Lady Cipher is clad in red leotard which is connected with her mask, which is designed to look like a gas mask. Due to her mask, her face is unseen, and she has no recognizable facial features to be seen.
Personality:
Little is known about Lady Cipher. The only thing that one can say about her is that she is a new addition of Khaos Ring, being personally mentored by the leader of the group, Oboro Scarlett. She rarely speaks, and due to her mask covering the entirety of her head, she has no expression to show. Everything she does is done with surgical precision, and whenever she speaks, it is in a flat monotone, with her voice slightly muffled by the gas mask that she wears.
Simply put, she is a zero, a cipher that is complete unknown to everyone. While her teammates may know about her true identity, they don't seem to be interested in telling anyone about it.
Past/History:
Like mentioned above, there is little to be known about Lady Cipher. The only thing that is known is that she is the latest addition of Khaos Ring and being mentored by the leader of the group, Oboro Scarlett. Her history is shrouded in complete mystery, and she intents to keep it that way, maintaining the aura of mystery as the latest addition of the group.
The management of LAW may know about her true identity, but them knowing about her identity is totally irrelevant. She has no face to show, being covered under her mask. There is also a possibility of there being multiple Lady Ciphers, though such allegation is neither confirmed nor denied by anyone. As it stands, everything about Lady Cipher will remain a mystery.
