Wrestling Style
Sasha utilizes various techniques with the aim of quickly establishing herself as being superior and getting a match over and done with as quickly as possible. Therefore her arsenal uses many hard hitting techniques, such as powerbombs and kicks. However, if her opponent is tough she will begin to pace herself using submissions, taunts and cold intimidation to keep her advantage, as well as high flying techniques to catch them off guard.

Background
Sasha is the daughter to a father of Irish and Afro-Caribbean decent and a Japanese mother. She grew up learning gymnastics as a weekend hobby. She would also learn Okinawan Karate from her mother who was an instructor of which Sasha continues to practice, being a black belt. Her father got her into watching wrestling, which was one of the few times she would ever see women compete in a form of combat. As most of her female friends were into more stereotypical entertainment for young girls Sasha felt a sense of affinity with female wrestlers and was inspired by wrestling.
As Sasha got older she quit gymnastics and got into a freestyle wrestling club during middle school. Not realizing it was different from pro wrestling she planned to quit, but stuck to it feeling it would give her good base for being a pro. Being one of a few females in the club she often grappled larger male students which made her a monster against other females in the club. Upon entering high school she began to incorporate powerlifting to her training. The gains she made made her a slight freak in her school and while working to her goal also lost some self esteem when teased by female students.
While still in high school Sasha began her pro training on weekends with a promotion in her home town. She would make her pro debut in mixed matches due to being no women in the promotion. She lost but made an impression and upon graduating high school was recommended as a recruit for a all female Tokyo based promotion. Due to bullying by her sempai who was already being positioned as the future of the promotion Sasha lost confidence, almost quitting and going to a really dark place.
Upon excursion with a trainer and an alumni wrestler to Mexico Sasha was received greatly and would regain confidence and would gain tons of experience. A luchadora took interest in Sasha and would encourage her to spice up her look. Before returning to Japan Sasha would change her attitude and accompany her trainer to the US where her new image caught traction. The valuable time away from Japan turned Sasha into a complete pro wrestler.
Sasha would return to Japan under a mask for her return match and exhibited a darker attitude. With nobody recognizing her under the mask she would take the moniker of Demonique. Upon her return victory and positive reception she revealed herself to the crowd. While wrestling as SASHA the name Demonique (now stylized as DeMONIQUE) stuck with her. With many ups and downs she proved herself, even against backlash from management. She gained a following that forced her to be pushed but would later leave the promotion to join a rival promotion where she would gain further exposure and better opportunities in the upper mid card.
Sasha has now spent time as a main event talent in the US, UK and Canada for various promotions, but has become disillusioned with the level of competition in the bigger western promotions. Seeing the great growth of amazing talent flocking to Japan, Sasha returns to face new and better challenges.
