Corey Sniper vs. Anastasia Akira - Apex Qualifier Match

Corey grinned after successfully executing the back body drop. Glancing over her shoulder to look at Ana behind her, she would then run towards the ropes, rebounding from them and returning back to where her opponent was. Once she reached her, she would leap up into the air, aiming her elbow right at her body to hit her with an elbow drop!

Corey was aiming her elbow at her body, looking to inflict some damage on her. She needed to make sure that she was on the roll to give herself a bigger chance to win this match.

[The Riders]

Still holding the back of her neck with her hands, it had left the young woman wide open to what her opponent had planned for her, as Ana would look up and caught Corey coming towards her from the air with her elbow aimed right at her chest.

'Gahhhh' Ana would groan out as her opponent's elbow slammed right into her stomach, forcing her limbs to flop up into the air before coming to on the canvas. Coughing and gasping as she rolls over into her side holding her stomach in pain for the move that has her reeling.

Right after hitting Ana with an elbow drop, Corey would try to see if she could score a pin out of this. Even if Ana managed to kick out, it would definitely put some pressure on her. So, Corey would put herself on top of Ana, pressing herself against her as she would grab one of her legs, hooking it with her arm as she would go for a pinfall attempt. The referee would come over and start counting for the pin.

"ONE!"

Ana would groan, feeling her opponent slam into her body as the other woman went for the quick pin attempt. As she struggles before getting her shoulder up to break up the count, as she pushes Corey off of her and holds her chest with her arm as she rolls over onto her side... her feet kicking the canvas as she is stunned and more in shocked since the fans have fully turned on her during the match and starting to chant for Corey.

Hearing those chants does make her upset as she was sure that they was on her side at the start... and now they all turned coat and sided with her opponent who in her mind isn't even that cute looking and more of a brute compared to her gentle curvy figure.

When Corey went for the pin, Ana broke it, and the match continued. The crowd still cheered for Corey, which made her smile. Picking herself up, she looked at Ana who still seemed shocked by the fact that her fans had turned against her. Reaching out to her head, Corey would pull Ana up, putting her into a side headlock before she started wrenching her head while pulling her up onto her feet.

"Hey now, don't blame me for them turning on you, sister. It's your fault for being such a bratty cheat." Corey would continue wrenching Ana's head in the side headlock before she attempted to use the hold to flip Ana over, bringing her down back first onto the mat with a side headlock takeover. She would keep her arm wrapped around her head after executing the move, keeping the head wrench.

Ana is almost having a crisis at this point in the match... the fans, her loyal fanbase that has cheered for her... supported her through her whole short career, have turned on her in this match against some nobody like Corey. As the other woman would grab her by the hair and lock in a tight side headlock to grind her down a bit and keep her from using her strong kicks and strikes.

'Oh Shut... It...' Ana would grumble out as she tries to power out of the hold, but Corey has a tight grip around her head and before she could make a move, the other woman had twisted and slammed her down to the canvas all the while keeping the headlock tight around her head more.

Having brought Ana with a side headlock takeover, Corey maintained her hold on her head, wrenching it in order to put her under pressure as well as weakening her. Now that Ana was on the mat, Corey thought that she might be able to take advantage of this as she would shift her position slightly, getting herself on her knees while still maintaining the side headlock on Ana, yanking her up as well.

From there, Corey would use her other hand to punch at Ana's head, looking to disorient her and to punish her for being such a dirty cheat. The crowd continued cheering for Corey, having turned against Ana.

Ana would grunt and try to force her way out of the headlock she was in. She would push her hands in between Corey's arms to keep trying to free herself from the move, but she was unable to do it in time as her opponent landed a punch right onto her head that stunned her and brought her struggling to a stop.

But what hurt the most for the blue-haired woman were her fans, and this is causing her internal turmoil as she feels hurt and upset that they would cheer for someone else instead of her.

After punching at Anastasia's head, Corey decided to proceed with her next move. Still holding her head in the side headlock, Corey would then started stepping forward, looking to bring Ana with her before falling down into a seated position, looking to spike her face first into the mat with a running bulldog. Hopefully, with that move, Ana would be having trouble picking herself up, allowing Corey to continue with her momentum.

Knocked for a loop and in pain after taking a Corey punch to the head, Ana was unable to stop or even free herself from her opponent's side headlock that she was caught in. As she keeps struggling to free herself before it is too late, the other woman runs forward and falls to the canvas, slamming her face first into the mat with a running bulldog.

"AHHH," the blue-haired woman cries out. As she clutches her face with her hand while rolling around on the canvas in pain, the crowd is on her opponent's side and is chanting for more to be done to the now disgraced idol.
