Apex Qualifier: Jackie Rose vs. Kaede Okatomo

Kaede always enjoyed mounted punches. She got to use her powerful thighs to dig her knees into her opponents torso, for one. Which was particularly fun against a woman with Jackie's lightweight frame. Doctor Kaede felt that if she concentraded on that, cracking one of the girl's ribs would be in the realm of possiblity. But she wasn't focused on that. What she was instead concentraded on was driving her fists into the white hair girls' face. During her previous punching display she'd intentionally avoided Jackie's head, concerned that she might put her lights out too quickly, but the force of the knee strikes Kaede took to her head, followed by a few stomps, told her that Jackie still had plenty of fight left in her.

So even these punches, against a head pressed up against the canvas, were unlikely to put her out, especially With Kaede still somewhat dizzy for the strikes aimed at her head. So it didn't take too long for Jackie to get her arms up to start blocking punches, nor too long after that for Jackie to get up a few punches that clipped her in the chin. This mount had almost served its purpose as for as Kaede was concerned, time for one more

"Time for some payback, bitch." Kaede growled.

She'd grab both of her opponents' arms and then force them to the mat. Doctor K.O. would then pay the green eyed girl back for the surprise headbutt she opened the match with, brining her forehead down on to the nose bridge of the woman. Upon dazing her, Kaede looked up towardsthe Apex judges and smiled a devious smile as a nasty idea formed in her head. Doctor K.O. would waste no time getting to her feet and dragging the girl by her white hair to one the edge of the ring facing where the Apex judges slat, sliding outside as she did. Kaede carefully pulled Jackie's head over the edge of the ring, expertly placing her such that just the base of her neck remained on the ring apron. Kaede walked back from Jackie and over to the judges' table, leaning with one hand on it and turning to them:

"Let's see if I cripple her." Kaede said in casual tone, completely understating the psychopathy of her intentions, before walking back towards the ringside. Next, Kaede would run towards Jackie, hop off her left leg while lifting up her right leg, intending on bringing her right calf down hard with an axe kick to Jackie's precariously perched head with the intention to paralyze!

Jackie would grunt in pain as the back of her head hit the mat and send it hit the canvas before she would being dragged toward the edge of the ring as she felt her head being placed on it before she would heard Kaede's threat cause her to panic as she widen her eyes, trying to pull herself free before she would attempt to roll to the side to avoid herself being crippled for paralyzed as she gasp for air and attempt to give Kaede a kick to her stomach before she would crawl and roll out of the ring as she gasp for breath and try to pull herself back up, angry and frustrated at Kaede as she never had this much difficulty before in a match

In her debut match, Kaede had been on the verge of breaking her opponent's neck by means of package pildriving head first into a steel chair. But the girl, correctly, if humiliatingly, made the choice to tap out before the move insteaad of taking it. Unfortunately, the refree was in position to quickly call the match and Kaede, not wanting to get in trouble, decided to let the woman go peacefully.

Here, she figured there'd be no oppertunity to back out before the damage, her opponent she thought, would be to dazed to see it coming. She heard the terrifed gasp of the crowd as she ran towards Jackie and lifted up her leg and expected to the next thing she'd hear would be an echoing crack followed be absolute silence from the crowd. Instead, when he leg came down, she heard nothing, she felt nothing. Jackie had regained her bearings and pulled her way out of the way at the last second. Again, she bad been denied the satisfiaction of potentially career ending attack and this time it wasn't even her choice.

The Bloody Maple's leg came down without reward and she stomped once in anger, before turning back around towards Jackie:

"You slippery, bleach-haired cun...AHUGH."

Doctor Kaede's insult was cut off by a stiff kick from Jackie to the gut before she even managed to exit the ring, the air knocked out of Kaede's lungs, having being not remotely prepared to take the kick. She tried to catch her breath while Jackie climbed out of the ring. At this point, Kaede cared very little about winning this match, she must have made enough of an impression for the Apex judges and a victory wasn't strictly speaking, nessecary. All she cared about was shattering Jackie's bones. Soon after Jackie left the ring, Kaede threw a wild and undiciplined Haymaker punch at Jackie, roughly aiming for her larynx.

Jackie pants as she remain at the outside of the ring "Y-You bitch, I'll...Fucking break you..." Jackie glared at Kaede as Jackie remain on her knees before she would try to pull herself back up, still weakened by the bloody mapled as she had a tired look as she focus on the doctor before she would give her a middle finger, attempt to taunt her to outside of the ring so that she can ambush her

At the same time, Jackie still felt weak and probably is weak from the beating that Kaede had given her as she gamble and hope the Doctor had underestimate the reaper so that she can give her a beat down

Kaede's attempted punch would sail past Jackie without landing, leaving her in a vulnerable position just past her foe, facing the one of the steel steps leading into the ring and unbalanced.

Jackie would quickly crawl and grab Kaede by the head, since she is stunned, Jackie would take this as a opportunity by pull her head up by the hair and proceed to slam down n the steel step over and over again as she glare down at her as she growl out with each slam "KNOW. YOUR. FUCKING. PLACE. YOU BITCH" She growl and scream out a she continue to slam the doctor's poor head against the steel steps

It would be pretty fair to say that Kaede had this coming. Even she understood that. Moments before, she had Jackie in an incredibly vulnerable postion, that wouldhave allowed her to have ended the match normally. For that matter, she could perhaps even settled for significantly injuring the girl while doing so. But no, she wanted to end the career of the second wrestler she fought in law and in her first Apex, simply because she could.

The Bloody Maple was lucky that even though she screamed in response to the first 2 slams, each puntucated by a word for Jackie's mouth, she was going numb by the third. She was also lucky that all but the last slam had just meant her forehead impacting with the steel steps. Only the sixth and last managed to clip her nose, which unsurprisingly left her face bloody.

Her last but of luck was that Jackie was so caught up in the slams that by the time Jackie let go, the refree had already counted to 8 toward the count out. As she slumped to the floor, it was all but a forgone conclusion that though Jackie had succesfully put Doctor K.O. down, she wouldn't be able to get her into the ring in time for a win.

Jackie would try to crawl to the ring before she would heard the referee finished counted the remaining number as the distance 9 and 10 can be heard follow by the bell that ended the match, cause Jackie growl in anger before she would pants and calm down, ended her adrenaline rush, follow by the pain and collapse as barely able to crawl as she fell to her belly, laying there barely able to say or hear anything, the only thing she can see as she slowly push herself to her side is Kaede, the two are spend as Jackie lay there, glaring at Kaede

Their eyes meet, maybe it's simply the bitterness of the draw match, but perhaps also with how much pain that Kaede given her, but she promise herself that she'll have her revenge as she look at Kaede, who's face is unsurprisingly bloody while leaning against the steel steps while Jackie laying on the side of the floor, maybe this is the start of their rivalry, or maybe simply it's only to Jackie, but Jackie is sure they'll meet again

Kaede was concious enough to faintly smile when the referee counted to 10 and rang the bell. She'd hurt Jackie enough that she had been operating compeltey on adrealine and coun't get back into the ring, but it was Kaede who was the bloody mess. It'd be fair to sat that Jackie had won the fight, but in the end, it didn't matter, as both were disqualified by count out, making the match a draw.

As they lay next to each other and Jackie stared at her, Kaede had a few words more to say:

"Next...time...you're...dead."
