Mirai Sumire is what one could describe as a true professional. She is fully devoted to her craft and takes it seriously, and expects the same from her fellow performers. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have it in herself to enjoy her work. In fact, she does find great enjoyment and pleasure in her line of work, one she fought hard to pursue. First she uses her diligence and professionalism to book a show or a match, thoroughly planning and detailing it. Then she dons the personality of Risako Kasuga and then the show comes first: she can go from the blushing coy to the sultriest of seductresses while in the role. Mirai thinks that exploring that duality within her personality helps her maintain a healthy balance in life, just what she seeks: the pleasant calm of Mirai and the thrill and excitement of Risako.
Past/History:
From a very young age Mirai Sumire showed the discipline and diligence her parents intended for her. She was known for liking her plans, thoroughly developing whatever she had in mind and taking special interest in making them come into fruition. For some time it looked like her parents had raised a dreamed child, but with time Mirai started showing signs of a desire for freedom her family wasn’t so keen on granting. After several fallouts they became estranged when it was clear that Mirai didn’t want the things her family had planned for her future.
Once she was a grown woman Mirai couldn’t take the tense situation anymore and left home. One would think that facing the neccesities of a normal life a young woman like her would crumble under the pressure and come back after a while, but she met the challenge with courage. After all she had a plan. One of the topics around her arguing with her family was about her growing interest in wrestling, but what they didn’t know was that she had contacted a club that was pretty eager to hire her. Her beginning in wrestling involved dark clubs with not a great clientele and fighting other women while wearing few clothing, but it paid the bills.
With time Mirai (who was going by the name Risako while on business) started having some popularity, and she decided to go on her own as a session wrestler. That way she was in charge of all the details of her shows. She would accept mostly anything, but her conditions were pretty clear on how they should be planned and she didn’t accept clients who would become a nuisance or try to go out of the contract. She was literally conducting a business and she would expect seriousness from her clients. She played the dominant part one day, and then a sub the next one. Some days it was all about regular wrestling and some it was a hentai blitz. The most important thing was that Risako was happy and following her own path.
At a certain point LAW got a scoop on Risako since she was becoming a pretty well-known session wrestler, her professionality granting her fame and a reputation of being trustworthy. From there they contacted her and offered a deal: they would act as a platform for her to get new clients and LAW would get some rights of broadcast on her wrestling. It was a win-win situation so Risako accepted right away.
