much in terms of durability. Oftentimes, her physicality, or lack thereof, will see her taking some hefty recoil damage when jumping up from a high place onto someone. If a wrestler is built like a tank, it might actually end up hurting Roxy just as much if not more.
