Born in St. Pölten, Lower Austria, Vicky was born to the brother of famous Pu-C Juice Inventor Peter Steiner. Tough her father was never as successful nor charming like his little brother, he leeches on his success. When Viktoria was born he immediatly saw that he would raise her to be "fit for the High Society" like her cousin Sylvia. So the two girls became the nightmare of every babysitter, teacher and employees at their homes. Vicky, tough not as delusioned with her part in society as her half American cousin, definetly knows how to exploit people and gather money and fame for herself, something her own father was never capable of. So when she became a teen she got herself the nickname "Pink-Black Panther" and became a household name in the influencer industry. She is quite arrogant, obnoxious and like Sylvia often a little oblivious about the real life but not as near as her cousin. She can accept that people far more untalented as her can achieve things and so, like any good influencer not just wages war into the ring but also on the social media. Vicky is more intelligent and careful then her cousin and doesn't let a chance fly by to make this clear to Sylvia. Tough she knows that her families well being is in the hands of her uncle and so she has no direct problem to be Sylvias No. 2, taking care of people online and digging up all the things the two cruel cousins can blackmail and pressure people with. So despite being more to the ground like her cousin, Vicky is as cruel and manipulative as Sylvia is.
