This was no ordinary match, that was for sure. After all this was a match against a former Champion. Belinda had watched a lot of Tina's matches since she joined LAW. The protégée of her Idol - Alaina Sanders. How could she not follow the career of this woman? She wanted to go up against Tina and after her conversations with Alaina it seemed as if that had been arranged. She was going to face off against the first ever LAW Middleweight champion in a contest of pure skills as a wrestler. A standard match, there would be no tricks or strange equipment, just her and Tina. Belinda was ecstatic and was having a hard time waiting for this match.

She figured that there was no better time than now to debut her new wrestling gear. Wanting to show it off a bit, as while this was not really a huge PPV match or anything...she thought it was quite a special occasion. After all the niece of Aurora Lund versus the protégée of Alaina Sanders clashing should be quite a match!

Belinda stepped out onto the ramp! As her music played out of the speakers and the cheers for the crowd began to erupt out from the crowd! It seemed as usual Belinda was quite the fan favorite as she always seemed to be able to get quite a pop from the crowd. She began to run down the ramp, sprinting at full speed as the arena lights twinkled and swooshed around, spotlights darting from left to right as she made her run towards the squared circle. Without stopping she jumped and dove right into the ring in between the ropes. Going into a rolling landing in the squared circle and ending up on one knee!

Jumping up, Belinda shot her arm up into the air and got another loud pop from the crowd. She then jogged to her corner where she jumped up onto the middle ropes and raised her arms up high into the air and took in the cheers of the crowd. The arena spotlights filled the ring with various lights of different colors, before they all turned white and looked like stars in the night sky. The spotlights soon turned off and shifted back the the usual lighting as Belinda jumped off of her corner post and turned around. She began to do some last minute stretching, making sure she was ready to face off against Tina Armstrong.

Tina was backstage in her wrestling gear pacing. She didn't need to qualify for Apex. She was the first middleweight champion... or any champion for that matter in LAW.

Now? She was called out and booked like a stepping stone for women trying to climb the ladder. Her star still shined but not as bright as it did during the hot start to her wrestling career. Tuna was determined to show people that she was still champion material not some glorified stepping stone who was past her prime at 24 years old.

When her music played she came out but walked right down the ramp. No high fiving fans. No smile. The tigress was all business and she was focused on tearing Belinda apart. Yet another woman who was seeking to use Tina like a stepping stone but Tina would not allow it. Not tonight, not ever.

Tina entered the ring and raised a fist as she walked to the center, staring intently as she waited for the bell.

[Devastated]

Nodding her head as the music of Tina Armstrong began to play out of the speakers, Belinda would stop her stretching and step out of her corner. She walked up to the center of the ring as Tina entered the squared circle. Meeting up with Tina as she noticed the rather intent stare of the fellow blonde. Belinda would throw a friendly smile her way though and offer a handshake.


" Hey! We haven't met...but I've followed your career in LAW." Belinda said, she would raise her other hand and point her thumb at herself. " I'm a big fan of Alaina and yours as well." Belinda said as her smile widened into a bit of grin. " Don't go easy on me because of that though. I want the full experience." The young plucky blonde let out with a light laugh escaping her words.

Tina softened her expression a bit as Belinda done and seemed friendlier than the tigress expected. "Thanks, I know a bit about you too ot is quite impressive. I never go easy so don't worry, I do all I can to win every damn time I enter a ring." Tina said as the bell rang.

Tina waste no time rushing right at Belinda and jumping up trying to pop Belinda in the jaw with a running knee right at the opening bell!

[Devastated]

As someone who was generally friendly and outgoing, Belinda wasn't exactly here to look for a fight or any problems. She was here to have an intense match against a fellow wrestler whom she looked up to. Smiling as Tina seemed to accept her friendly greeting. Tina's words though was someone Belinda really needed to hear, she wanted to face Tina in one hell of a match and it seemed as if the fellow blonde was up for giving her that.

Backing up a step or two as the bell rang. Belinda was ready to go in for a grapple...but to her surprise Tina had already rushed right at her! The eyes of the young blonde widened as she was taken by surprise. Tina had already closed the gap before she could do much and that knee smacked right into the chin of Belinda! Knocking her head back and sending her down onto her back. "Gnnh!" she grunted out as she dropped onto the canvas...somewhat stunned and dazed by that violent opening offensive from Tina.

Boom. Tina smiled as things opened in her favor and she immediately bent down grabbing Belinda by the arm, giving her no time to recover. Tina swung Belinda to the ropes with a whip giving chase right after. As Belinda came running back Tina wanted to extend her arm and level her with a clothesline!

[Devastated]

Groaning as she laid on her back, bringing her hands up to hold her aching head. She felt dizzy as a result of that sudden impact to her skull. Trying to hold her head as she waited for the sensation to clear. Tina wasn't about to let her recover though, as she would grab a hold of her arms and pull the young blonde up to her feet. Being as groggy as she was by that knee, Belinda had little in the ways of stopping Tina from sending her running with that Irish-whip.

Running right towards the ropes as she would be then sent bouncing back at Tina! Stumbling her way towards the fellow blonde, as Tina's arm came out and smashed right into her chest and shoulders. The impact sent Belinda crashing right back down onto the canvas, coughing out as she was floored once my by the Tigress!

Tina had Belinda down and decided that keeping her on the mat would be best. Tina grabbed Belinda's arm and yanked it out, trapping it between her legs as she sat on the mat next to Belinda. Tina was trying to apply all the pressure she could as Belindas arm was trapped in an armbar!

[Devastated]

This wasn't exactly the start that Belinda had imagined... she had hoped that it would have gone a bit better but this wasn't exactly anything that she couldn't recover from. Shaking her head a bit as she brought her hand to her chest to hold it for a second or two. Gathering her breath back into her lungs. Though it wasn't like she was going to have that hand for herself for long. As Tina stepped in and decided to try and yank that arm away from her.

Next thing Belinda knew her arm was pulled right into that armbar! The legs of Tina draped over her chest and that arm of the Swedish American was being stretched out and pulled in an uncomfortable manner. " Aaah!" Belinda yelped out in pain, as she was locked into such a tight hold. She would grit her teeth, kicking her heels down against the canvas...

Belinda wasn't about to get steam-rolled here though! She would dig her feet down against the canvas and try and turn. Rolling over as she sought to lock her own hands together. Aiming to roll Tina up completely and press her weight down over her for a pin attempt. Even if her arm was trapped there was still things she could do to coax Tina to release her!

Tina had the hold locked in. However Belinda was using a counter that Tina herself had used quite a few times as her shoulders were pressed against the mat! Tina howled as she pulled as hard as she could trying to keep it locked in as long as she could!

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Tina grunted and let go of the hold, thrusting Belinda awaybamd rising back up to her feet.
