- Born in Verona, to her father Manfred Brandt and mother Ophelia Nordman (Northman). Their parents moved there because of her father’s work. Her mother traveled back and forth between Verona and Milano quite often, being a designer she had to go to what was the fashion capital of the world rather regularly. This meant that it was mostly her father...or rather her nanny that raised Isabella.
While she had a rather affluent childhood she wasn’t exactly the most outgoing child, she spent most of the younger years indoors, learning etiquette and manners. She was taught the arts and old literature. That was when her father first started to introduce her to the works of the Nibelungenlied, of the Wagner Cycle. The stories of Diethreich von Bern, the Matter of Rome. Etc.
Finding a certain liking to these stories and somewhat finding confidence in the way that the heroes of these tales acted, Isabella began to become a bit more outgoing and started to interact with people, kids of her own age. She began to do sports, trying to find a way to express herself. For most of the time between the ages of 8 - 12, that four year span she tried various different activities. Football, Sprinting, Baseball, Basketball. She didn’t find anything that fit her until she reached the age of 13, that was when she began to wrestle. Not just wrestling though, she found her way into HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) spending a few years doing both of these forms of sports as she was developing herself and her skills, trying to find a way to make practical use of them during her high school years.
It was when she reached the age of 16 she tried her hand at Pro-wrestling! Of course it wasn’t easy, it was difficult to transition into it but Isabella was the kind of girl who would persevere, working harder than anyone in her pro-wrestling academy, staying late...arriving early and working herself to the bone. In her quest to become as good as she could, she may have suffered from a few stress symptoms...breaking out in hives and sleeping and eating poorly, doing both school work and practicing….working herself to the bone. While it shaped her into quite a skilled wrestler it took its toll on her mentally. She started to lord herself over others, those she felt didn’t put in as much hard work as she did. She began to treat people with disrespect if she felt they didn’t deserve it, humiliating people to make herself feel better about her own struggles. Once she finished her studies she set off to start to make a name for herself. She had graduated from her wrestling academy with full marks and from school as a grade A student yet she had found exactly what she wanted to do with herself.
Taking inspiration from the stories she grew up with, she styled herself as the Flame Tyrant of Verona, a spitting image of the more dark and cruel knight of Dietrich Von Bern. She came to clash a few times in Europe with a certain blue haired knight as they had a few intense back and forth matches...settling their rivalry in some small indie circuit before the two women formed a bond of mutual respect.
After a rather successful tour of Europe, Isabella set her eyes towards Japan. Seeing as her former rival Trinette had settled down there she figured why not….little did she know that their connection would be exploited as a suggestion came to them from the higher ups. For them to join forces and form a Tag team! The two knightley ladies decided to do just that, as they had a great deal of respect for one another they chose to create the team of Righteous Confluence and along with it Isabella would take her spot as a wrestler in LAW.

Isabella is a woman who is a staunch believer in hard work trumping all. If you don’t put in the time and effort you won’t get anywhere. That’s why she will put in as much time and effort as she can into any task she wishes to be good at. Her experiences have sort of given her a negative attitude to people who she finds lazy, or undeserving. She lothes being called talented or a genius more than anything else as it means her efforts are looked down upon as just being naturally gifted.
She is the kind of woman who won’t hold back when it comes to mocking or putting down her foes. She is honorable but also cruel and cold-hearted. She would much rather step on others than prop them up. Yet, her demeanor is different when she is facing someone whom she can look upon with respect. Looking upon those with a certain camaraderie and great deal of reverence, as those are people she finds have worked as hard as she has.
She isn’t above humiliating, or talking down to her foes. Yet she will never break the rules, she stays within the confines of law and order but rather exploits them as much as she can without bending them. All for her own version of justice and honor in which she can feed the flame within, keeping her will and ambition ablaze with the suffering misery of those she defeats. Because as we all know, the taste of defeat is one more sour and hard to swallow but Isabella loves nothing more than to have her hardwork and effort make others taste defeat.
Outside of the ring, Isabella can be quite sociable. She is someone who grew into being sociable much at the same rate as she grew into being pretty. Having inherited her looks from her mother she has been approached often to be a model and while she doesn’t feel like she is a good model she takes great pride in her good looks, as they have come from constant training and conditioning. Shaping her body like a blacksmith shapes steel.
She has little interests other than wrestling and general martial arts. Combat sports and the like, and she doesn’t partake in as many joyful occasions as others might. Only wine drinking and sweets. As for hobbies, Isabella has one that doesn’t align with her usual interests of sports and that is watching horror movies.
