Personality:
Asha is quite outgoing and thrives in social environments, so while wrestling she’ll make sure to give the spectators a good show. She is also definitely a bit cocky, she knows she’s a talented wrestler, and she wants to make sure that everyone knows it, that being said, she isn’t particularly mean or rude. For Asha, wrestling is a fight for dominance, and the only way for a victory to count for her is for it to be absolute. Obviously she loves using her feet to dominate her opponents, so there's a bit of a sadistic pleasure she gets from making foes submit to and worship her feet.
History:
Asha grew up relatively well off on a cashew farm in Gambia. Naturally, she found herself helping her family out with the farming starting at a very young age. Asha quite enjoyed the physical workout, so when she wasn’t assisting with the crops she’d be rough housing with all of the local kids. Upon turning 18, she started participating in local wrestling events, and despite not having any formal training, she had a pretty respectable record. One night during a wrestling show that she was planning on only attending as a spectator, one of the highest ranked male wrestlers in the community started an open challenge, which she just couldn’t resist. Upon accepting the challenge, she was mocked and denied on the grounds of being a woman, but that only made her even more insistent on the fight. After holding her ground and demanding a match, Asha was granted the chance to fight, and she absolutely dominated the guy, finishing him off with a foot smother to really drive the point home that she wasn’t to be underestimated. The spectacle of the fight attracted attention from some local scouters of the official wrestling league of the area, who decided to help Asha pursue an actual career in the sport. She flourished with training, and a few years later after honing her feet-based attacks she went global with her skills, leading her to LAW to find new stepping stones to conquer.
